Dealt with owner Hadji in regards to changing rear hatch glass on a van and building a brace so work tools wouldn't fly thru the back glass in the future.

-Agreed price $400, then mysteriously asked for $480. Explaination given "Don't worry brother you can claim on your taxes, no big deal" LOL

-Towed him the vehicle for a few hours work, got the car 3 full days later.

-Left most if not all previous broken glass in hatch.was to lazy to remove paneling and vacuum it.

-Got the car back with a hole in the glass because he was "unable" to put back wiper blade. Was told he was not responsible for any of the "accessories" LOL. OK that makes perfect sense with rain and snow ahead.

-Brace itself is sub par, defintly not great either. Hence the 2 star review and not 1

IN short, he is a slick talker with a justification for every issue. In reality it comes down to garbage work ethic and garbage business ethics, with no value for customers or his brand, just about the dollar signs. Will ignore you after you mention the problems and just say "I did my job". Be prepared to be rushed on the phone everytime and have all your requests ignored.

Go elsewhere and give your money

Top marks for quality and speed of installation, price and friendliness on a 2015 Toyota Sienna windshield. The windshield is now about 4 months old and there is no distortion, chips or scratches I can see. I would definitely use them again. Hopefully, I won't need to.

Their price is good, a little rough on the glass removal. Chipped my paint good in 3 spots. Brought it to their attention and they denied, denied, denied. Take a video of paint around your windshield when you drop it off and inspect when their done.

Great service and great price. They came right to my house and installed the rear glass on my Subaru. They always answered their phones and the price is the best one I could find. Highly recommend them.

Just got the work done today so not sure how it will hold up but they seemed really helpful and professional and completed the work in 90 mins all for an excellent price.

Afghan Autoglass assisted in replacing my windshield. They have various options with regards to the quality of glass and do a quick job with quality service. I replaced my windshield last July and so far I have had no issues. As well, they were able to callibrate my sensors to ensure no issues with lane departure. Reasonably priced and recommended!

Starting from a warm welcome to quick inspection and full replacement within 90 minutes while directly dealing with my insurance.i wish could have given them a few more well deserving stars!

A rude and very unprofessional boss. Just telling you, you’ll regret going to this Afghan auto glass. Instead of fixing the problem, they make it worse or maybe they don’t know what they’re doing.

DO NOT GO HERE. The place of business is decently clean, besides the glass debris everywhere. Even though its a glass repair shop, they smash the glass to remove it from your vehicle. So its messy. The staff were friendly at first but turned bitter afterwards, once confronted with their sloppy workmanship. Their price to replace a windshield is good given the quality of the aftermarket glass they offer. However, after the job is done, they rush you out immediately to pay, not even giving you a chance to see your car, before it is removed from the shop. In our case, we took the liberty to see it ourselves, before paying, only to find out that they removed the car from the shop and drove it outside, even though I asked that only I drive it out. They did not clean the inside of the car after they replaced the windshield. They left it with glass shards, splinters and chunks (big and small) inside the car all over the floor, on and wedged into the leather seats, under the mats, in the air vents, and on the hood of the car. There are also multiple large scratches on the dash inside the car that were not there before, meaning they didnt even bother to cover or protect the inside when removing the windshield. There was a small surface rust spot under the windshield, smaller than a dime, that they had to clean up and prime before putting on the windshield. A little bit of sandpaper and a hand rub would have done the trick, however they managed to scratch the front pillar with the power grinder they used, and didn't even tell us. We noticed after we got home and cleaned the car properly. Now this has to be repainted and repaired before it starts to rust. There was also black sealant inside on the dash, on the seats, and on the hood of the car and front fenders. When we pointed this out to the person who did the work, he said he would clean it, and then proceeded to rub in the glass fragments into the paint using paper towel and some kind of cleaner. Getting upset at what we saw, we confronted him as he was doing it, and he became aggressive, started to swear, and threatened my dad with "I will crush you in front of your kids", not once, but twice. We should have called the police right then to charge him with assault, however we just settled to diffuse the situation and focused on taking our car home. Terrible experience. Even though there are a few high rated reviews, they do not respect your vehicle, or you and your business, and don't do a good installation job, very sloppy, and they don't do any kind of clean up job after they finish their work. IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE PERIOD.

