Very bad customer service. Stop being so dismissive and do better.
I wanted to support a black business but given the nasty and unfriendly attitude of the lady at the cash (the owner maybe), I won't come back.
It's just unacceptable.

Mainly afro carribean stuff and hair products. If can't find something on the shelves, ask and they're likely to dig it out for you

For those of us who can't do without real home-cooked food in African and Carribean pots, the African Queen is a place to find what we need for the sumptuous dishes that feel our homes with the aroma of life. They also sell African fabric, and grooming accessories that make ladies of African descent look gorgeous. The free car park and the numerous shops nearby means one could accomplish a great deal of the shopping goals in literally the same location.

Friendly service. The ladies are always so professional and they engage the customers. Great place to find Nigerian/African groceries. The prices are fair too.

Friendly service over the phone when enquiring about certain products, and in person in the store.

Good selection of products but the fridge is filthy. Shop is too packed, not really clean & unfortunately their young lady behind the counter should have a better attitude towards customers.
