Air Riderz Adventure Park Aurora

Fun place went for a birthday party. Even though it was very busy they have a good flow for all the groups and individuals. Overall clean and organized with lots of different areas for everyone to spread out. Will definitely go back it's really close to the 404 / Aurora Rd.exit.

My kids love coming here. They need to change the rates for the toddlers. Kids under 5 have access to just 6 trampolines, the basketball lanes (which are usually all taken) as well as a really high jumping off point into a pillow which most 5 year olds would never do. Just too scarey. Either provide more space or activities for this age group or provide a different rate. It is not fair that they pay the same amount as someone who has the entire rest of the place. And please don't say there is a "toddler time" because what if I have a sibling that isn't a toddler? I am not doing 2 separate time slots. No one has time for that.

Location is not the best due to the teenage staff they have on duty dealing with kids. They were snobby and rushing the children in the climbing areas. They look like they hate there jobs not one single smile to any of the young children. They dont state on the walls the rules once you take off the harness they can't climb anymore for there remaining time stupid and dumb if you ask me. Kids had fun but I would prob go to a different location.

We went there for my friend's daughter’s birthday. It was so much fun. Great for kids to play and to have a party.

It is a perfect place that I can take my autistic son safety to have fun and spend time to release his energy.

I went to few locations and Aurora is the best so far. Not only the location is much cleaner and well maintained, but also the management is so well organized. Even though staff are mostly under 24 but all of them are patient with kids and parents, polite, and professional. Great customer service and staff are generally committed in their job roles. Today I chose the Aurora location again and another amazing memories for my kids and myself (a stressful mom). Staff really watched over kids and reminded kids to behave while parents were busy chatting with each other. Seemed like these young staff were even more responsible than the parents. Thanks to the manager Talha, Front staff Brendan and Hanna, and Courts staff Nick; all the staff! I highly recommend the Aurora location!

The place is clean. The stuff are very hard working and organized. One thing I didn't like and that's why I am giving 4 starts that, some parents were in the trampoline area hanging out with other parents wearing outdoor boots. I think, to keep the area clean these parents should be asked to leave their boots outside the playing area. Other than that, my son and his friends loved and enjoyed the birthday party at 'Air Riderz'.

I had my children’s birthday party here and it was the worst experience ever. We did not have time for children to eat at all. The whole process was rushed and we had to ask for everything we ordered such as the food, drinks etc.they overbooked and we did not get 45mins in the room as they had said. There was a staff yelling loudly telling everyone to leave the room and will throw whatever was on the table. Having a party host is supposed to help with the process but only made things worse as they took over. There were too many of them. The food was taken away while eating and fell on the floor while they moved the food from the room to the racks to clean the room. We ordered all food and loot bags from air riderz thinking it would make things easier but this was not a great experience at all. I will not be having another party and wouldn’t recommend it either.

I've brought kids to many trampoline parks. This one was probably my least favorite. They need to have more signs up on rules of the trampoline park, instead of getting yelled at by the people supervising each attraction. Made the experience less enjoyable. I purchased a jump pass for my small child for 5, then I went to stay beside him and got told I needed a pass. Went to buy a pass could not get one until 6pm. I understand that, however they should of made that aware when I was buying. The arcade games ate 15.00 and we were unable to play or have reimbursement even after they put the out of order sign on it! The bathrooms are disgusting. We went in and left to stop somewhere else. Overall if you want a more enjoyable experience, go to the one in Barrie that's by a different company. I won't be back to this one.

Great place for kids to take they energy out. Not pricey at all compare to other places. My kids enjoyed going there. Better going there then sit home and play video games!

Good place to bring the kids to burn some energy. It’s clean. Not a big facility. We went at 4pm on a Saturday and there were a lot of younger kids and a ton if parties. If you have older children mine range from (11-18) try one of the other trampoline places.

We had our kid’s birthday party here, and the staff was amazing! They were so helpful, from the check in process, to ensuring our room was ready when our jump time was done. They were so kind when our pizza wasn’t there on time, and offered our kids extra jump time for the inconvenience. Highly recommend having your party here. Kids will have a blast, and no mess at your house.

It's a bit crowded, but normal for these places. We got our own room for birthday and food and drinks are included in the price, which is quite convenient.

Lots to do at this place. Had lots of fun. Katelyn and staff very nice. My daughter had lots of fun.

Never bring your kids here, the minimum wage paid workers have a power trip over your kids when your not looking or atleast think you aren’t

I love air riderz because it so fun and really clean and the staff are really nice. You get a whole party room and there is so much to do and there is so much snack to eat and so much food to eat.

It’s a great place for kids, but you should take care of your kids especially when kids are using climb zone, their staff don’t put enough care to be sure that the waist belts are tight specially when it’s very busy. We went there for a birthday party last week and my kid climbed in the climbing zone. After he came down and one of staff wanted to open the waist belt, she noticed the belt was not tightened and I became very angry and nervous. So, I recommend you if your kids want to use the climb zone, you should yourself be sure that the waist belt is fastened correctly.

