Went to my car found some change went back in and gave it to her.
Very friendly thank you no fills for having great cashier.

Definitely very disappointed with how many times they've messed up my online orders. Putting things in that were NOT ON MY LIST, as well as NOT GETTING several things I DID have on list.

Nofrills department store in Oshawa impresses with its reasonable prices and friendly staff. The shopping experience is enjoyable, thanks to the helpful staff and the absence of rush, allowing customers to browse comfortably.

Definitely not the cleanest of NO Frills stores. If you need to assistance there never seems to be anybody around, or there too preoccupied with there conversations amongst themselves then to help or answer a question. It use to be a great store to shop in, but sadly over the years the standards seem to have lowered. Only pop in occasionally now when I have 1 or 2 items to get. Wouldn't do the bulk of my grocery shopping there.

Always have their flyer specials buy cashiers are sparce don't understand they have self check out but never open. Always have to wait in line of quite a few customers

The food when I went there was mostly rotten, which was not a great experience for a first visit but only speaking from the first visit. I'm not sure if they have good produce some other days

Good in-store shopping with social distancing measures in place. Good selection of products, friendly staff, and weekly sales on common household products, fruits, vegetables, and meats. Ample parking available on site.

Can't find items which are on weekly flyer. I usually find south Asian items in most No frills but this location seems not carrying them.

Awesome. Clean, stocked, staff is so friendly and outgoing. Very well sanitized and organized. We drive a few towns over just to come to this nofrills!

There were no bins blocking the self-checkout so I walked in and used the self-checkout then one of the employees yelled at me that the bins are there for a reason after they put the bins there and I told them there was no bins watch the cameras so they turned off my check out and I walked out and left everything, I was easily $200 to $300 a month customer, I will never go back

Any time I shop at this location, I always remark how friendly and helpful the staff are.
Today for example, Jane went out of her way to find an item I needed. She had a great attitude about it and was very kind.

I've been shop here for 21yrs. They never disappoint! Clean, quality produce and friendly service.

Always great, except for the fact that the person at the door was not paying attention to the number of people going in and out.

We did a curbside pickup from this location on Thursday morning. It was fantastic! The staff at this location are wonderful and all of the products they picked for us were great, even the produce. I will continue to get my groceries this way until things go back to normal. A big huge thank you to all the staff for putting yourself at risk during these crazy times. We appreciate you.:)

They are aware of my disabilities and Kim was kind enough to offer to bring my grocery order out to me. Kim was willing to go above and beyond and so was the store.

It's no-frills, not very packed no problems or issues staff was able to helped find the items I were looking for and checkout was quick good experience

Came in after 7pm, surprisingly almost nobody in the supermarket on an Sunday evening. Was greeted with friendly smile, which I'm surprised since these staff members should be fatigued from a long day. This was very heart warming. You don't get that type of customer service at the big supermarkets. I enjoyed my shopping experience and even tho I live in Scarborough. I will be sure to return once I'm in the area. Great job guys! Classy 5 stars for ya!

Great prices, clean, friendly helpful, their shopping cart cleaners, have a plastic fob, if you dont have coin. My h uh sband and I use mostly plastic, so this is our favorite grocery store.

Your usual No Frills environment inside. Forewarning: car speeds through this parking lot are equal to highway driving.

Good place to shop right off Hwy#401. Some days they don't have enough cashiers on so the line ups can get long.

We only went there for produces and were on the store for less than 10 minutes. The line up outside was much longer than that. Produces were fresh with lots to choose from. The displace looked good. The supermarket floor was clean. The cashier was friendly but she has no idea how the PC point system works with the credit card.

This place seemed to follow social distancing when we were outside. However, once the customers were inside the store, they were very close to us especially during check out. The customer behind us was less than a foot from us as the cashier did not stop her from entering the pay zone before we finished our transaction. Other staff saw that as I was asking that woman to back up and respect the social distancing which she refused. I guess their manager or supervisor were not there to make sure safety procedures were followed!

They have a great set-up to maintain social distancing and staff is very friendly through this pandamic.

Staff are great only downfall is usually not enough cashiers. Been better since covid but before that never enough cashiers

This is an amazing place to shop. Their prices are inexpensive. Their produce is also good quality. Aisles are well organized.
Their staff are nice and approachable. I highly recommend this place.
This time I shopped it was smooth, quick and I didn't take too much time for the item I was looking for.

