Quick response times and Aerotek's strong relationships with major players in the industry, such as ATS and Rockwell Automation, have made it easier for me and others like me to eventually secure our ideal jobs.

I had best experience with Dmitrie Boutaev, he helped a lot in hiring process. He kept good relations and contacted me on time to time basis. I want to appreciate all his efforts and I’m glad that he was my recruiter at Aerotek

They completely and utterly ignore me, every email and point of contact I send gets entirely neglected.

Recently hired through Aerotek, and am not impressed with their recruiters. I’ve emailed to let them know issues I’ve had at the company I was hired for and not a single response. I will not be going back and I will not recommend this company to anyone I know. They seem to be more interested in dollars thank actually helping their hired staff.

Excellent and professional services.
They remain in proper touch with their employees. Paige Noble such a decent recruiter I've ever met. She's polite, taking care of her employees and strong and timely communication.

Can't pay their workers properly, ignore them and tells them to quit when they stand up for their labor rights.

The all staff deal with me very kindly. I also feel very comfortable and i explain my views very easily. Specially thanks to Kaitlyn Wu.

Do not work for aerotek your placements will be pulled for absolutely no reason and when u leave your belongings in the placements your stuff will be disposed of and they will not reimburse you.made me buy work boots after I had shoes and for my placement to pulled 2 weeks in and not be allowed to return for my belongings attempted to get intouch with the guy i had been talking to 30 phone calls 10 emails he never responded to me once and when i had other people reach out and addressed the situation he suddenly responded shame on this terrible temp agency go else where

I have been an a skeptic with regards to recruiting agencies as I have dealt with numerous. HOWEVER, Aerotek is different; they are highly professional, they have a proven track record, and, best of all, they find positions that are actually relevant to your expertise. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with them definitely should!

Jenna from Aerotek hepled me in preparing for the interview process. She was so professional, patient and answered all my questions. I would always suggest Aerotek for smooth and efficient carrier transition.

They’ve called me and e-mailed me at least 10 times in the past year about opportunities. They have yet to follow up with me on any of the jobs.
They don’t reply to e-mails or phone calls.

Very poor communication and getting back in a prompt manner. Been waiting almost 6 months for a reply back on a job they recruited me for. The job didnt happen after a 1 hr long interview and many promises made. Called them back several times left numerous messages and then called the main line and talked to another person and got another run around. Will never answer a call from Aerotek again. Better off getting a job on your own.

I would give Aerotek 6 stars out of 5 if I could! I had the pleasure of partnering with Dmitrie Boutaev during my job search and I could not be more thankful. During our first meeting, we discussed my experience and what exactly I am looking for in my next role and he had 2 opportunities presented to me that same meeting. One of the things I appreciated most was that he followed up regularly and provided updates so I am always in the loop. The day before my interview, we went through the questions I should expect and he had very helpful recommendations which helped me present myself with more confidence.

They won't stop calling me, even after I've ask them to stop. They acknowledge the fact that I have asked them to stop each time they call me, yet they call me anyways.

I was so pleased with Taylor she called me helped me with all my interview questions. I went for the interview and within the same day i had the job. If you are looking for someone that is compassionate about her job and helping you, I truly recommend you ask for Taylor.

When they need you they just contact you whatever is the time and when you need something they pretend as if you are nothing

Not professional at all. I was asked to come in to discuss current opportunities, I had a hard copy of my resume with me. After talking to the recruiter on the phone about one job with a low end company that pays barely minimum wage and cannot get people to work for them which I said no thanks to when they called to interview me 3 X, she brought that company up again, and option two was the last company I worked for which has just gone through a round of layoffs and my position redundant. I emailed my resume to her 4 days ago. She didn't even look at it. What kind of people are working here? Perhaps I should give two stars because she apologized for " wasting my time". Indeed.

I am really happy and satisfied that I contacted Taylor from Aerotek who took the time to review my resume. Informed me about various vacancies and prepared me for the interview. She even provided feedback about my interview presentation and suggested on what needs to be changed which worked really well. Would definitely recommend Taylor to all.
