He should fire all the employees of the embassy because they are busy with their own entertainment, they don't answer our mobile phones. What are you getting paid for? Answer people's cell phones. May God destroy you. From the head to the choki, you should be fired.

Very impatient person on passport customer service I never expect this kind of attitude from our beloved country embassy.

I sent my children's entry permit along my husband's passport extension request forms to the Afghan Embassy in Ottawa, Canada. During this process, I frequently called the Embassy, asking questions and checking on the status of my application. I was in contact with them every day. I must say that everyone I spoke with was extremely polite, professional, and patient. They answered all of my questions with great professionalism and provided detailed information. Lastly, I had a conversation with Mr. Amini or Amani (I couldn't quite catch his name), and he was truly wonderful and very helpful. I want to express my gratitude to all the staff for their outstanding professionalism and excellent customer service.

Don’t waste your money for an entry permit to Afghanistan. My son was born in Canada and went to Afghanistan and the Taliban did not accept the entry permit form. It’s a waste of money. Just show your child’s birth certificate and they will tell you to get a tazqira for your child. Which is 500 afghani. Don’t waste your time at this embassy.

Very incompetent staff. I called them, the clerk told me to wait a minute and he will get back to me. He got disappeared and I literally called them 11 times and he didn’t answer my phone.

That is what happens when you get a job through connection not talent. I don’t expect much better from them.

Kindly ask you questions if no passport for clients, where the client should attend.

Very unprofessional, I wish I could give 0 star. I went twice with a baby to get a letter for my husband’s license and they didn’t get it done. They make excuses and take your money. My husband has more than 5 years of driving experience but they only gave him a letter for less than two years. Hashemi is very unprofessional, I don’t know if he wanted bribe. He asks for his old license clearly knowing the situation back home. When we showed a picture of his old license, he made excuses that it’s fake. I don’t understand why the embassy is even open when they are not representing the current government and the old government is not in power. They are not legitimate themselves but question the legitimacy of the documents. You might as well close your embassy since you clearly are not helping your people.