This is the absolute best place to get your glass done I promise. This is my second time there and their services are great. They welcome you first, then tell you all you need to know and send you to the waiting area which is comfortable and (I love the birds there) take your vehicle to be fixed.ps. The time estimate may even be shorter than the actual time you spend there prices are great too.

Called for availability. They said they will check for stock and call and they did. Fast service (70 minutes). Reasonable price for my Lexus RX400 rain sensor windshield. 290. Cute parakreets in the waiting area and books to read. I will update on the windshield in a couple of weeks.

I woke up to my car window smashed by a vandal on Friday. I called "Speedy" glass repair who wanted me to wait until next Wednesday for an appointment. I called Afghan Auto Glass and they said I could bring it in right away. They replaced the glass and fixed the bent window mechanism for half the price quoted by Speedy.

They are very organized, friendly, and sitting in a waiting room with beautiful birds singing was a pleasure. I can't recommend them enough. Amazing service. Look no further!

What a pain and mess dealing with this shop. They put in new windshield. It was making wind noise, but what was worse is that they cut my car’s dashboard with the knife they were using. Got it replaced and they tried to patch the dashboard. Looked terrible - right in the line of sight. The guy tried paying me off with $60 for the damage. Finally had to get them to agree to fixing this mistake and paying for the dashboard to be professionally fixed. Third windshield. Waste of my time and their money. Should have been done right the first time. You get what you pay for.

Editing to respond to Haji. Yes it was your place as that is where it was brought to get fixed and ColorGlo GTA fixed the dashboard your installer destroyed, as per my request. You paid his invoice.

EDIT: 3 years later, I returned with my Audi A5 for a rock chip. Within 30 minutes Haji had my rock chip repaired, and had me on my way. Haji and his team are quick, polite, professional and from my experiences, their workmanship is always top notch.

ORIGINAL: I've dealt with this store twice and both times, the boss and staff were courteous, understanding, and the price was definitely fair. Initially called and got a quote for my chipped windshield which developed into a crack. Over the phone the manager was polite, respectful, answered all my questions and did not once try to rush me. When I agreed to take my car there, even though it was a couple hours before close, he told me it would be fine, and they'd take care of me the same night. After the repair, one of the employees informed me about the warranty and procedure on letting the sealant dry as well as any other questions I had.

I had to return a couple months later due to a small stress crack that I spotted in a corner of the glass. This was NOT caused by poor workmanship or anything of the sort but most likely just a manufacturing defect and was covered under the warranty they provide. I called the store again, and just like the first time, the staff and manager fit me in no problem. It was a busier day so he did let me know in advance the wait would most likely be about 3 hours. I didn't mind as they do provide free wifi as you wait. Despite initially telling me 3 hours, the staff had my car done in half the time, and as mentioned free of charge as it was covered under warranty.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND:
Absolutely substandard work and dismissive, patronizing tone from Haji (from whom, as I see he reads and responds rudely to poor ratings, I have zero interest in hearing from).
He replaced my cracked windshield, and left a half-inch gap all around the outside (glass shards all over the dash too). I called to inform them. He did not call back. I dropped it off the following day, (he tried to make me wait for him to arrive, although I had been clear I could not be late for work).
I called later, and he asked what seemed to be the issue as if he couldn't see the giant gap all around the windshield, revealing the under metal part. Gaslighting at its finest.
When I picked up the car, I asked why on earth he would have let me take it home like that in the first place, and he found every excuse under the sun. I must not have had a piece there in the first place, then "some people like it like that", it must have been his employee, etc. He interrupted me repeatedly, and told me to "relax", when I was talking in a normal tone and asking very reasonable questions. When I pointed out some scratched paint, he insisted it was just glue, and that he "hope (d) I wasn't going to blame him for the dent in the roof too. " Just completely rude, dismissive and unapologetic for the shoddy workmanship and my inconvenience and lost time.
I would never recommend this place to anyone and wonder how many of his friends and relations filled out five star reviews to get him his high rating in the first place.

