A great place to find a registered massage therapist. Muriel is professional and very knowledgeable. She always find the tight muscles and tells them who's boss.it's usually her elbow who's boss.

My husband and I both see Muriel for massages and she is amazing! She really takes the time to understand what your preferences are and makes us both feel so comfortable and relax! The space is so nice and cozy as well, highly recommend for anyone looking for a new spot!

Had a 1 hour massage with Meaghan and it was the best one I’ve ever had! We had a short convo at the beginning about some pain points and she did such an amazing job! Loved every minute of it. I left feeling better than ever

This was my second time going to Well Daze and both times I have had a great experience. In the past, I have gone to RMT’s who just don’t seem to hit the right spots. Both times I have left feeling so much looser in my back, relaxed and overall great. Highly recommend Well Daze!

Meaghan is a great RMT, and Well Daze provide a clean, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for massage therapy. Easy to access via Guelph Transit is a bonus.

Booking appointments over AIM website was also a nice experience. Only thing I would have liked to see is billing directly to the insurance.

Aimee is an attentive, knowledgable and experienced therapist. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience at your appointments. Her infant massage classes were so helpful! She taught me massage techniques to use with my children at home that I still use to this day. The clinic is beautiful and relaxing. 10/10 recommend AIM RMT.

I came in a couple weeks ago, and I did not have the greatest service in mind. Booking the appointment was easy online, and getting to the place was not to hard to find. I booked a massage therapy session, and the whole hour session, I felt like I wasn’t getting the right treatment. I requested to get my whole back and legs to be massaged but the whole entire time it was just my neck upper back and my arms. I still felt like I had knots in my back, and my arms were not the biggest issue. The back massage was odd, I had to lay on my back rather than my stomach and it just felt uncomfortable while she had to slide her hands underneath to rub my back. Then for my arms, she just pulled them? No rub no massage. I was hoping for a relaxing experience but the whole time she just kept talking about her old jobs and how she quit? She would always stop the massage to talk or think of something? I understand everyone is human, but little to no talking would’ve been greatly appreciated. The massage itself felt like 20mins.waste of the hour. I did appreciate the fact that I was informed of the techniques of how to improve. Overall I was disappointed with the whole appointment.

I have been a client of Aimee's for several years and love her treatment style. I often send friends and family her way. I saw Sabrina while Aimee was on leave, and had a great therapeutic experience with her as well. Always clean, efficient, kind, and on time. Highly recommend!

I had a great massage with Nadine today. The massage was really effective and relaxing. The techniques she used were different from what I had before and I really liked it. She also had great explications about exercice and stretching that I can do. Thank you Nadine!

RMT was nice but my massage was very much not relaxing - despite me not answering her she talked for the first 15 minutes of my 45 minute massage. I get some people like to chat during the massage but I came to relax and get the tension out of my upper back but left feeling more stressed. Also there were hairs on the massage table before my massage which she pointed out and stated it may be from her son playing in the sheets before?:/ She also questioned my kn95 mask when that’s superior to the blue surgical mask she was wearing. Whole vibe was just off for me and seemed incredibly chaotic- I was quite disappointed given the fantastic reviews.

The best massage I’ve ever had! I’ve been to multiple places in my life trying to find a good place for a massage and I finally found it. I had a session with Sabrina and she was incredible and listened to my needs and also helped with my problem areas and taught me how to maintain at home also. I will definitely be returning often!

I’ve been a client of Sabrina’s for almost a year now and she’s always great! I most recently went a couple of weeks ago and all the proper COVID percautions were in place. Sabrina is really great and I always leave feeling waaaay better than when I came in.

Walked in to book an appointment and was treated very rudely. Shame since my wife and I looking for treatment and have benefits.just as well since place looked like a dump. Go where they treat potential customers with respect.

I did the full package baby massage classes with Aimee over Zoom and loved it! It was personal and a fun way to interact. I learned more than I thought I would about the benefits of infant massage. I would recommend the infant massage to every mama!

Such a bright and welcoming environment. Great service and pricing. If I didn't move out of Guelph this would still be my go-to RMT clinic!
