Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Nicole is not only rude and disrespectful, but has absolutely zero grasp of reality. She is petty and makes mistakes that she refuses to own up to. Nicole needs to be fired, or the College needs to choose a debt collection company with reviews that don’t average at 1.7. This experience did not directly happen to me, but as someone in the business field, the company NEEDS to be embarrassed by such immature, toddler-like behaviour. And once reading all the terrible reviews NICOLE has alone, she absolutely needs to be fired.

I have called and emailed several times to resolve an account and they haven't returned my calls or emails

I have known Kevin and his team for over 6 years now and they have been outstanding to work with.