Excellent, they gave us a quote that was almost 60% less expensive than Speedy glass (no offence to them) for the same windshield replacement. It was even done same day. Would highly recommend.

So previously i went to some place called wind auto repair, i was the only customer, place look like a ghost town, after my glass cracked after 2 days, which they came up with all kinds of excuses to not replace it, i left.so i called up this place, the lady gave me lowest quote, the place has customers waiting there for their cars to be fixed (good sign) their service was better, the glass they used was better quality, thanks guys,
anybody reading reviews, i assure you this is the best place to get glasses repaired, unless you want to pay like three times the price (franchise ones) and forget about dealer price, they are out of my budget

I had my insurance approval sent to them, but never received a call back from them. Had called them 3 times and still waiting for a call back.

Terrible people to work with. I brought my car in to get my rear window fixed. When I went to pick up, they removed the wiper motor without letting me know the price beforehand. On top of that, they somehow removed the roof of the car, WHICH IS NOT NECESSARY FOR THE REPAIR, and it flew off while I was driving. When I brought up this issue, they insisted that they had not touched that part, which is impossible as suggested by two other professionals. They then tried to say it was stolen instead, but will talk to their mechanic who worked on my car. Throughout the week whenever I ask for an update, they either keep delaying or straight up ghost me. When I confronted them about reporting this incident to the Ministry of consumer services, they straight up told me they could say it was stolen and there's nothing I can do about it. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE, they did a sloppy job and have bad customer service. Please AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. You are better off going to a junk yard and fixing it yourself.

I went to Afghan Auto glass because I thought I had a new chip in my windshield. Turns out, the chip was old and had already been filled by another family member who drives my car.
They kept my car for 35 minutes to fix.even though there was nothing to fix as I found out later. Either they realized that it was filled already and 'pretended' to fix it during that time and charged me, or they didn't realize and filled it again. Either way if they are experienced professionals, they should have noticed this and been honest with me.

These guys were half the money another mechanic quoted me. They had my 2021 model glass in stock. They honoured my quite when I came back a week later and it only took an hour to change my glass. Staff are friendly and professionally. I highly recommend them!

After someone broke into our cars we were recommended to this company. They came out to fix our windows and did very promptly everything was good however being in the underground parking there is no plug outlets so there was no vacuuming of glass I had to do it myself. The next day I tried to open the door and it was stuck, I took it to there shop where later they said it was fixed and there was glass shards inside the door which caused it to not open. After leaving a few hrs after that same problem. Next day Dani came out and cleaned up whatever he could problem solved. The owner isn’t customer satisfactory, was rude over the phone and said he was doing me a favor. Lol won’t be recommending this place in the near future.

My experience was terrible. I had my front and back windshield done on my 2014 Honda accord coupe. Everything seemed properly done but I’m no expert. I took my car to my trusted body shop for body work. While they were sanding the roof of the car the back windshield shattered. In conclusion the glass wasn’t centered properly and due to the high vibration, the back windshield shattered but the front was good. I called the gentleman to tell him about the situation and he completely blamed the body shop and he did not want to see pictures of the imperfection so I decided to post them here for everyone to see including him. If you look closely you’ll notice that the windshield is totally to the right side touching the body and there is a gap on the left side. The work that was done was VERY POOR QUALITY and they just wanted my money. I don't recommend this shop to anyone.

Unfortunately we have had a few visits there in the last few months and they have been very accommodating and their prices are pretty fair. I would definitely recommend them.

Haji from Afghan auto glass was excellent to work with. He really took care of me and I watched my car get serviced. Had a random stone hit my windshield and the crack kept spreading because I didn't look after it. It really wasn't safe to drive. Within 45 minutes my car was good as new.

I had a stone hit my windshield and knew that the there was limited time before the crack would spread. I was afraid the windshield couldn't be saved but Afghan worked their magic and were able to repair it.
