I had a rediculous experience shopping for my sofa at this location. Zero customer service. They don’t care about the product once we pay. I got a new sofa delivered from this store 2 weeks back for which i was told its very easy assemble where i need to fix the legs of the sofa. When i got the delivery, it didnot have any instruction manual which is a basic for any product that needs any assembly. I had to call store multiple times after which they sent me pics to fix the legs and once i did, on day 1 the sofa’s wooden plan which holds the leg broke. At this point store tries to blame this on me that i didnot drill the legs at proper place (i did it as per pics i got).
Now when i visited store to explain this they heard me but have done nothing, no reply back from store for my 1350$ sofa which broke on day1.
Because store is not responding when i contacted their head office, after numerous calls they send a technician to fix the sofa instead of replacing it.

They had rats in the area and peanuts and my sister is allergic to peanuts, I asked them to put it away because he was eating it right in my face and he instead said "No" and threw peanuts at me. And I purchased a sofa and it arrived A DAY EARLIER which was fine but they gave me a broken box and when I opened the packaging I noticed the sofa was in the wrong color, size, height, parts and was scratched, damaged and I found a return receipt inside the sofa so they shipped me a return package. I immediately called them and they said "okay well get you a refund on Monday" I call them on Monday they said "I can guarantee Wednesday" Wednesday arrives and no sofa and no return or even a refund. I called them again and with the manager they got super violent and rude. And I even visited them in person and they just refused to listen and kicked me out and took $20 from my purse and my medication. %100 it's a scam and horrible. The tremendous treatment I got was just unbearable and he even got so aggressive to the point they tried to grab my throat

TL;DR if you buy from them, you’re buying dollar store wood and staples put together.

I’d give 0. Frauds, seemingly all of them. We bought a floor model sectional with a 1 year warranty, promised to us by the workers verbally.

We received it Oct. 12th, it was beautiful and just what we wanted. Oct. 26th it broke. 14 days. When I brought up this concern in an email, I was gaslit immediately on the type of warranty I had, and the type of damage. They told me it didn’t arrive broken and it was broken by wear and tear. Sure, it didn’t arrive broken, but what kind of wear and tear can possibly break a sofa in 14 days. When we checked the sofa frame, as that is what is broken, we discovered cheap wood and staples. Please don’t buy from here, you’re in for some terrible customer service because they actively don’t pick up the phone or reply when they say they will. I had to show up in store to finally get them to acknowledge me. Even then, they were ignoring the constantly ringing phones. Then they told me to send an email and that I’d get a response in 1 day. I got a response after 4 days of following up.

They accept no responsibility for their cheap products. Attaching pictures and a video. Beware! You get what you pay for.

I brought bed set (8 pcs) and Almyra with full payment, but received wrong item and broken bed set. Now no one receive my call and no email response.

I went there several times to contact their Owner, but all of them are same and Lier.

## Before pay they told me that item will deliver to my house, but delivery person left my Almyra outside of my house and told me my door was so small. At last, I call my neighbour and put it inside without any problem. When I complain to owner about it, he said “we do not get any houses during corona time and all if our products supply outside of the house / apartment.

They are very good.the price is very reasonable and good quality. We bought bedroom set and we are so happy. Jyoti and other persons are so helpful. Delivery was right on time. Recommend

I want to complaint against this business as it is not a serious one. I ordered an Ashley bed sofa almost 2 weeks ago (April 4th), and even when the sales person told me they have it in stock, and it will be delivered maximum in 2 days, I haven't received it yet, I have been calling the store everyday to find out what's going on, and just when they answer my calls, because they don't do it unless I use another phone number, I always receive the same response "it will be delivered tomorrow".
At this point I am thinking this business is an scam as the way they are treating me is like they will never honor my payment.
What I need is a real delivery date, otherwise I will ask for a full refund, and I won't never buy anything from this business.
I hope to get a response at least for this way.

