Advanced View Window & Door

After completing a few weeks of research and after obtaining three quotations, I chose Advanced View Windows and Doors to remove and install 11 windows, 1 front door with 2 sidelights and 1 sliding patio door. My decision was based on how each of the three company representatives presented the worthiness of their product, its’ manufacture, cost and installation. I avoid subcontracted installers.

Elvis’ company is smaller and in my view, well managed and very professional. I signed off on my order in mid September and in just under 11 weeks, the job was fully completed over two days. When Elvis received delivery of my order, he called to confirm if a five day lead time for installation was sufficient. His no nonsense experienced full time crew of 5 are very good at their craft. Rob is the crew lead and has been doing this for 15 years. Efficient, constant motion, everyone walks with a purpose - Measured twice and checked plumb and level carefully for each install. Protective runners and covers placed throughout my home. Vacuumed carpet at end of day both evenings.

The white interior colour is in fact white, not blue/white. The exterior aluminum capping perfectly matched the existing soffit colour as did the caulking, which was flawlessly applied in less than (for me) ideal temperatures. You won’t regret selecting Advanced View Windows and Doors.

We love our windows. Elvis team were courteous and polite. They did the work with efficiency and professionalism. They also cleaned area before they left. Would definitely recommend Advanced View. Truly 5 star service and quality workmanship.

Elvis and his team did such a great job supplying and installing our front door that we decided to also replace our side door. What a major improvement to the overall look of the house and lighting these quality doors provide inside. Excellent customer service, perfectly installed and no surprises with the estimate, which was reasonable. Well worth the investment.

My landlord contracted these guys and I have to say, they do amazing, efficient work, and they were very mindful of my pets. They also took great care of my home, ensuring they left no mess. Hardworking and very friendly!

Had all our windows completed by Advanced View and would absolutely recommend them. Elvis was timely and professional and provided a competitive price for a great product. Windows arrived earlier than anticipated and cannot speak highly enough of the installation crew and process. You can tell there is a quality of craftmanship and care and the finished product speaks for itself.

I worked as a skilled carpenter for this company only to find out that Elvis doesn't take safety or the well being of his employees very seriously. I quit shortly thereafter refusing to work unsafely, after pointing this out to Elvis, he threatened me with violence.

Everything you are looking for in a contractor. Punctual, professional and a great set of products at a competitive price. Great installers and product, delivery that was on time and clear communication. Love the look of our new windows as well as the substantial performance improvement in our home. We first used Advanced Window and Door in 2018 when they replaced 14 windows through the GreenOn program. They arrived on-time, did excellent work and left the work site tidy when they finished. We have had no issues with the windows in the interim. More recently we had a custom front door installed, new patio door and replaced the basement windows. The two-man work crew, who both worked on the previous job, arrived on-time, were polite, professional and happily answered all our questions. Once again, they left the worksite tidy. We would definitely recommend this company to anybody looking for new doors or windows.
PS The front door looks great and we have already had compliments from our neighbours!

From start to finish the team was amazing to work with. We had 4 window areas (including a bay window of 3 panels) replaced and the job was timely, clean and the team was friendly! Elvis told us there would be a wait for our windows, but they arrived ahead of schedule, and were installed today by three installers who worked extremely hard and very efficiently, got along with each other well, knew their work, were polite, considerate, skilled, professional. It was by far the coldest day so far this year and although they were outside for hours, they somehow remained cheerful. They patiently explained how to use our new windows. They cleaned up well before they left.
