Going to Violetta for massage therapy has been better than any therapy I’ve ever done in my life. She is very attentive and relaxing to be around (+ gives the best massages). Cheryl (physio) is extremely kind, knowledgeable & is always happy to see you and help. Front desk reception is very thorough & great as well. What a great team they have going! Excellent staff! - I had Cheryl and John. Great advice.and I made great progress with post op knee replacement physio. The only negative, is that, because they are so good and very busy, it is sometimes very hard to book convenient appointments.

Attentive team. Very accommodating when it comes to booking sessions as my schedule is limited. They provide different treatment options for my needs (MVC injury) so I don’t feel stuck doing the same thing each week.

I honestly have nothing good to say about the team at lifemark infact the team that works there are amazing people very pleasant to work with. Samantha, john, oh ya and Alex are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about there patient's, great job guys keep up the good work. The only down fall is the parking lot there are sink holes every where in the winter the lot is very easy to get stuck only complaint

Following my hip surgery 8 weeks ago I was sent to Affinity for physio. Cheryl gave me a program to follow for 6 weeks and thanks to her professional approach and coaching, the healing process is more rapid than I ever imagined.

Dr. Sam was condescending entire time I spoke with him. Did not tell me what they were doing, just got mad at me and told me to lay down. I went for some relief in my back, did not get much relief, still in the same amount of pain a week later.

Young guys are good, but Dr. Sam has an attitude issue.

I highly recommend Affinity Physiotherapy and Wellness! All the staff have been very welcoming and friendly! Throughout my treatment at the clinic with Jantry, Balpreet, Aaron and Kyan, I have learned to have more confidence in my physical abilities when completing everyday activities. Through my physiotherapy sessions, Jantry always takes the time to explain pain management strategies and has given me excellent strengthening exercises to help decrease the pain. Massage therapy sessions with Rick and Violetta have also been helpful with relaxing and reducing pain and muscle tension.

I highly recommend Affinity Physiotherapy & Wellness it has a great atmosphere and amazing people. I felt welcomed right from the start. They have helped me in my recovery to get back to work and although it hasn't been the easiest road they have been there every step of the way.

My experience here has been amazing! I have been seeing Dr. Sam who has helped me recover from my accident. Not only has my treatment been a positive part of my experience, but the entire staff at this location are so friendly and welcoming. They also follow covid protocols very strictly, not once have they forgotten to take my temp and I go on a weekly basis, so it makes me feel very comfortable knowing they are very clean and covid cautious! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for physio, chiropractor, or even massage therapy, they have it all and are beyond amazing!

I have been to Affinity twice in the last 6 months. Once for my hip replacement and then for my knee replacement. Both times Sheryl and Aaron were great. They worked with me and pushed me to my full potential to make the healing process a success.
I really like going there because they do not let you slack off. I will be getting my other knee done in a few months and will absolutely be going back to Affinity

The staff are very friendly, and the rehab service is focused and efficient. Thanks to them, I'm well on my way to recovery.

Amazing and caring staff. They worked with me scheduling the appointments around my work schedule and staff there is amazing. They are friendly and work with you like family. Would definitely recommend.

I first went to Affinity because of a knee problem. I must say that my knee is healed and it is thanks to the wonderful treatment that I received from the staff at Affinity! Jantry was professional and accurate in his assessment and course of therapy. The clinic has friendly administrators and is bright and clean. I would recommend Affinity to anyone, including family! The team in this office is very friendly, attentive and understanding. My overall experience was excellent. The physio and massage therapists did amazing work on my neck, shoulder and back. The issues I went in with are completely gone now. I would highly recommend this office and their staff to anyone.

I've been going to affinity physiotherapy & wellness for a couple of months now and have never been happier with the treatment. The staff their are amazing, professional, and friendly. The place is very clean and the entire staff are very helpful especially when it comes to your health and wellness needs. Not only are the physiotherapists very good but the massage therapists are very good as well. This is my first time doing physiotherapy and I am very happy that I am doing it at affinity. Dr. Sam, John and Aaron have been very helpful and supportive throughout my recovery from my car accident. I would like to thank the ladies at the front desk as well for being so flexible with my work schedule and dealing with all the insurance papers. They have been very helpful throughout my recovery which I appreciate. After getting a couple of treatments in I definitely see a difference and have been able to go back to my delay routines at work and in my personal life. I had an exceptional experience here following a traumatic head-on car accident. I highly recommend everyone I’ve been in contact with at Lifemark- from Rose and the front desk staff who are so helpful with accident claim paperwork to Dr. Sam, Aaron, and Jantry. I no longer require physio as my injuries have all healed, but I will miss the friendly chit chats and kind, compassionate folks here. Thank you!

I could not ask for a better physiotherapist than Jantry. He is an angel sent and I definitely recommend everyone to go see him. He is very thorough with his assessments and very knowledgeable. Very busy place, especially in the morning. Really recommend Book appointments earlier. Really like the fact that treatments along with exercises given actually help one to recover faster. They tailor to what one needs.

Jantry's clear explanation of the mechanics of pain relative to muscle and tendons and his attentive care throughout the treatments and exercises was quite helpful in terms of relating to the therapy I was undergoing.

Also, the clear set of exercises I was given verbally and and in printed version with such clarity is something I had never experienced in the past numerous years with any other physiotherapy clinics.

For me personally, walking in to a facility like this for the first time, determines if I will return.
The full TEAM EFFORT AND CARING WAYS is felt instantly, from admin right to the back room where the gym is, and the private side rooms,
I felt nothing but sincere sensitivity to the needs of my new knee replacement.
My therapists John and Aaron are especially gifted in calming me down in all these different emotional theraputic exercises, and explaining EVERYTHING as we go along. Not one question goes unanswered! It was the WHOLE TEAM'S BUBBLY PERSONALTIES, POSITIVE REASSURANCES, (and accepting my chatterbox disposition!) that made me return for each and every session, I truly couldn't have done it without AFFINITY.

Affinity Physiotherapy and Wellness has become my second home for the past six months. I am extremely happy with the treatment, with the flexible hours, with their understanding of my condition and offering a comprehensive treatment to address all my issues. Every time I come here I see happy faces greeting me with big smiles and making me feel great inside and out every singe session. I greatly appreciate everything they have done for me so far. I was sent to Affinity by my work place. I was nervous as I have never had to do physio before. The staff are very friendly, Jantry was amazing, talked me threw everything that I would be doing once my insurance company agreed. I also work with Erin who is with me during my routine who is also amazing. They both make me feel very comfortable making sure i am doing my routine properly and are very encouraging which makes me want to work harder. They dont make it feel like a work out but exercising with friends. I still have a few weeks to go but will be sad when I dont continue with them. I have enjoyed it so much I am hooked and am considering joining a gym.
I also have had the pleasure of starting some seasons with Charlette the occupational therapist and am looking forward to the next few seasons.
All in all Affinity is a great place and very happy my insurance company chose this company for my physio.

Amazing staff, I feel very well taken care of when receiving treatment for my motor vehicle accident. I've only received a few treatments and feel a significant improvement in my body. They are very kind, respectful and professional which I highly appreciate. Would highly recommend, as I just booked my mom in as well to get treatment here too.

The staff at The Affinity Physiotherapy and Wellness Clinic are very people oriented. From the Receptionist to Dr. Sam and John and Raquel