If I got give 0 I would. Worst customer service I have every experienced in my life. I ordered my furniture 3 weeks ago and they said it would be delivered on the weekend in 2 weeks. They kept changing the delivery date and then they call me and tell me they don’t have my furniture in stock. UNBELIEVABLE. Unprofessional. Do not buy from them. They lie. That’s all they do is lie.

Got a really good deal on a sofa set. I wanted to customize the set as I couldn’t get the colour I wanted. Everywhere they gave me a minimum timeline of 6-8 weeks. But here in Aerys I got the set within a weeks time. All thanks to Jyoti and the way she pushed my order. They are real wholesalers with everything in stock. Will definitely come for future purchases.

Joel is the person with great customer service skill. We bought 2 bar stools and when we were fixing them, we noticed 2 wrong screws were included in the package, which we vould not use. We took the package back to the store and Joel fixed the stools with right screws despite bring quite busy. Thank you Joel.

Really pleased with the beds I bought from them. Especially the owner is really nice. He personally gave me a very good deal for the 3 beds I purchased. Joel was the sales guy and he even came down to set the beds down.

I came for some good quality dining set at a minimal price. After searching the whole Kennedy road i finally came to Aery furnitures. I was surprised with the prices as they were giving a good wooden table with 6 chairs for 699 only. My salespersons name was Joel and he helped me with the order. He even assembled the table for my family. We had a very happy Eid and Aery furnitures delivered the set in a very short time. Amazing service. Don't go by the reviews. I was quite sceptical before buying for here, but their salesperson Joel convinced me in buying the chairs I needed and more importantly, I got to pick them up from the store the very next day. The staff here are quite helpful unlike mentioned in their reviews. We are very happy and satisfied with the product.

Best furniture store on Kennedy. Bought an elegant looking recliner set from the store at a best price. Got delivery on time, however the single chair was slightly damaged from the corner. We informed Ankit who was our salesperson and within couple of days we got a replacement. I really like their customer service, especially Ankit who helped us during the entire time.

This store is scam. Whenever you place an order they would ask you to pay full in advance or at least half of it before it deliver to you. And then they won't deliver your order on time to your house. So when you ask for the refund because they never deliver it. They would say they have to charge you 25% of your total amount. Also they will refuse to refund your money. Because its your fault they didn't deliver on time.does it make any sense? This place is joke. Stay out of this store. We had to dispute to our credit card company to get the refund. They should be out of business for violating consumer's right.

Great furniture store with affordable prices. We were looking for a 7pc bedroom set. It was very expensive at other places. At Aerys we got a deal for as low as 1500 dollars for the whole set. Further we went on to buy a marble top table with 4 chairs for just 799. They delivered the product immediately and was also assembled by their own staff named Joel. We called him the day before and the next day morning he was there for the setup. We are also planning to buy a couch from Aerys. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I came to buy a quality sectional at a reasonable price and guess what, I got it from aerys. A big sectional for just 699. The quality is pretty good and it’s flipable. Joel was my salesperson and he helped me get my furniture the same day I ordered. I would definitely recommend Joel to my friends and family. Thank you team Aery.

The absolute WORST company I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. They probably have the worst staff there I’ve ever come across. We made a purchase for bar stools there on Feb 27th. The sales person said that we can have it delivered to the store or pick it up from the warehouse. Since we needed it kind of urgently, we said we would go pick it up. Then he said the people at the warehouse aren’t there so we can go the following way (which was a Monday). We couldn’t go because of work so we opted to have it delivered to the store and we would come pick it up. He ensured me that it would be there no later than MARCH 3RD. Well the day came and passed and I didn’t hear from them. I called them on the Saturday to follow up on the bar stool. The sales rep took down the invoice number and said he will call me back in 5 minutes. No call back. Waited another day, I called them again. Nobody answered. I called the following day. A woman answered and RUDELY said they haven’t received the bar stools and they will call me when they will receive it. I called them a week later and no answer. Called them almost everyday thereafter but no one picked up. I went to the store yesterday to get my money back and low and behold, the bar stools were actually there. I asked why didn’t anyone call me? The woman’s response is that the sales rep is young. Of course they wouldn’t give my money back in full. They charge 25% for cancellation. But it was okay for them to have us wait almost 3 weeks and probably even longer if I hadn’t have gone there. Never EVER doing business with them again. On top of that they are super rude. I asked to speak to the manager and the sales rep said “he doesn’t speak to customers” lol!

