As always, Advantage Airtech provides top notch service. From the salesman to the technicians all expectations were met in a timely and above standard fashion. The technicians were friendly and informative and checked in throughout the furnace installation. They cleaned up thoroughly before they left and made sure we knew how to use our new thermostat. We cannot recommend Advantage Airtech enough!

Annual maintenance service by Corey. Excellent job, even repaired a leaky drain hose that he discovered. I am always pleased with the service from Advantage.

We have been customers of Advantage Airtech for many, many, many years. Mark recently did our annual furnace inspection (as he has many times over the years.) He was friendly, professional and very efficient.

If you are renting out, don't ask them to service your furnance.
I hired them because my tenant was experiencing a furnace issue. They went over found out it was a tenant living there and red tagged my unit. Claim there was leaks and had to change it. (DIY: If I lived there, I knew all i needed to replace is the gasket that cost $20)

Sent me a price tag for $2800+ to replace the motor and want to charge me $1200+ for a rusty drip tray.

I said I just need my motor replaced, I don't need a water tray replaced. They insisted else they won't untag me.

Anyways, long story short, I hired another company whom went out there and replaced a new motor for me without charging me for the drip tray.
