I went to this dealership with the hopes of addressing my drooping side mirror. The service department that connected with me, I must say, was very friendly and professional. The issue I experienced was with the quality of the actual work.

I was told that to fix the initial issue, there's the risk we'd crack the side mirror, which I accepted and happened. To put the parts together, they used super glue, which, after a few hours later, gushed out in an unfortunate manner. After further review, I learned the super glue was applied to my door panel mistakenly.

I was never informed about this happening in person and my work order. Had I known, I would've glued this myself or with someone more careful. The quality of work looks like a preschoolers' arts and crafts project to be transparent.

Yes, they addressed the initial issue, tightened the side mirror and as a result, created a new and messy problem for me that'll cost more to restore. I'm waiting for their team to contact me and resolve the matter.

The following is an update:

I returned the next day after calling the service department. Yes, I initiated the next steps because, according to the advisor, sending messages via their website goes nowhere, which I thought was an unprofessional response. First mistake of the day.

I drove there and was greeted by their sales team who showered me with compliments because they can appreciate a classic sports car when they see one. Again, they were very friendly and wished me good luck after explaining my issue.

I connected with the advisor who attended my needs immediately. I asked if I should point out the flaws and was responded with no because this review was read prior to me arriving.

Hours later, I reviewed the work and appreciated they tried their best. At this point, I was seeking remediation because the mess made was their fault. Firstly, I pointed out the glue on the door panel, which wasn't addressed, at which point I questioned in my head if they actually read this review like they said or was this a mistake of forgetting. Second mistake of the day.

They called the detailer and I was informed they used a chemical that would damage my ceramic coat to remove what they could. Third mistake of the day. They attempted to remove the excess with a sharp blade, at which point I said this is enough because this isn't how this work should be done. I explained kindly to the advisor that I expected my issue to be solved, which it was, without causing new issues because, now, the entire assembly needs to be replaced instead of the mirror only. I wasn't okay with the rest of the parts not being recoverable. The response was less than stellar again and I explained the need to be very transparent in the future, at which point I was asked how much more transparent can they be? Fourth mistake because the emotions are getting the better of this advisor.

I connected with the manager who, all things considered, was very professional. To be brief and transparent, I'm expecting them to cover the cost of their initial work at a minimum, which was $160 because in fixing the initial issue, they created several that'll cost me more to restore the side mirror. The options or discounts given to me were less than that by the manager, which was the last mistake of the day that I can tolerate.

I trust that their management team is reviewing this. I'm expecting one to return this with better offers than those sent today given the explanation above.

I went to Scarborough Mazda with issues on my 2008 Mazda5 on a Saturday morning without having an appointment. Raji who was at the service desk took me in without any question and listened my vehicle's issues. He said that it would take the technician atleast and hour to find the details. After sometime he came back and mentioned, it may take more than an hour and promptly provided transport to take me home.
He called me later and mentioned all the issues with my vehicle, gave the estimate and wanted my approval which I gave verbally and confirmed by email. He sent the vehicle later in the evening to pick me. The repairs were done and the vehicle was given to me in the evening. I am so happy that Raji was able to help me out on a Saturday even though I didn't have an appointment. Thanks Raji! Keep up the good work.

I recently bought a car from Amir at Agincourt Mazda. I am IN LOVE with the car however there were a number of things that spoiled our over all experience.

Our sales representative was very unorganized and appeared to have inadequate training. I did not feel supported throughout the sale in the way I feel I should have. I truly believe that this was the first car they had ever sold.

I had my mechanic look at the car to ensure everything was good. My mechanic found that the service department took a grinder to our rotors to remove any rust and a level 2 oil leak that should be covered under warranty. None of this was mentioned at time of delivery and when i asked the service manager about the rotors, he advised this is common and how they service all their breaks and rotors. SUPER SHADY.

I will mention, there was one small aspect of the overall interaction that was helpful and supportive however, I would NEVER buy a car, service my car or recommend Agincourt Mazda again.

UPDATE: took the car to Ajax Mazda, oil leak covered under warranty and confirmed grinding rotors is likely to cause more damage and not an ethical way to service rusty rotors. Shame on agincourt mazda and their service department.

Just bought a used Mazda CX3 from Agincourt Mazda. Abhi (our sales rep) made this a seamless experience. He was extremely patient as we looked at various cars, took several test drives, and had lots of questions.

Mo was also pleasant to deal with as he helped us with all of the financing options.

I would definitely recommend this dealership, ask for Abhi and Mo if you are looking to purchase a car.

Had a wonderful experience with this Mazda location and with Anthony who helped me get the exact car I wanted. In a time of supply shortages, Anthony did his best to get me a car as soon as possible after hearing about my short timelines. He made sure I knew exactly what I was getting with the car and worked with me to ensure that the model/trim fit my budget. There was never any pressure to deviate from the budget I provided and in a matter of days I had a new car ready to go!

Terrible customer service.called multiple times throughout the day, nobody bothered answering the phone or even calling me back. Will be getting my future service appointments done elsewhere. Agincourt Mazda just lost a customer for life.

They sold me car with chipped windshield, at first they did not accept it was their mistake, one of the guys from service accepted it was chipped at show room.i asked them to replace windshield to which they we’re trying to use my additional coverage.i denied using my coverage and i was been told that is the only way to fix my windshield.i had to report it to Mazda Canada head office.was provided Agincoury Mazda’s GM contract.after contacting him and explaining him the situation they agreed to replace my windshield. Service team replaced my windshield but broke my side mirror.never gone to this place ever since.

Hi everyone, I like to share my 7-8 time visits for tyres swap and puncher repair experience. I went to Mazda for this small job and left with scratches on rims and next day car started shaking. I went back for inspection and they told me my rotor are gone, car wasn't driven for 45k so under warrantees and all, they changed the rotors and made scratches on the body. Then I left the car for 2 day to do the paint on that area. I am glad that they painted, and buffed the scratched body and rims but still the rims have some scratches and those multiples visits and experience with the staff, those conversations, loss of my time. I dont feel it's worthy paying that money to tyres swap it could be cheaper outside and the whole experience was not so proffesional. I attached some pictures