Honestly looking at the reviews I was so skeptical whether to order or not but They kept their word and delivered on time

Me and my husband visited the store and bought a dining set for fantastic deal. Joel was our sales person and he even fixed the table for us. I would surely recommend others to buy furniture from Aerys. Thank you so much for delivering our dining set before Eid.

I went to the location at 1181 Kennedy road and I had the pleasure to meet Joel. He was very helpful when I explained exactly what wanted. I explained this was the first store I had looked at for the dining set I wanted and would continue to check other stores. Once I had a look at what was available, I rushed back to my friend Joel, as the table he had shown me was the best deal and best quality I had found. Joel was very helpful in organizing the delivery and even helped me out with assembly. I'm very thankful I stopped at Aerys, as I am now a proud owner of a beautiful dining set and gorgeous coffee table (I saved $ on the dining set and got a new coffee table with the savings)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! They will threaten to not deliver your furniture. My brother posted a review (see review below from Harish) as the furniture company delivered the wrong furniture twice and provided poor customer service. Now a customer rep just called my brother and said that they would not deliver the correct sectional and will stop the order unless the review was taken down! This place will steal your money, buyer beware.

Don’t purchase from this place! This business has terrible customer service where you have to call to get updates rather than the other way around. We had an estimated delivery of 8 weeks from the purchase of a sectional, we followed up multiple times and it took 12 weeks to receive furniture. They also managed to deliver the wrong couch twice! And now they said that they cannot do anything as their receipt from the store employee is different than what we paid for. If I could give 0 stars, I truly would

MOST WORST PLACE to even step in. Customer service should not be expected from them, they are the worst. They will never give/deliver the right selected item. They'll give/send you the item they want to get rid of. Provided the option, I give them the negative rating.

THE MOST WORST place to buy anything from. By far, the WORST MOST CUSTOMER SERVICE one can experience. They gave me a different model than the one I selected and asked in return ' what's the proof that you bought the items from our store'. When you take the delivery of your items, they will ask for the bill (pink one), DO NOT GIVE THEM, they will take it away and when you report the damaged products, they will question us back, what's the guarantee that you purchased from our store. I RECOMMEND NOT EVEN LOOK AT THIS STORE ON KENNEDY ROAD, SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FROM LOOTERS.

Aery is a great shop and has amazing service, Joyti helped me with the process of purchasing my daughters bedset and she really liked it. I will now always purchase my furniture from here. If you are looking for furniture, I recommend goinb to Aery.

I ordered something on aug 8th and they never called us when the item came in after 1 month I called back only to be told it coming and then they lied and said its there now they are saying its not there and it was to be there today but its not and the lady is sick.very rude workers I will not recommend

Horrible horrible experience. Don't buy your furniture from this place, you will regret it! My furniture have not been delivered for weeks, they keep saying its the manufacturer's fault. They don't own up to anything. They gave me wrong delivery date and made me get rid of my old furniture and then delivery never happened. Now they refuse to process refund. WORSE service ever!

This is by far the absolute worst customer service experience i have ever received. Furniture was set for delivery within a week, i was supposed to receive a call to inform us, no one called us, i called 3 days back to back no one knows anything.the sales associate that sold me the furniture isnt returning calls or capable of providing updates, they cant even have the decency to return calls when they say they will.all as of now no one knows where the furniture is, when it will be delivered and no one is able to provide me a timeframe of any kind.

Bought this couch and was specifically indicated that it would be delivered within a week now no one knows lol

Bought a mattress from Kamla who sold it to me and I was extremely happy with the service I received from Kamla. She is very knowledgable and I will recommend this store to all my friends.
