Absolutely horrible value. Earning air miles is so painfully slow. You have to spend so much to earn very little points. Even then, for about 50% of my purchases, it take so many months for the points to show up on my account. I purchased a laptop from the partner store online and applied my air miles number. It took 4 months for the points to show up and I had to call in 5 times to get the support staff to check on the status and of air miles even picked up the transaction. Redeeming is also painful. The merchandise value in points redemption is higher than the retail so it would make sense to just buy it rather than redeem points. Flight wise, the points value of redemption is horrible (just look at the reviews before mine). Air miles is so pointless now. Don't even bother trying to earn these points - it's a waste of time and painful every step of the way.

The non-existant miles Rewards program! After years of use I have a credit equal to $12! What a scam. I guess all the swipes went towards staff salaries.
