Amazing pool.
There are activities for everyone. Hottub for moms, small pool for small kids with dad and deep pool for older kids. Good sauna as well.

Just your average community center, with a better pool for children, having a slide and toys like a water park.

Went for the first time and was really impressed by the pool and the kids play pool with some great little slides were perfect for my 3 y/o and her 4 y/o best friend to play in without worrying about them getting hurt. It was a Sunday evening and busy but the hours on this pool were the best on This side of town and all the staff incl lifeguards were friendly and welcoming, will be coming back for sure! The changeroom really wasn't my favourite because it was on the dirty side but I was happy their was lockers and its free so overall 5star experience!

The conversation pool and sauna are amazing. My kids enjoy the pool. We are looking forward to trying the slide when it's open one day.

Good pool, to go with family. We love going here. We have all pool here hot pool, kids pool and full adult pool.

Nothing change after 25 years still the same jacuzzi, sauna, pools and lockers good job and salute to maintaining this affordable and convenient location recreational facility

Do NOT leave any valuables in the locker at all even if it has lock. Today we had 3 lockers plus mine broken into and stole all valuables; cash, wallet, phone, keys, etc.came out from swimming and found my lock missing from the locker. Looked inside and found all my clothes which was on the upper shelf is on the bottom. Further investigation found my pant missing with my valuables (wallet, key, phone, etc.) in my pant’s pocket.
Found out from other family that 2 lockers was from ladies’ change room, one at pool area, and mine at family’’a change room.
Contacted pool office, corporate security, and police non-emergency contact. They could care less and just took down report. The pool office took down my report and so is the police’s line. Police is a no show. Corporate security came and cared less saying he can’t access cameras or do anything and will have to be the police requesting to see cameras.
So, please do not leave valuables in the locker even if it has lock.
I was told by pool office staff that it did happened often maybe one locker a week, weeks or month, but never 4 in a day.

This place has EXTREMELY rude staff during leisure swim.

I've been going to a few different community centres for leisure swim to teach my wife how to swim. I tried this one for the first time this week. It was my worst experience by a long shot.

Every lifeguard was rude and condescending. I first approached one to kindly ask if we could use any of the flotation aids (noodles, kickboards, etc.), and she snapped and exclaimed "no! ", shaking her head in indignation. The other community pools I've been to happily allowed us to use them, but I thought to myself "fine, maybe this centre has a different policy. "

During our time there, the other few lifeguards circled the pool with little enthusiasm, occasionally blowing their whistles to call out kids who were possibly misbehaving. They would just blow their whistles and shake their heads, without clearly identifying who they were speaking with, let alone giving clear instruction or direction. I thought it interesting that they didn't call out the kids who were jumping into the pool in the shallow end, sometimes landing only about a couple of feet from where my wife or I was standing.

About 10 minutes before the "leisure swim" time was to end, a lifeguard finally found some vigor, loudly blowing his whistle and aggressively tell us that "leisure swim is over! Get out of the pool now! " His fellow lifeguards laughed heartily, their eagerness to leave the pool abundant and overflowing. Not even a minute after having made his announcement was he berating a few kids who were making their way to the corner of the pool to exit, saying "get out. You have to get out now. "

I don't expect excellent customer service at a community centre, nor do I expect all staff to be friendly. However, I do expect lifeguards to be diligent and interested in properly doing their jobs, instead of ostensibly wanting to leave them as quickly as possible.

Excellent recreation center that can be utilized by all ages. Most importantly it's kids friendly and world class facility.

Great place to spend time with kids on a weekend. They are open for leisurely family swim and that too for free at the moment.

Really busy but a fun place to play. Not much space to swim in the shallows but the slide makes up for it.

Staff is lovely. I was doing lane swim on the weekend morning but it is a little too busy now that spring has started.

Visited the pool today and it was pretty empty around noon. Very clean all around (pool, change rooms, etc). I would definitely go back. Their kids pool is quite nice with slides, toys and water sprays.

Still under construction. Looks like it might be ready for next season. However, since the ice rink wasn't damaged the rink might be open this winter.

Fire has destroyed the pool area, but the rink was left undamaged. City is working with insurer to have it rebuilt. Programs in the effected parts are being diverted to other city facilities. The site was once Heather Hall Skating Rink and Curling Club built 1912.

Very good community center, it's sad that a fire broke out a couple of weeks ago. Hope it can be repaired and open soon.

Clean - well taken care of. Plenty parking space. Hockey/ice rink. Huge pool. Expremely helpful staff. Can't ask for more. Been going here for activities for more than 15 years. Would recommend for swimming classes, skating classes, etc. The building recently caught on fire and is currently undergoing repair. - Feb 2019. Not sure when the building will be operational again.

Swimming with kids was fantastic in there. Clean and warm water. Life guards were so helpful and professional

Accidentally dropped my mix tape in the pool and the whole place caught on fire. Crazy stuff guys.the pool is gone but the OG Toronto fire department recovered my mixtape. God bless these guys

Looks like a nice place. Middle of the week and middle of the day it's quiet. It looks well maintained. However, shame on the facility for offering terrible snacks and drinks! How stupid to put such items (see pics) in a vending machine here where parents are trying to teach their children to be healthy!

Free swimming pools. 2 swimming pools for kids. 1 pool for young and adult. 1 pool for seniors to sit in water and talking. Lifeguards are closingly watching all the time.

Pool and play centre room were great. Men's bathroom smelled like horribly strong poo. Possibly a drain issue because it seemed stronger in the shower area. Other than that the facility was great.

Clean and well maintained facility. Pool is nice and warm but limited seats outside the pool area.

I was going to ask the life guard a question and I think he was avoiding me because he kept walking away from me.

Agincourt Community Recreation Centre & Leisure Pool is one of only two leisure pools in the Scarborough District providing lessons, recreation swims and birthday parties for all ages. We are home to Agincourt Lions Club, Agincourt Lawnbowling Club, and Agincourt Tennis Club. Our programs accommodate participants from Preschoolers to the Older Adults. Two indoor rinks provide ice for hockey and leisure skates. The centre also offers a Snoezelen Room.

The Snoezelen Room is a multi-sensory environment filled with lighting effects, shapes, textures, soft music and colours and is designed specifically for individuals with disabilities - including those with sensory processing, behavioural, intellectual and physical challenges.

Regular sessions help with physical and mental health, an increase in attention span, memory and relaxation, a decrease in negative behaviours, and an overall increase in the quality of life.

Avoid this place if you can. Unfortunately I couldn't and one of the staff from the rooms that look like they're doing absolutely nothing comes and harasses me for taking pictures of my child. I don't need permission to take pictures of only MY child in them and I proved that they were only pictures of my child to this rude staff member by showing my pictures.

In the mean time I see some man patting on his shoulders some one that ISN'T his kid and they allow that to occur without questioning him. Hire proper security staff who are trained to recognize these things better and get rid of the unskilled youth that probably can't gauge situations properly.

Took my kids swimming on Saturday and noticed a Christmas tree decorated with Halloween decorations and symbols of death. My kids and I found repulsive and disrespectful to Christians. When I complained to the two seemingly non Christian children public servants, they laughed. If instead the decorations implied insult to any other Faith, it would have been taken down immediately. They would be screaming bloody murder. What's with the double standards.

Took the kids for an afternoon swim. The pool was clean and warm but the universal change rooms could have been cleaner; Didn't like how people wore their outdoor shoes inside the change room as myself and the kids were stepping on pieces of salt from outside. Overall the pool was great for what we needed it for and it wasn't crowded. Good cheap fun! Highly recommended.
