Went on vacation. Ride to the airport was booked with a different company and had great experience. Driver was on time, very polite, took 407, I paid $72 for the ride. Coming back 7 days later from the airport had to take Aerofleet, they were the only option there at the moment. Driver was rude, refused to take 407 which added 20 minutes to the ride and then charged me $95 for the same trip! Absolutely do not recommend. $23 more for the same trip feels like a scam.

Charged 28$ for a 3 minute ride and then proceeded to swear and scream at me in front of my fiance. Fire him. Cab#81

Took the taxi as my wifi was not working in the airport to call an uber. Driver said it will cost 20$ to go from airport to an airport hotel which is 10 mins away from Toronto Pearson. When we got to my destination, ended up charging $30 and expected a tip too. This service is outrageous! Please try to get an uber from the airport. DO NOT use the aerofleet taxis as they do not use meters and taxi drivers just charge whatever they want to. Complete scam!

They came recommended to me by a frequent flyer, and they have been excellent, on time and helpful during the four times I have used them.

Good service from the airport. Lost my wallet in the cab and they got it back to later that evening. Terrific.

The drive was nice, however the drivers lie. I paid for my transaction with cash and they refused to give me a receipt. Told me to email their office. Mind you this was at 4: 00 am. I’m already sleepy. However (hahaha) the the office does not give a receipt for cash transaction.

On time, clean vehicle inside and out and professional courteous drivers. Our only service for airport trips.

They were parked at the Toronto airport and I wanted a ride to my hotel which is about a 4 minute drive from the airport. There was no meter which was confusing to me. The driver then charged me 28$ for a 4 minute drive. The driver told me he works for himself and gets the money? They are scumbags and I think they know that. Don’t recommend lol

I got to use their service to the airport for the first time and I have to say that I was really impressed with their excellent service.
I had scheduled a pick up within the GTA to the airport for a party of 4 and they showed up earlier than the time I had requested the pick up for. The SUV was really neat and clean and their driver was very friendly and professional way better than Uber service of you’re traveling with a group of more than 2 people with luggage heading to the airport. I liked it so much that I requested their service when I came back from my trip. I called them from the airport and I was informed that the car will be there in 3 minutes ready to pick us up and by the time we walked to the designated spot, the car was ready for us. Really safe drivers and I would highly recommend using this service if you’re going to the airport within the GTA!

Since they somehow had my last review removed, I'll repost. An Aerofleet driver was recklessly driving on the 401 (Thankfully without passengers at the time) When their driver used the shoulder and part of an off ramp to speed past drivers in the right lane, he then cut off multiple cars only to show some serious road rage by giving myself and multiple other cars the finger while speeding off again. I called the company to let them know this was happening and they brushed it off before hanging up. Clearly this company has zero care for the safety of others. Their driver should have been charged with reckless driving at the least.

I’ve been using aerofleet to and from the airport for several years. They are reliable, punctual and professional. On one of our more recent trips, we tried out a small local car service that ended up no showing us and we were late getting to the airport. This would never happen with Aerofleet and we’ll never deviate from their services again! Thanks for being dependable.

They are more expensive. By quite a bit. But the reason for my negative review is that the driver yelled at us for not giving a better tip. Tried to coercie us into changing it.

Avoid these bullies.

Very unprofessional service. Cab #1669 driver over charged for the fare and also pressured me to tip him 15% or more. He refused to help me with my luggage after I gave him $3 tip, and he wanted minimum $5 in tip. Absolutely vile. I called the company to make a complaint, they just did not care. So this incident is reported to the City of Mississauga.

Always friendly and on time. Spotless vehicles. Would never use a different service to the airport ever again.

First time using this service and I was more than impressed. The car arrived a few minutes early, loaded all my luggage, and got me and my family to Pearson International promptly. The prices are great for the type of vehicle and service provided.

I only use areofleet when I need to book airport runs. Won't use any other company. They are fair curious and ontime!

They are always upfront and transparent. Don't get stuck taking another company out of Pearson. They will rip you off. I always call them when I land and book a car for pick up.

Recently I found out that they also do non airport runs. So good buy Uber hello areofleet for my meetings in and out of the city.

I have rented a car from the Aero fleet. Tom was my driver, he is prompt and punctual. He came into time. I would definitely recommend Tom and Aerofleet’s company.
