Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge, International

I have been to the lounge disspaointed. The lounge is very spacious and beautiful but the FOOD IS HORRIBLE! I was there for breakfast and the food was very minimal and cold. I was better off going to the Plaza Lounge which has better food. I am a travel agent and am embarrassed that my clients who are travelling are experiencing this poor food options and NO alcohol in the morning. The Plaza lounges serve alcohol for breakfast. Thought I would put in my review since i was so dissapointed.

Spacing is not bad, I have managed easily to get a chair and easily get settled.

There’s the staff who moves around and all used plates and glasses.

Toilet, no one cleans them on a regular basis and it doesn't smell nice or smell sanitised.

Some drinking machine is broken (juice section) but no other options or substitutes are given.

Food are massive failure! The taste wasn't great. Cheese - doesn't taste cheese at all. Not many selections of food.

If you planning to pay and come here, think twice as it will be a waste of money.

Luckily, for me It's free.

Spent few hours in the lounge, food was good, you serve your own alcohol. Had showers available and areas to conduct business.

I’ve visited at least once per month this year (2023) and it always has space. I’ve never had to wait to get in, and it’s never over crowded.

So this is the flagship air canada maple leaf lounge for international departures.the showers facilities are nice, but they only had 2 shower suites, so had to wait a bit.food and drink selections are OK, I honestly expected better.still being here beats slumming it out in the terminal downstairs.

The lounge is showing its age. That said it is a wonderful place to spend a few hours waiting for a flight.

Its ok. Always full. Not enough staff for the amount of people in there. Should be for members only but anyone can go if they pay.

Absolutely horrible. Not of the hot food is hot. Beer tap out of order, so no beer. Pop is flat. Who's looking after the quality.

. Somewhat congested and does need more space to operate considering the number of passengers going through.the furnishings need to be redone as some of the upholstery of the couches are torn.the washroom is quite good.the food is good but needs more room for display and for ease of use!

We came here for an hour before our flight to Europe. Food was decent. I don't expect it to be five star but I enjoyed it. I had chicken with a tomato sauce. I wasn't a fan of the burger sliders - texture was odd.
The beer draft selection was good. I had Smithwicks and Guinness.
The red wine was good. I forgot the name.
The spirits were good too. They had Johnny Walker available so that was my go-to.
I would go here again.

I cleared immigration and arrived at the Lounge 1 hour earlier than expected since I walk with a cane. The rude staff refused my entry, saying the policy had changed and I had to come back in two hours. Then sneered that the flight was operated by United. It is an Air Canada flight, and my business class ticket meant nothing. Zero stars.

Wifi barely works. Place is a mess. Really gone down hill. Air Canada is in a race to the bottom.

This lounge was busy and crowded when I was there, and it was dinner time when many passengers arrived. The food was OK but the kitchen could not catch up the demand due to the crowdness. It offers good selections of drinks. Because so many people were there, the cleanliness was not that great.

One of the most exclusive and largest lounges in YYZ. Great food, great service, and you can take showers here as well! Highly recommended!

Worst business lounge for a major airport. The point of a lounge is to leave the noise of the airport. This lounge is open to all the noise

Extremely bad lounge:
- although AirCanada StarAlliance is a founding member, ONLY AC flights are displayed.
- WiFi virtually unusable
- completely overcrowded; too few places
- dirty and worn
- Atmosphere very bad / hectic
- Drinks not good / no proper glasses
- eat extremely poorly, tasteless and hardly edible

While I could get drinks while waiting on a long layover, if you're needing to eat gluten free then this airport won't offer much for you. Had a salad that was basic, but nothing else was available other than candy and snacks in one small shop.

Place looks in shambles. Dishes everywhere, can't really blame the staff it's so busy can't find a place to sit. Food is sub par. Worst thing is there are almost no chargers! Will have to leave the lounge to charge our devices. Not worth visiting.

One of the best airport lounges I have ever seen. They have tablets to keep you connected.

They don’t have any hot meal or menu, just snack, it can be much better as it was before COVID

The worst Air Canada lounge I’ve been. There was no food outside a half empty salad bar and very sad looking cheese burger. The drinks are all fountains / draft and most of the glasses are dirty (or dishwasher stained). One of the two bar was closed. Also warning to vegans, there’s nothing outside salads. What a clash compare to the Air Canada Café

This was not a good experience at all. No halal food option available and no flight information for airlines other than Air Canada. Useless lounge

This is the worst airport lounge I’ve ever been to by a long shot. The most atrocious airport bathroom I’ve ever seen. Every stall was literally falling apart with tape holding up broken pieces and paint peeling off of the walls. The food looked inedible, barely anyone was eating it. Impossible to find outlets next to seats. Seats not comfortable. At least one person who checked me in was nice at the very least. There was food all over the floor.

It’s truly shameful that this place is open in this condition.

It's a fairly good, spacious lounge with great views of the tarmac and the Toronto skyline. However, would expect a bit more of the international Air Canada lounge at its main hub.

Food not that much especially when you go between meals you have to wait to clear the existing that is almost depleted and bring the lunch
