My favourite dental office! I’ve been going here for 10 years. The service is nothing short of exceptional! I would recommend to everyone if I could. Especially the receptionist, so kind and the best laugh. 100/10

I love the warm and welcoming atmosphere at A&E dental, Anne has always been a great help to me and my family, she's always been so professional greeting me with a friendly smile and always making the check-in process go smoothly. The waiting area is always clean and tidy, the whole place is really homey and comfortable. It's really a great dental clinic and I look forward to many more years with them.

Everyone that works here is very nice and very welcoming! I went here for a checkup and cleaning after not going to the dentist for years mainly out of fear and the hygienist was very gentle and would check in to see if I was okay. I would recommend this place to anyone, first positive dentist experience of my life!

A&E dental is the only place I will trust with my teeth, I moved to Dallas Texas 4 years ago and I fly here just to see them because I know I won’t find anyone to replace them. They are not only professional and so good at what they do but they treat you like family. I’ve never received the 5 star treatment I get from them anywhere else. Their place looks lovely and is always clean and their prices are great! If you’re looking, do not hesitate, you’ve found the best place!

It is always a pleasure going to the dentist-especially when you’re going to A&E Dental! The office is accessible, clean and organized. The staff is very professional and extremely welcoming. Each time I have required a “surprise visit” Anna has always been accommodating to try her best to fit me in as soon as possible.

I used to be very self conscious about a gap in my teeth. However, since coming here I am truly confident in my smile as the gap no longer exists! With proper treatment and constant communication they were able to fix my imperfection within a month.

Recently transferred over to A&E Dental and i can confidently say that it has been the best decision ever! The receptions were quick to answer all of my questions and ease any concerns i had about the transfer. Dentist and hygienist are amazing.

I’ve been coming here for more than 2 years. I was referred from a family friend. It is the best dentist and staff I have ever encountered, they are not just friendly, but they are very skilled at what they do.

I have been going to A&E Dental Centre for approximately four to five years. The receptionist and dentists are very considerate. For example, when I had braces, I had to extract two teeth because of my considerable overbite. Before the appointment, I was terrified of the procedure, but the staff were very kind by reassuring me that it was not painful. Fortunately, the teeth extraction was brief and painless.

I did not have a chance to receive dental care from all dentists. However, from the ones I had, they were very gentle with the procedures. Their services did not irritate my sensitive gums at all. I am satisfied with the cleaning of my teeth and the result of the braces I received from this centre.

The interior design is pleasing to the eyes, and individuals can watch the news on the television. Additionally, the centre offers water and coffee for those waiting for their appointment to commence. Moreover, the receptionist would call ahead of time (a day or week prior) to remind you about your upcoming appointment date. It is extremely helpful for people like me, who often forget important dates, and rescheduling appointments is a fast process.

For those worried about COVID-19 transmission, there are typically no delays to the appointments. Interaction with other people is severely limited. Furthermore, there is hand sanitizer and masks provided if needed. If there IS a wait, the receptionist room is well-ventilated with adequate seating. Also, dentists wear protective clothing when working on your teeth to further reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Overall, I enjoy my experience with A&E Dental Centre.

Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. Dentist and hygienist so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. Thanks to Elsa, Ann and the entire team.

I recently changed dental offices to A&E and it was the best decision made! My son and I were there a couple weeks ago and the experience was a positive one. In particular the receptionist, Ann was attentive and caring to my son and I. I was able to book my next appointment with ease and didn't have any issues communicating with her. Furthermore, my son is 5 and he had his teeth cleaned and checked with no fuss. I also had a dental cleaning as well and the staff was very nice and accomodating.

Before I came here I had to smile behind my hands all the time during highschool. Until I got recommended here. Took me 3 years for braces because I wasnt committed to it. Everyone here took care of me A-Z so they will to y'all. Finally I get to smile with a huge confident now. Definity RECOMMEND this place.

Went here for a cleaning and received great service from both the staff and reception. The staff and reception at this dental office is very organized and clean. Wait time is very fast and on time when scheduling a visit.

I need the owner or someone phone number, I have couple of question regarding my daughters dental work and receptionist is not helping.

I’ve been coming to this dental office for a little over a year. The Reception is amazing she so caring and the stuff also. She alway calls to remind me of my appointment, special coming from Kitchener. Receptionists are totally unprofessional. Lost 400$ because of receptionist’s mistake on insurance claim and they dont want to admit their mistake. Called me all the way to the clinic only to tell me they can’t do anything from their side.

Adding: I told the receptionist Ann specifically that I am not in a rush and I can wait till I get a clarity on the insurance coverage. But she said it’s all ok and told me to proceed since she had some of my co-workers coming there. The point is I was not sure to proceed and she made me get the treatment. The treatment was for fixing a small broken part of tooth, which i had from childhood. I could have delayed the treatment for however long I wanted. So it’s definitely a loss of money for me. And when I called the receptionist about not getting the claim, she told me to come to the clinic and they can do something about the claim. I went to the clinic, met her only to get insulted and to be told they can’t do anything about it.

I’ve been coming here for years and the service here is amazing! The receptionist is very nice and well organized and will help you with every inquiry. Very responsible, compassionate and accommodating to your schedule. The dentist here know what they’re doing and it shows in my smile.

I got my braces from this place and always had good experience with docs at least they are friendly but believe me when I say they have the worst receptionist. It’s like she owns the place. I came having biggest abscess having fever with worst pain she told the doc to send me home and book another appointment even though could have sepsis form freaking tooth infection. How can u blame her right Bcz apparently the line was too long and she rather collect money from more ppl than dealing with one person.it’s all abt business for her and it’s not patient care environment. From more than 5 years in this place never had good experience with her (send me back to home when I come lil late due to traffic, long appointments and when u call for emergency she never lets u in even tho u r customer) but just stayed this long Bcz of the docs. I guess it’s true when they said bad customer service makes u lose ur customers one day. I’m out never again lost my patience with her and her attitude.

Btw i am sorry this is my social media name but if you want to look my name from your file is actually jamila mohamed and I believe the receptionist would know without giving her my real name because i wrote this review after my last talk with her when i told her what i believe actually happened to my teeth but instead of getting the actual doc to come out to talk to me and clarify any misunderstanding (if my accusations were wrong) then i believe the right person would have explained to me but instead she said “ would you like to leave or stay with attitude” of course I will leave.

The team at A&E Dental is the best dental office team in my opinion. Everyone is genuinely nice and friendly. The dental staff are amazing. I have hated going to the dentist all my life due to mistakes on the staff's part, basically traumatizing me. I found this office through family members and I have never been disappointment with them. They are efficient, they are gentle (which is important during certain procedures) and they are just good at what they do and they simply make sure you are comfortable and they take good care of you. Definitely a place I recommend. =)

I love this dentist! I’ve been with them for 5 years now and although I moved far from them, I still go here because I love the way they treat me and how attentive and accommodating they are!

I really love this place! This was my first time I ever went here because I wanted to go to a dentist that was near my home (and I really hated by old dentist). This dentist was SO GENTLE ON MY GUMS. I LEGIT HAD NO BLEEDING OR PAIN. Unfortunately I even had a cavity, BUT THE NEEDLE WASNT PAINFUL. Overall, all the staff are very friendly and care about you. Many times during the appointment, the dentist would always ask if I was ok. I appreciate that and I love her for that.
