Wow! What a selection they have! Like I mean everything! And the prices are soooo good! Worth the trek to go here! Amongst all the fabric stores near Affordable Textiles, they can’t compare to the prices and selections!

Best textile retailer in the city: great selection, great service, great prices. They always have what you’re looking for plus a lot of really high quality hidden gems you didn’t know you wanted.

Lots of fabrics to pick from, but they're rarely labeled so the price and fibre content is a mystery until you get to the front desk.

It's a really neat store with alot of different types of fabric. The workers/owners are extremely knowledgeable so if you are unsure about something or can't find something ask them and they'll be able to help!

Been here many times and have always found what I needed. Large variety of fabrics and very friendly staff.

I do some dress design and costume design and it was such help to find this place! Everything was so cheap, the selection is huge and the man who help me is amazing about fabric knowledge! Jason I think name was you are the best! My immigration consultant friend recommend this store and I could spend whole budget here in a day, is that good XD

I do like coming here but im done buying from these guys. Pricing is never consistant I have been charged different prices for the exact same fabric on multiple occasions and I have even been overcharged on fabric after I checked my bill i was charged for extra yardage. Not to mention a few times ive baught fabric from here there have been stains on it.

I would never go back there again! The person said it's $4 a metre and when he charge me ended up charging $5 a metre, and I bought 2 metres. When I noticed and asked him, he said 5 dollars was what he said and he swore to god. Within such a short time range a person could lie to your face and change face so fast made me shiver. Scamming me a few dollars made them definitely lose at least one customer. Would never ever go back. And when I came home I measured the wool fabric I bought, it's 7cm short than what I asked and paid for. Please be careful if you really have to shop there.
In the Canadian culture, we tend to trust people too easily and don't check on things we are sometimes suppose to check. When people abuse your trust, it make you really feel disgusted. It's not really about the few dollars that I lost.

Nice selection but many of the fabrics are not that affordable. Customer service is usually quite neutral

The folks that work here are unbelievably kind, and are always more than willing to help me out with any questions I might have. They know their stuff, and as someone who has recently started working with fabrics they have always been encouraging and pleasant. I always suggest people check here for what they are looking for, and if they don't have something in stock then some of the other shops in the area should have you covered. That being said it is always my first stop, and they rarely disappoint.

The store is stuffed with fabrics that are hard to get at. I found the staff surly and racist. The proprietor at 531 had no time for me and was clearly more interested in the white man who was hovering around. Waste of time.

I drove 4 hours to check out this place as well as others, not only was the fabric not a decent cost i paid for 10 yards and got 9 yards, never going back except to complain.

Great selection of fabrics for various types of clothing. Was trying to find some pinking shears but they were all sold out. One of the better fabric stores in the area.

I went here with a friend with the intent of making our own cosplays, showed the employee a picture of the costumes and they were knowledgable and helpful! They understood our budget and offered advice on what materials to use. The worker was also friendly and gave us good deals and took the time to enlighten us. The prices are great and they offer almost everything you'll need to make your own piece! Would recommend!

The workers are very friendly and they give lots of advice and help when trying to pick a fabric. I’ve been here a couple times now and every time I’ve been there, I always leave satisfied. They have good deals on fabric and they have a lot of unique designs as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Great store, lots of selection. Look past the displays out front - there are lots of good-quality fabrics inside. Although one poster claims the store is closed, it is most definitely open. I was there today, they are most definitely open, and more stock is coming in

This place has a great selection and typical Queen West prices. It’s great for specialty fabrics and convenience but if you need a lot of fabric you’ll find better prices off Queen West. It’s a great little shop though, and so fun to browse and dream in.

98% of the items sold in this store does not have a price on it. Depending on who is working that day, the prices change. If you are purchasing any of the end pieces located in the bin near the front of the store, be sure to open it to check for size (as some are not a quarter) and stains.

Amazing store, amazing service. You get quality in every aspect the minute you walk in. The place is covered from floor to ceiling with a wide variety of fabric, it’s very hard to not find what you’re looking for in there. Overall a pleasure.

Affordable Textiles is the place to be for all your fabric needs. They have amazing designs at an affordable price! This family owned business has been nothing but genuine to their customers and their craft. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Went here today as a student looking to buy a few different fabrics.they have a really great selection but not very affordable at all like their name! I ended up leaving with only one velvety fabric 1.5 metres for $35 most of the fabrics I wanted i was told were $30 per metre
