Called many times about exchanging wheelchair they dropped off because it's too small and nobody returns calls

I found that they are always supportive of us with disabled members of the family, they understand our needs and they are very helpful. The entire AGTA team of coordinators together with PSW. Thank you for all.

Just had a conversation with one of the recruiters named Michelle Shah and she was so patient with me throughout the whole recruitment process. She was kind and understanding of all my concerns and helpful regarding the ways in which I can better myself as a new member of the AGTA team. I am so thankful to have had her time in the zoom meeting, as it provided me with an abundance of information I require moving forward in this journey. The contract was for 50% down and 50% upon completion, which is standard for the industry. Before it was even finished, they started hounding and harassing my poor elderly father until he paid the rest. Never saw them again! The job is still unfinished and they won't return to do it.

Having dealt with this company in the past, it was obvious I would come back again for their services and knowledge of products required for my grandmother.

They were able to provide me with furniture (e.g. A recliner) to assist with my grandmother and her daily needs. The recliner was delivered in a timely manner and assembled with ease.

We are happy to report that this recliner has made our lives easier because my grandmother is able to be more independent and enjoying the comfort of the chair.

AGTA IS USED TO BE NICE COMPANY BUT THESE DAYS THEY ARE GIVING US A VERY TOUGH TIME. My mother came back from hospital. She had broken spinal cord. She needed 2 PSWS help. Now they are not sending 2 PSWS at the same time. One Psw came and then waiting for the other. Most of the time they didn’t bother to tell us that other psw is not coming and one who came waiting for the other psw and get frustrated. They only provide the service at night time. I personally spoke with lot of psws they said company not giving us hours even they requested. When i spoke to their supervisor, she said no PSW wants to come your house. On the other hand PSWS are very happy with us. We as a whole family tried our level best to accommodate them. Right now i am very disappointed don’t know what to do.

They lend their ears to all the issues and grievances you have and provide the assistance without making any assumptions. Couldn’t have been happier. Great work folks.

The team is doing a great service to our elders and are seriously committed. Care Managers do give their best possible effort to the serve elderly people. Their selfless dedicated initiative to help support elderly persons is indeed commendable.
