What a great bunch of guys! Everyone treated us with a great amount of respect. They went out of they're way to to accommodate. Would definately use they're business again. "Great job guys".

Awesome place to rent cars from.
The best manager (Ali) who took care of me and hooked me up and also gave me discount. Would highly recommend renting from here.
They have good selections of cars which other companies don't offer.
No need to worry about traveling within Ontario because they give unlimited KM on all their vehicles.
They also offer shuttle services for pickup and dropoff even if they are really busy.

Great service Ali was amazing gave me a ride and was the most friendly customer service rep I have ever felt with if you need a rental ask for Ali!

Few months ago I rented a car from Advantage car and truck rentals through Ali. My personal car was going to be down for a couple a days but ended up taking a month plus waiting on back ordered parts. I was quoted $45 per day plus tax by Ali which was for a standard size car. At the time of pick up he only had a minivan so I ended up getting a larger vehicle than intended. Fast forward a month plus, I received the invoices where to my shock, I was charged $60 a day for the minivan, and $45 a day when I swapped into a smaller car 3 weeks into my rental but after i noticed, for the last 2 weeks of my rental I was charged $80 for the smaller vehicle which shouldhve been half that price. Ali told me his head office jumped in and increased the prices because they found Ali’s pricing was too cheap. Regardless of what is cheap and what is not, I was told one price, I signed the contract with that price. It is extremely unfair and unprofessional of how the price was changed with out my consent and charging me something i did not commit to, I am beyond disappointed and angry how a company can operate in this manner. Would not recommend anyone to rent from them.

Ali and Luke have went out of their way to resolve this issue very professionally. Yet to this date i don’t understand why the Advantage head office went into my file increased the price when the price was set. And To do this day none of the employees/managers from Advantage’s head office have reached out to me to make sure my situation was rectified. Ali payed me the difference out of his own pocket as he understands what was done to me wasn’t right. The branch did a amazing job rectifying this, but I can’t say the same for their head office who should be the ones setting a higher standard for their customers.

Absolutely horrible customer service. People that pick up the phone talk ver rudely. If you ever end up filing an insurance claim, please do NOT use them for a rental.
