I called in regards to my air conditioning not working properly and the technician was over within a couple of hours. He was very helpful and insightful in telling me what the exact problem was.
Recently I asked them to replace the air conditioner for me. The price is very reasonable, and the installation is timely and professional. I will recommend this company to more friends.
This is the second time we’ve used Air Leaders and couldn’t be happier. Dan was upfront of costs and came the same day on the long weekend to fix our tankless hot water issue.
We called Air Leaders Inc.when our tankless hot water heater stopped working. Dan, our service technician, knew the error right away when described over the phone and arrived within an hour to repair. Dan was quick, professional and knowledgeable and we were happy with the service. We cannot comment on value as we did not get quotes from other companies, but we were not expecting it to cost as much as it did for the approx one hour he was there and limited parts used. Will call Dan again for future needs.
Seriously, these guys are great. We had Air Leaders get rid of all of our janky equipment and install a new tankless hot water heater, a high-efficiency furnace, and an A/C unit. They were responsive in providing a competitive estimate, but also took the time to explain the various options, pro and cons, provide advice and insight. The sincerity and depth of expertise was apparent. The workmanship of the installation and follow-up was outstanding. Would gladly recommend them to anybody looking for highly experienced, cordial professionals who take pride in their work. Top shelf.
Dan at Air Leaders has serviced my Noritz hot water tank twice, both situations were emergencies and he was able to show up extremely fast and put my worries to rest, and more importantly do a great job on the repair. He takes the time to explain what is wrong and what he is dojng, and doesn’t try to sell you on unnecessary things. I would recommend Dan to anyone
Since we moved to our new house, two years ago, we were experiencing ongoing problems with our A/C, until Dan from Air Leaders came to check it. It took Dan 30 minutes to find all the problems, some of them were related to incorrect installation. Dan patiently explained to me the alternatives and the cost of each one and we decided to replace the A/C with a new one and to make some minor changes to the duct system.
On the installation day, the team arrived as scheduled, were knowledgeable, efficient, and tidy. At the end of the installation, Dan came to check everything and to make sure that everything has been done accurately.
Air Leaders is definitely going to be my go-to company when it comes to HVAC. Great work, great price, and very nice people. Highly recommended!
Unfortunately we had a coolant leak in our AC unit and we had no cold air blowing in the house. We were scrambling to get different quotes and find out if we have to replace to whole unit. Within 1 hour of calling Air Leaders, Dan arrived ready and provided a very reasonable quote to fix our AC. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs quick fast and reliable service

My furnace stopped working so I contacted Air Leaders. Their technician determined that the problem was a non responsive thermostat. They also told me that my thermostat was still under warranty. Air Leaders replaced it with a new one & I only paid for the labour. I'm very impressed with their work and I did not have to follow up with them as they kept me informed throughout the process.
My furnace did not turn on the first cold day of the fall. I called Air Leaders and their tech showed up in two hours and fixed the problem on the spot. Thanks Air Leaders!
My 11 year old Noritz tankless water heater was displaying an error code I contacted Noritz and they gave me the contact information for Air Leaders Inc. Air Leaders’ technician did a complete maintenance one the unit and the error code disappeared. Great company with professional and honest technicians. I recommend them.
I found Air Leaders on line when I was searching for a company to repair our gas fireplace that did not turn on this fall. Tech showed up on the day and the time we agreed, explained what the issue was and fixed it in no time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and had a mask on during the whole time. Great Service and Job

Dan was very informative and helpful! We realized we didn’t have hot water and called him at a rather late time, left a message, not expecting to get a response until the next day but he responded right away! Came over the next day and informed us that the current tank we’re using isn’t a good one and gave us the history as to why that is. He was genuine and it didn’t feel like he was just trying to make a sale and he wasn’t pushy either! Got our water tank replaced, he was right on time and made sure him and his partner didn’t leave a mess afterwards! Great experience!

Amazing and fast service, my AC unit broke on a Friday night in the middle of a heat warning weekend. I called multiple places and no one was able to come until the following Monday. Dan was able to fix my unit before noon on the same Saturday!
We had a problem with the level of heat in our third floor bedroom. After researching different options available, we landed on putting in a ductless mini-split AC unit. After reaching out to five different companies, we were immediately impressed with the level of attention and detail provided to us by Dan from Air Leaders. Dan came out the next day for a site visit. Knowing a third unit installation and our particular set up would not be a "traditional" one, Dan walked us through every step of the installation and work required to ensure a proper and safe installation. The price quoted was extremely fair, especially given the high-level of service and quality of product supplied and installed. Installation was scheduled quite quickly and the two workers handling our installation were extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. As an added bonus, after the installation, Dan took the extra step to register my unit on my behalf. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of any heating or cooling service. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent, fast service and good price, Dan was absolutely knowledgeable and explained the issue with my broken A/C. Make the story short he found out the issue was not with my A/C and it caused by my new Furnace which was installed by another company on pass winter (Furnace Air Flow was not properly adjusted to accommodate my A/C output).
