Working at this establishment is like no other, its a revelation. The staff works as a unit/team. We work together to achieve the company's goals. My advice to incoming staff would be, be prepared to work to reach your goals, keep extending yourself.

I have great experience with you guys. They explained everything before you starting your job and deal very politely. Vidhi tiwari she is very friendly and if we have any issue she always response to us. Thats why I gave 5 stars to you guys

My experience to work with advantage personnel is very good. Recruiters- Vidhi and Karishma are very cooperative and they find suitable jobs for you.

Poor experience they called me for an interview and when I visited their officd they said they have no job.

This company should be called "Take Advantage of Personnel" or at least the Brampton location. We have used this employment service agency on a few occasions and so have a few other company's we deal with and biggest complaint is what we hear from the candidates who sign up with these people. They complain of having deductions taken off their pay for PPE, that is supplied by company's such as ours who hire these individuals. This information is provided to A. P.right from the beginning but yet we heard this time and again how candidates are sent off with PPE from the agency anyways. We have also found that although they are provided a clear written description of the work to be performed and the skills/qualifications required, they continued to send out candidates that did not come close to matching what we outlined. This was brought to our attention by several candidates who told us that when they pointed out something they've never done to the agency, the response was "don't worry you'll be fine". This shows a total disregard for not only the companies who use these agencies, but to the candidates/people who are sent out to perform duties they are not suited for or comfortable with. We have since stopped using this agency and recommend not only other companies but anyone looking for employment, avoid them at all costs.

Awesome customer service they really treat you with respect and most of all Ms Komal knows what she's talking about this was my first time but they made me feel one of their own

This place is scamming me out of my paycheck Im making 16 and working 40 hours but only getting 500 when 16 × 40 is 640 so there steeling 140 per paycheck do the math

I think this place is scamming me out of my paycheck when I work 4 days I make 488 but on regular shifts I work 5 days I get 533 which means they're probably taking about 100$ per paycheck

I got my dream job from Advantage. This company is great and amazing customer service. The staff is so helpful, professional and caring. Although it looks some people were not happy but everything depends on your own attitude and will to work. If you are looking for great jobs. I only recommend team Advantage. Cheers!

Worst agency in Brampton.while I was registering With them the young girl and the older lady was laughing and joking like they don’t have a job plus talking right in front of me about other people they have no office they talk right in the open area

Looks like some people had bad experiences but it depends upon you. I had a great experience, professionalism and accurate pay. Work was good and I enjoyed.

Very unprofessional wasted my time coming in for the interview and when I came in they asked if I had friends for the job cause they need a lot of people next day I call they said they were mistaken

The staff there puts up with a lot. They helped me find a job when I needed it. Beyond that, I was there when a very misguided and iltempered young man spoke racist slang at the manager and then went outside and tried to put a dent in her car. The kid probably forgot they have all his information. The manager remained calm the whole time trying to get a handle on things. For what they go through, great team

Super unprofessional environment and rude management. Komal and the other workers there don't even know what they are talking about and don't even answer my emails until i had to go all the way there just to resolve some issues. Seems to me you don't need any experience or skills to get hired as receptionist at this place lacking common sense and communication skills. A lot of better agencies than this one they just waste people's time. You won't find any jobs here. DO NOT COME HERE!

Don't waste your time. I was called for an interview but before they even spoke to me they asked me to fill out all this paperwork giving them all my personal information and was taking photocopies of all of my ID's. I'm not sure why they need all of my information if they haven't granted me a job as yet. Extremely unprofessional, I was so uncomfortable, I asked for all my paperwork and left.

Four years ago, I was desperately looking for a job, and Advantage granted me it. After a month of working in the company I was sent to, the supervisor offered to hire me I didn’t take it, instead I look for a job that best suits my job experience and pay, got hired and presently enjoying it. Called in on Friday to ask why my pay wasn't in my account and the lady I believe her name is Kimanji snapped at me and hung up the phone in my ear. I had to call head office for them to find out where my money was. Turns out they didn't direct deposit my pay it was in cheque form at the branch I called earlier. Went in to the office and spoke with Georgia I believe her name is. She made excuses for kimanji because she was pregnant. Kimanji was sitting at her desk while i was speaking about the incident and never acknowledged with an apology. She actually cut her eye at me but I didn't say anything. I WILL NEVER USE THIS AGENCY EVERY AGAIN. I DO NOT ADVICE ANYONE TO DO SO BECAUSE AS EVERYONE ELSE HAS MENTIONED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUB PAR AND THEY LIE ABOUT JOBS. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL AS THOUGH THEY HAVE OPPORTUNITIES JUST TO GET YOU TO REGISTER. COLOSSAL WASTE OF TIME.
