I've been a client at Afya for over a year now. Most recently I've been seeing Teigan for IPL and chemical peels. She's calm, caring and capable! Teigan did my second IPL treatment and the results were exceptional.

I've also been with Beth for IPL and chemical peels as well. Beth is one of the kindest/funniest people I've ever met. She cares so much about your skin journey, is super knowledgeable and wants to help you feel your best. My skin looks incredible after seeing Beth and Teigan.

I had my first ever botox experience at Afya as well, with nurse Vanessa. Botox is an art and Vanessa is who you want to see. She is detailed, competent and conservative. She showed me in depth the facial muscles that would be affected and ensured she engaged me in the process of how I *want* to look with botox. Safe to say I'm now addicted.

I'm so so happy with my results and the experience I have every time I'm at Afya. Their estheticians and injectors are the only ones I trust!

But more specifically, I had a session with Megan who is a very talented laser technician. She did a great job at making me feel calm, and relaxed and the treatment felt basically pain-free thanks to her! I specifically recommend booking your sessions with her.

I've done PRP + microneedling, facial, chemical peels and other treatments there. They've always been very warm and welcoming. They'll answer all questions you might have regarding treatments. Even brought my friends in for facials in the Glow pod - such a good experience every time!

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! I got my gel nails done by Anya and a lip flip by Vanessa and highly recommend them!

I had my first laser hair removal session with Megan, and it was such a fantastic experience. Megan greeted me with warmth and kindness, and made me feel comfortable throughout my services. She takes the time to guide you through each step, let’s you know what to expect, and puts you at ease like you are hanging out with your long time friend.

Megan’s professionalism, knowledge, and calming demeanor allowed me to be relaxed and feel secure that I, a plus sized woman, am able to receive these services just like everyone else can.

The Glow Facials are to die for, customized at each visit and such a relaxing, luxurious experience.

I have been very satisfied with the minimal botox injections I have tried. I probably had at least 3 consults because I was nervous, but was able to take the plunge and love the natural look.

Oh my gosh, where to begin? I messaged AFYA last year to inquire about lip fillers when they had a great deal and it just wasn't the right time for me. I had started thinking about it again recently, so I messaged them on Instagram. Michelle was so kind and gracious and went out of her way to message the owner to see what they could do for me (without me even asking). The owner was kind enough to give me a great deal based on the offer last year (this blew me away) and I was booked in for my appointment that night!

When I got to the spa, it was absolutely gorgeous. The decor is breathtaking and you can tell it's been thought out really well. Emily met with me to do my consultation and she was extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable from the get go and answered my questions. She mentioned a couple of other services I may like in the future but in no way pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. She treated me like a 5-star guest.

Then, Shelby did my actual filler. She walked me through the procedure, the risks, and asked me what I was looking for. I wasn't picky and it was my first time so I just let her run with it. Shelby was really funny and kind. By the end of the treatment I felt like I had known her for years. She has that ability to make you comfortable. She is a huge part of the reason I would come back. The treatment itself hurts like a son of a b, but it was so worth it. My lips, though swollen, look absolutely stunning and it's a dream come true. I called my mom up afterwards and we're already planning to go back for some other services / treatments.

I am super extra about the spas I go to and I would 10/10 recommend AFYA. I was impressed beyond words. Sorry, the review is long, but it warranted a shout out to all of these wonderful ladies. Amazing work and thank you for giving me the lips I've always wanted!

I just had the Juvederm Volbella XC for my lips and I can’t stress enough how amazing this treatment is. My lips are so soft and so natural-looking but the volume is definitely noticeable. I recommend getting this treatment at AFYA Skin and Body and you’ll thank me later.

Truly I have never felt so relaxed in a facial (you’re invited to disrobe and hop on a comfy heated treatment table for max relaxation) and the glow my skin had for the next MONTH was almost unreal! If you want to look fresh-faced without wearing makeup in your 40s and beyond, this needs to be a non-negotiable part of your monthly self-care routine.

I loved the low pressure way my Michelle explained and recommended after-care products and I’m so glad I took her advice. The lines they carry are the real deal and I’ve been so pleased with the AHA Exfoliation Cream & Skin Brightening Cream she shared.

Antonia was great. Afya is my go-to place for my Botox and fillers. The place is very clean, the nurses are friendly, and the atmosphere is very relaxing.
