Advanced Pain Relief Clinic

Took my doctors 6 months to diagnose me with two bulging discs in my spine. Me being 23 was losing hope because everything the doctors had me try wasn’t working and I progressed to using a Walker because I couldn’t stand straight. I met with doctor Moona and his team within 10 months of having this problem. 2 months of help has gotten me further along than 10 months of pure panic trying everything I could to not reach paralysis. I recommend doctor Moona and his team to basically everyone I talk to. They are all so wonderful never had any problems and look forward to continuing my journey with them!

I have been a patient of Dr. Moona’s at Advanced Pain Relief for over 20 years. Having been treated by chiros in Ontario, the US – even on vacation in the Caribbean - I can honestly say that I have never met a more skilled, knowledgeable and progressive chiropractor than Dr. Moona. To say that he is “head and shoulders above most others” is no joke! From sprains and PMS, to headaches, lower back issues, nutrition, pinches nerves, and most recently – excruciating heel spurs (ugh), Dr. Moona and the team at APR have given me my life back. The pain is greatly reduced thanks to chiro adjustments, shockwave and custom orthotics. I can finally walk our dog pain-free, and start to carve off some of the excess weight! And our grandkids are happy to have a more mobile “Nanny” too! My life has been positively impacted by the friendly, competent APR team in Owen Sound. They truly live up to their name: “Advanced Pain Relief”.

I won't go anywhere else, dr moona is always able to get my neck, back, shoulders, hips, knees and wrists back to right - I am a hairdresser often working long hours standing on my feet and I am able to do my job comfortably because of his miracle working skills at my adjustments.

After years of sore feet with plantar faciatis and heels spurs and trying custom orthotics to no relief I decided to try Shockwave and laser therapy. I'm so glad I did. After 7 treatments my feet have improved greatly to the point that I could walk barefoot on the sand on a recent vacation. I recommend Dr Moona and his staff. They were excellent.

I dealt with chronic pain for years. I thought nothing could help me, but after 6 weeks of adjustments with Dr. Rahemtulla, I have been pain free for the first time in I don't know how long. I am so pleased with the care I have received here.

This place is a joke and I would never waste money on stuff i know it wont work on me and not cover by ODSP and pretty much got pay out of your own pockit for stuff that don't work and I feel for people who deal with chronic pain like me place like this they should feel ashamed because not helping people making money off people's pain with placebo stuff and hope at end of day that krama and hell have place for people like you.

Dr. Moona has helped me a great deal. 10 yrs of suffering from lower back and sciatic pain and multiple visits to different doctors and Chiropractors with little to no releif. I finally booked an appointment with Dr Moona. After the first visit I had experienced a great deal of relief that I did not think was possible as I had suffered for so long. Each visit after that I have found myself on the road to recovery. Dr Moona even fixed a knee that has given me a great deal of pain for over 30yrs as well as very uncomfortable shoulder strain. I cannot recommend Dr Moona enough, his talent has proven to be a step above the rest.

I threw my back out on the weekend and it was very bad, about 9/10 on the pain scale and I thought I was going to have to plan my upcoming vacation. I called the office and fortunately was in by noon the same day, after my adjustment my pain level went to 4/10, and because Dr Moona knew I was going to be away and not able to come back later on the week, he got me in for a second treatment later that same day and now my back is 2/10! Dr Moona is extremely skilled and I highly recommend him! I honestly can't thank him enough!

Absolutely love this place. Staff is super friendly and does not give me a hard time when I can not make appointments. Clinic is very comfortable with ample space for clients in waiting room and soothing local country music playing in the background. Dr. Moona Rahemtulla is a miracle worker and has no issues adjusting me all though I am 6 foot 3 inches and 215 pounds. I would recommend this clinic to any one in search of chiropractic care.

I went to Advanced Pain Relief as I had TMJ which my Dr couldn't assist me with. After laser therapy and adjustments I am as good as new. I continue monthly adjustments. Excellent and friendly staff.

If youre looking for a chiropractor that can actually get you relief efficiently, Dr. Moona Rahemtulla is a one stop shop. Highly recommended and hands down the best chiro I've across to date.

If you have pain just go and get fixed - sometimes immediate sometimes a few visits - as they say they do listen and then heal

Dr. Moona and his team are in the process of making my body feel great again. I went in with awful lower back pain and tingly sensation down my left leg. After a consultation and an x-ray, Dr. Moona was able to figure out what was wrong with my lower back. Between shock wave & laser therapy along with a regular chiropractor adjustment, I am on way way to feeling great again. The team at Advanced Pain Relief really do Listen First and then Heal! Don't hesitate to call them if you are in pain!

Worst experience ever. First visit resulted in a very rough adjustment, and pain I have never felt before. I went back same day as I was having trouble walking, moving, sitting, basically doing anything. He again adjusted me even though I could barely get on the treatment bed. Went back day two as my symptoms were worse. He sent me for a non-OHIP covered x-ray. Turned out He pinched a nerve in my spine in L5. I've NEVER had a lower back issue. He then recommended a laser treatment at $80, then adjusted me again, went back day three for another laser at $80. Submitted these fees to my insurance. Turns out they were rejected as his clinic was de-listed for possible fraudulent activity. So ultimately ended up costing me big bucks for a pinched nerve that I'm still recovering from.

Free consultation with Dr. Moona and Dr. Jay. Third FREMS treatment today! No noticeable results, good or bad. Pretty expensive! My Bruce Power health insurance only covers about a third. Amy and Lindsay, the FREMS techs, are very nice and professional. Will try a few more treatments, hoping for some positive results.
Had a total of 5 treatments with no noticeable changes, nothing bad or good. FREMS didn't seem to work for me but that doesn't mean it won't work for you. Dr. Moona didn't pressure me to continue and I really appreciated that! Good luck getting rid of your pain!
