I drop shipments there for my company sometimes. The wait times are ridiculous, they take their sweet time like no one is there waiting for them to call your number. Most of them just like to spend time talking to one another while you're waiting. I gave 3 stars because some of them actually work to get everyone on there way, the pickup section is very quick once they finish with someone and get the paperwork ready they call the next person, the drop off section once they're finished with someone they'll go have a conversation with another employee, so frustrating!

Understaffed and slow to release large shipments of cargo. Shipping perishables is an excruciatingly slow process.release on arrival can be 8-10 hours.

The staff were wonderful.we were late because we went to the airport first.but they still let us ship our pup. Everyone was so helpful and they went out of their way to assist us.

Efficient very friendly and helpful staff. Even the security officer was a great addition to a very pleasant experience. Thanks to all AC cargo staff members. I'd definitely use their service again and I would also recommend their service to family and friends.

Normally a smooth well run operation. Well today is the exception. Nothing specific to complain about but I've been here about 3.5 hours longer than normal. When you are picking up air cargo you need to be prepared for delays.

Guys; I taught in the school, college and during training that docks are used for loading or unloading but if you guys use it for your air ventilation part then before showing your bad etiquettes write it on Dock gate so that trucker’s will not back on to that.

Dropped off parcel. Staff member did not wear mask properly. Upon entry we all needed masks. When they were questioned why his mask was not being worn properly I was told dont worry about it noone is here. Meanwhile there was about 6 people in waiting room and 4 other staff. Securety guard was not friendly when asked why he did not enforce this.
This is why we still have covid 19. Great job air canada cargo

Huge area. Had pre booked and were able to drop off 4 large boxes relatively quickly. Staff helpful and pleasant.

Very slow service despite only few people in line. It took me 1 hour to get my shipment. No trucks on the gates. Employees just walking around in the ware house.

They help you get your stuff but it's like they are on some kind of schedule that only works for their employees, they aren't really concerned with the fact that people don't like waiting for hours in multiple line ups.

Yet again, I had to wait eight hours for my shipment to be checked in even though it was sitting on the ground in the warehouse. I know the company over twenty years. There are some very good people who want to help customers but most of them simply don't care. There is an internal joke that company slogan should be - We don't give a f.

Bicycle needed to be sent from Nanaimo to Toronto - great service on the phone, handling of bike was great and pickup at Cargo in Toronto was easy. Thanks to all involved, great experience.

I try to send just a envelope airport to airport to Bogota, I asked several times if it will be possible to send next day because I needed urgent next day, the answer was just if we cant fly for wheater problems other wise it will be next day, I paid the service thinking this company can accomplish their job. At the end the envelope wasn't sending on fly next day, I called customers service and they informed me next day.but next day again they dont send it. I canceled the service at the evening I went there and my piece was just lost.nobody could find it. I am trying to get at least my refund.but every day I have different information from customers service, So think before to use this company if you need fast service airport to airport

The faculty could use an upgrade, maybe a cozier waiting area and especially the men’s washroom! There’s a blower on the floor that feels like it’s parts from the airplane. And it’s been like this since time!

Wow these guys move slow. The longest wait times I've ever experienced in any other airline cargo. But then again what more do expect from Air Canada.

This company is shady as heck! Every single time they give us a very low quote to attract us for our domestic and international live animal shipments. After we drop off at the cargo location, we are billed anywhere from $100-$300 more than the quote.
Our box dimensions and weight are exactly the same that we provided for a quote when ACC staff measure it on location.
However they magically charge us so much more.

Their customer service across the board (phone agents and at the airport) are EXTREMELY rude and careless. They also have ZERO knowledge about how to complete their jobs. They are super SLOW at their jobs. They kept me there for 2 hours over nothing.

Their management is also extremely rude. It is always an unpleasant and super stressful experience with ACC. We use a lot of different carriers and non give us as much grief as these folks.

They are running a huge scam by quoting low and then charging HIGH after the fact!
