This place always have very delicious food i like the service from not all of the staff but especially the girl named KIRAT she is very nice and deal everyone politely. Whenever i visit this place my eyes wandering where is she so she can take my order bcz its very easy, this 5 star for service only for her, other needs to work and learn from her. Thank you for the service and delicious food

Food is okayish.the waiting time is insane. When you order on phone they will say 25-30 minutes but when you gothere to pick up, they will make you wait atleast 30-40 minutes more.worst customer service ever.

Not pleased! They said our order will be ready in "a few minutes" but it took over 30. They appeared to have forgotten about our order until we reminded them. Will not return.

Regular customer there as I love their naan. Called ahead was told to come in 20 mins got there even later order wasn’t ready. Then they come out w garlic naan I didn’t order. Made it seem like they are doing me a favour by giving something may be a few cents extra instead of the butter naan. 50 mins later when after I ordered was told they are still making regular naan. Didn’t like it. Was late so came w the food but terrible customer service indeed. If we pay we should get what we pay for. And if you call ahead try to give a roughly accurate time estimate.

Food is very good and tiffin Serive good specially dal Makhni and saag has very good taste.

If you will even order over phone they will not prepare it, you will go there and ask you have an order over phone, they will ask you to repeat and will start preparing you order after that!

Rates are very genuine
Not a supreme location for dine in! But for take its a good restaurant for snacks!

I visit on the daily basis to take meal.
One of the best in Indian Sweets and Restaurant. Every Indian must try and definitely they will realize the difference with other Restaurant.

Absolutely worst customer service.
They are outright liars especially the young lady at the counter. Didn't get her name. Never ever going there again.

Ordered Channa samosa and they have clearly mentioned in the menu that the price is $3.5, however they charged $7 in the bill. First, I thought it was a genuine mistake as they might have taken charge for it 2 times. When I asked the lady at the counter, she just replied that the prices have changed and they didn't change the menu.

They have even entered the item in the bill as just miscellaneous, how convenient. Just by putting miscellaneous they can charge whatever they want and say prices have changed.

It's not the matter of the $3.5, it's just how unapologetic they were in owning up to their scamming. They didn't even bother returning the money. It's ok, they can keep it as tips for their pathetic service.

Beware people of the prices in the menu and the bill. Do double check.

Very disappointed with the unreliable service. I placed an order for an event and was told my order would be ready for a pick up time. I called ahead asking if my order was ready and I was told yes. I came to the restaurant and waiting 40 minutes for my order and unfortunately I was late for the event with only half of the food I ordered with a refund for what I didn’t get.

Whenever you order for food on telephone. They take more than 30 min to give you. After making call you have to wait more than 30 min in his restaurant. These people never respect the time of their consumer.

Anupreet and Sarabjeet did a great job in providing the best Indian food in town. The customer service was excellent. The food was delicious and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great Indian food experience.

I ordered 6 Aloo Paranthas for pick up and they told me to come in 30 mins. I came after 40 minutes and waited more than 30 minutes in the store. Asked the Lady working in the front How long it will take? Reply was “ I’ll check “ but never got the answer? Everyone who goes in the restaurant are still waiting for their food to the present.

Waiting time is too long when I said we are waiting she said we are doing hardworking We knows everybody doing hardwork but the issue they are so rude not a good staff.

Your food is delicious, but karahi chkn gravy has no authenticity. Missing something. Overall good service and food.

I feel bad for their employees, working inside the store with no air conditioner, all their employees were sweating and for the customers, it was very uncomfortable, the day its 38 degrees Celsius outside, it's terrible to work inside a store in that hot. At least turn the AC for your employees and customers.

Food is always great, have been here 1000 times…. Because of small location and huge Demand, waiting is usually long.

Very tasty yummy and look like it's home made thali specially Eben the girls in front so cooperative if you just reach by time of closing they try to give you wat you want extraordinary team you will always leave from there happily and satisfied good to them stay blessed

Called today to Order 20 butter naan and the lady at the phone told me that we can have plain naan instead of butter naan and after that i told her we Only want butter naan then she replied in very rude way that if you want then come after 1 hour

No doubt they have tasty food, but today I have found ball bearing in the dahi bhalla.which is disappointing. Its a serious concern of Food Safety.

