I had the pleasure of working with dependable HR Recruiters who assisted me in finding speedy employment opportunities.

Advantage team provides great service along the lines of providing shunters when we needed. Both long term and short term they almost always came through for us.

Ramneet Kaur is a LIAR. She wasted my time for about 2 weeks playing cat and mouse. I signed up and filled all forms, once that was done I never got the call back for the job. She kept sending me emails saying she will call back and never did. I caught her in her lie twice because both times I called by surprise she says "oh I was just about to call you", yea right. First I was offered a forklift position for $23/hr, then after chasing her for 2 weeks she tells me the only job she has is for $18/hr.

This agency is engaged in FALSE ADVERTISING, they will advertise a nice paying job but once you inquire about it, they ALWAYS seem to mysteriously filled and no more positions available, then they offer you something with disgraceful pay. Do not go here, not unless Ramneet Kaur is fired.

To the management when they see this post, I can forward to you all of the email correspondence including each and every call log I had with her.

Terrible agency, do not sign up with them they will force you to work in a factory INFESTED with Covid, (Sofina) when you get it they will fire you.as they did my bf a soon to be dad in less than 3 weeks.someone should report them.make sure you research the facility before they send you there.this agency does not care about humans especially in these unfortunate times.

We have used Advantage since 2007 and during this time we have found them to be very responsive towards our requirements in support of our business needs. If you are looking for a vendor to partner with I would highly recommend them.

They should also post about the experience needed to perform a job.not just the job position and let people waste your and their time as well.

Overall experience Not bad.
Agency people are very helpful and always talk nicely but at worksite, some people behave very rude especially line-lead. She don't know how to behave respectfully or always speak loudly as she want to eat the person which is in front of her. (Very bad lady)
Secondly, they did not provide enough hour shift.
