Aero line Limo

DO NOT BOTHER BOOKING, THEY DONT EVEN SHOW UP.
I highly do not recommend this company. We booked this service a month in advanced, and received a confirmation email with the details. 8 of us were supposed to be picked up at 5: 30.5: 40 no one was there to pick us up. We called the company to ask where our drive was. The person on the phone had no answers, did not care, and hung up on us after being rude.

This company is an absolute disaster, unsafe and would highly discourage anyone from using them. First major issue, we did not have a car seat for my six month old baby after confirming this upon booking. Second, the staff on the phone denied fault initially until proven via text reservation and only after Acknowledging that it was put into their system incorrectly. All staff were rude, unapologetic, obnoxious and the driver called relentlessly. They had no solution over the phone for their misdoing.

Excellent service I really appreciate this limo company because I got great service.there drivers are excellent.they have excellent call center.they are very friendly with the customers.highly recommended to all.hope to use this service again.

I would give zero stars if i could called me 10 mins before pickup and told me to get an uber. Worst transfer company ever. Trash almost made me miss my 14hr flight to dubai. I had booked 3 days before and i was traveling with 2 kids and my wife. NO ONE BOOK FROM THEM YOU WILL END UP REGRETTING.

I have used Aero Line Limo service twice now and was pleasantly surprised with the service from start to finish. They were prompt with their communications to reserve the car, notifications in advance and at the time of pick-up with clear instructions from both the company and the driver. The cars were very clean and both drivers were kind and respectful and I felt safe. Albeit it only 2 experiences, the trend is positive.

It was very good service and the driver is very polite also the car is very clean and also it was a new car so I recommend this company to the others

I really appreciate this limo company.i got great service with reasonable price. They picked me up at on time and the driver was very kind person and flexible. And the call center agents updated me every stages (confirmation, driver's contact details, when driver reached to my house).

I had experience with this Aero line Limousine. I have dealt with this company on many occasions. Reasonable price, pick up and drop off on time. The driver there is excellent. The car is new and very clean. The company has an excellent call center. They are always very friendly with customers. Highly recommended to all. Hope to use this service again.

I have been traveling globally for some time and communicated a complaint to this company regarding my transfer in December 2022 regarding their driver driving too fast, aggressive at point of drop off at the airport in Toronto and was informed last year management taking my complaint seriously and now in mid February despite my efforts to ask for updates on my complaint no one at the office replied to my queries = my advice, be careful booking transportation with this company

Top notch service. They kept their word with my wake up call request and the driver was on time to theibute and was so cordial and professional.
On top of everything. He was an excellent driver I'm not so good weather road Condit. Attiq was an amazing representative for this company. I over tipped and with good reason.
