Agilus Work Solutions and Recruitment Firm

I wish I could say my experience with Agilus thus far has been good but I haven't met anyone so I wouldn't know. The entire on-board experience was online and very impersonal. I had a contract worker greet me at the door rather than my own recruiter. Placement wise they did great. I'm at Vistaprint and it's perfect. Downside is, they have 2 contract companies there and it seems the other gets less work shortage then this one. I've been there 3 months and average 3 days a week when it was advertised as full-time.
The on-board process needs to be more inviting an in class orientation would make people feel more welcome and part of Agilus.

I really appreciate the work Agilus is doing and their employees. Recently I had a chance to meet Bhavya Nagaraju, a recruitment consultant at Agilus Windsor and my experience with her was amazing. Bhavya is a people person. She is an active listener, an unbiased interviewer, and a good relationship builder. She brings to the table her excellent knowledge and skills and does her best to support the needs of her client.
She has great knowledge about the workings of the recruitment industry as well. I loved connecting with her and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an exceptional recruitment services.