Went today and not only are they chaining the carts up again (and not washing them) they are asking you to use a cardboard box to get your groceries and not a basket which can be cleaned. When asked why the manager stated due to sanitation? !? ! Ummm your asking people to us the non washed carts (which you can’t clean the chain properly hence the not using them at the moment) or a unsanitized box? !?
Nope. When contacting head office (after being told the store doesn’t know the number) I was informed they should not be chaining them due to above reasons and they should be providing baskets which are sanitized.
I definitely won’t be shopping here again and it’s literally a 2 min walk.
Hopefully head office handles this quickly for the rest or there will be many sick people from this store.

Favourite No Frills. Great staff and convenient parking. Well run store. Integral part of the community.

My closest cheap grocery store! I don't find the products I see in the flyer, however I always get what I want.alternate products. Good value for money! Close to Hwy 401, very accessible.

I normally shop here. No issues usually.except pretty upset when there today and there was way to many people in the store. I did see someone at the door as I left. But there was way more then 50 people inside. Please be more aware and safe!

Even thow I walked in there store with ONLY 10 TO CLOSING, , they still let me do my shopping, now mind u every employee kinda rushed ya, but it was like 5 minutes til closing, I get it they wanted to finish and go home, like every body else does at the end of there day at there job

This grocery store is a good grocery store. It has very friendly staff. They are courteous and knowledgeable. Your customer shopping experience in here. To me is far better than most other stores because they have a huge selection of in-store specials. The store is clean and bright and always very tidy.

This store had everything I wanted today, and there was an employee that walked me around and showed me where everything I wanted to buy was kept.

Just like all the other nofrills I have ever been to, except perhaps more spacious than the downtown Toronto locations I am accustomed to.

I have been shopping at this location every Sunday for the last 12 1/2 yrs and up until recently was fairly satisfied. Over the last several weeks I have noticed that sale items never seem to be stocked. Also the quality of products on the shelves has slowly gone down hill. I'm finding more dented cans and crushed boxes on the shelves than good ones. The store now has self checkouts but rarely are open. There is a new Food Basics in Oshawa now. It's a little out of the way but I may just start shopping there.

Used to be a good place to grocery shop but lately, never have what is on sale, wrong merchandise under the price tags and damaged goods put on the shelves ie: dented cans and crushed boxes, it's supposed to be a "no frills" shopping experience to keep the cost down but prices are the same everywhere else.

This is my preferred location for doing groceries. Can usually get in and out pretty quickly, however more often then not the cashier's are carrying on a conversation between them while assisting customers and I find that to be extremely unprofessional and results in it taking longer to check-out.

I love this No Frills, its where i get 90% of my groceries. The tellers are very friendly. Agostino and Nancy are also very friendly as well.

Bit of a different experience at no frills I have never had such wonderful help by anyone shopping any where Mitchell was very attentive and caring made me truly feel like he cared this young man deserves all the recognition he gets definite 5 stars for this no frills and the young man named mitchell

I go to this location when I need to pick up something quickly as it is just off of the highway. Parking is ample and the store is always neat and tidy. No complaints.

Very clean. Although the aisles seem jumbled up compared to other stores. Thursday morning is the best time to do the groceries! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Selection is decent. Produce is usually of good quality. It's usually pretty busy and never enough staff working so lines can get pretty long.

It's my go to grocery store, always fresh, 14 years and not one item had ever been bad quality. EVER!

Not only myself but my son too.we paid almost 8.00 for a whole chicken.got it home to have rancid rotten smell and it was so slimy that I ended up throwing mine away.but took my son s back and got a new different name brand.the woman I dealt with at this store was very rude and ignorant towards me. I won't be going back to that store and my son already goes elsewhere. I don t feel we have to eat or buy rotten food or deal with the rudeness and ignorance of other people

Large store with lots of parking. Usually very good with keeping up with sale advertised product stock.

Never again will I shop here.
Pay for your food and they don't give you any time to bag your stuff before they start a new customer. Items getting mixed up. Rude service at cash.
Like I said never again. Embarrassing.

Manager and staff aren't very helpful. Ask for an item and they tell you what isle. Tell them you didn't see it in that isle and "I guess we don't have it then". Twice in one visit. I'll go back to Tom's no frills in Ajax.