The samosas are really good and so is the sauce but there shahi paneer does not taste good not recommended. Chole Bhature are also very good and they are a must try.aloo tikki with chana is also really good.one star off because the employees working here will laugh at you a lot for no reason.

The store was so unhygienic as well as the staff was so rude specially the chubby girl i dont know her name but she was so rude and i ordered paneer pkora which was not properly cooked and there were a little stone in my samosa not going to visit this store again very disappointing

Their samosa is really good. Chana bhatura was ok, nothing special. Staff need to be more polite and friendly, no smile on their face working like robot. Need to be trained more for customer service.

Samosas taste great.definitely recommend! However, I will say the customer service and layout of the store SUCKS. I was placing my order and the girl gave me the wrong thing so I went back and changed it for the right one although I said it clearly. Also realized at home that I was charged $10 instead of $5 there might have been a misunderstanding somewhere but I had also mentioned I wanted 5 dollars of a sweet and she gave double. Still recommend though.just call ahead!

The food is always great but, customer service sucks. The wait time is extremely long. From the time my food was taken out to the time I received my naan, it was 40 mins. By then, my food was cold. The place is not sanitary at all. The class case where the food warmers are in are very dirty and has mold. The door to the kitchen is extremely dirty. I wonder about the the kitchen. This place should be cleaned and sanitized everyday after closing. Please, your food is great but don’t lose customers because of the lack cleanliness.

Please dont go here. They let you wait for 40 - 50 min.very unprofessional. If you buy in bulk and then ask for extra sauce.the girl at the front ask for extra money…

Samosas are yum, motichoor laddooo, gulab jamun are the things that I would never forget to buy whenever I reach AGRA SWEETS nd Tandoori. YOU CAN HAVE THE BEST TASTE OF INDIAN DISHES AT THIS PLACE.

Customer service even giving 0 is more should be given -10 and more below this, said 15 minutes but not even ready after 45 minutes

I would give negative stars if it was an option. Waited 45 minutes for 3 garlic Naans, even tho they were pre-ordered over the phone! Lady served 10 people while I waited and didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for the wait, and I kept having to ask for my order. Terrible service and very unprofessional staff

I live in Burlington and drive to Brampton for good Indian (obviously), this place is unbelievable! Delicious food and very kind staff!

Great food and very friendly and welcoming staff food was fresh and amazing and the store was very clean and followed all Covid guidelines.

Place gets super busy especially on the weekends. Expect to wait for your order.suggestion is to call in your order ahead of time before you go.

Its a waste, even giving a single star. I have never had such a bad experience ever in my life. Such bad hygiene and ambience. And dont even think about service. There is no queue or sequence. They can serve anyone they like randomly. Even after pre-ordering food 30 minutes in advance, I had to wait at the outlet for 20 minutes. And after serving 20 odd people who came after me, they asked me what my order was. Hard to imagine if someone can run a restaurant with these standards.

Rude customer service. I went there for chicken rap was waiting more than 30 minutes. They take & give all customers after me. I think they wants only Panjabhi client they should mention on the board & website. They gave me my food in used bag. If you need to run your business be polite with customers. We r not coming to begging you.

The chaat papri quality has fallen sharply over the years.this is what I came home with today, and I'm very disappointed. I payed for 3 of these today, and after I opened the last one (picture posted) I was beyond dismayed. (the other two were also bad). There were little to no chola/channa in them.to add insult to injury I ordered 2, but lady misheard me so I took 3 home.please fix this guys, I've been coming to your place for years.only reason I'm giving 2 stars.

Hmmm? Don't know where to start but this place is a joke now! Honestly ive been coming to this place in the last 4 yrs but up until now 2020 this restaurant quality is -5. Time has come as usual to Indian restaurants they Should close the doors now The quality taste is very poor and the chicken dishes are always dry and overcooked! And have a smell to it. Couple of times Ive requested fresh butter chicken and they pour it from the front. They're lucky that Students are here supporting them.