Terrible party experience! They overbook parties, party helpers were terrible! We did everything ourselves. To the party helpers didn’t do much! The climb experience was terrible too! My kids waiting in line and then they didn’t get to climb b/c their time was over. But they spent their time waiting in line! Would not recommend for a party!

Unbelievable service, from the moment I reached out to plan, to the moment we left. Look no further if you are planning a party for your kiddo (s). The staff are phenomenal, and who doesn't love jumping and climbing!

I don’t have expectations and have hosted many upscale events and parties personally and professionally over the years-never once have I had the utmost pleasure and complete service we were honoured to receive at Air Riderz! (I’ll compare to my own gigantic wedding at an unnamed venue in Toronto and large events/local celebrity fashions shows I’ve had the pleasure to plan) the remarkable staff members are intelligent, kind hearted, thoughtful, patient, outgoing and a number of many qualities I wish the balance of the world had. Their true character came out when it became hectic, as a busy mom, they took so much worry off my plate and kept me on schedule. During Covid, it was like passing the torch involuntarily and having some time to breathe and enjoy the event.

Many, many compliments from all of the grateful parents and children, on on behalf of myself, if I could hire you all to take care of the rest of my life, I’d do it in a heartbeat.

The place is really cool. BUT I took my 4 year old niece. She was only allowed on the toddler section but I was not allowed in the toddler section. So the only option I had was to sit and watch her and not enjoy myself also. So not really enjoyable if you have anyone under 5 in your group. I can see it being a lot of fun if we were all allowed in the same space but we weren’t. Also there staff was conflicted on their info. The man at the entry said she was only allowed in the toddler area meanwhile other staff allowed her into the foam pit. So I would not return unless everyone is allowed in the same area. Not convenient for families with kids of different ages.

My son had his birthday party at Air Riderz and was pushed by another kid and got injured, resulting in him having to leave his party and go to the hospital. It was not Air Riderz fault at all, but they went above and beyond to show their care and concern. They were extremely sympathetic to our situation, and truly cared as they continued to follow up regarding the status of my son in the days that followed. Accidents happen, it’s even worse when they happen during your birthday party, but Air Riderz was absolutely incredible and helped significantly with a very unfortunate situation. Thank you so much!

Definitely worth it. Tires you out really quickly and makes a fun family time playing dodgeball or slam dunk or battle beams. Definitely worth 50 bucks

I have been in this place for sometime and enjoyed it. But today's was a big disappointment. My kids were playing for an hour until one girl approached my son and told him, he had to wear Air Raiderz socks. We had sock from Sky Zone and they happen to be acceptable in trampoline indoor playground. After 11 years, this place only told me today it was their policy due to insurance. Unlikely excuse. We will not return to this particular place.

Medium sized trampoline park. The staff were a bunch of teenagers who seemed pretty unhappy to be working there.

The place is wander full the people are amazing especially Mustafa he is so nice and fun go and have fun. Mustafa you need to be the Manager man.

Recently did a birthday party here. The kids had a blast. Our host was awesome. It's the kind of party that parents can relax because your host is taking care of the details. We did a Thursday night and it was great - not busy at all so very easy to watch kids

This place was wonderful it was really really nice the staff was very helpful very involved and my kid and his friends had a really good time anybody planning on having a birthday should have it at Air Riders my son Nicholas Safieh and his friends had soooo much fun thanks air riders

It's a nice place to have a Birthday Party. We celebrated our daughter's 10th Birthday. Our guests had an amazing time of jumping, climbing and simply having lots of fun.
The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was set nicely, tables with table cloth and all the necessary cutlery.
Little advice of improvement. Since the check-in for the birthday parties happens not at the front desk, but inside the facility. It would be nice to have a big colorful sign by the entrance like "Birthday Party check-in" with an arrow pointing to the correct direction. It will make people, especially those who are new to this place, feel more comfortable with locating things around.

Just had my daughter’s party there. Place is clean, host was great. Great party for parents to relax as the jumping keeps them more than entertained! I’d definitely have them do her next party.

Had my son's birthday party here. A little chaotic at the beginning but the kids had a good time and the staff were very helpful.

My kid attended a birthday party last night, she and her friends said it was unsafe. Worker not paying attention to them and unhooking them, instead busy talking to coworkers and flirting with girls. I guess CBC Marketplace documentary was not enough to scare operators of these places.

This is one of the places where you will have hard time getting your kids back home! We were there for a birthday party and kids had so much fun that we had hard time getting them to cut the cake. Lots of trampolines, a climbing area and other games that kids could not get enough of. There is a restriction on what you can access base on the tickets. There is enough parking space. Parents can use seats by the playing area but there are not many of them. Although there are lots of activity going on, the safety is well considered. There is not lots of space to leave your coats and belongings while you play.

We just had my son’s 5th birthday party at Air Riderz in Aurora! This was our second party at Air Riderz and once again, they did not disappoint! The kids all had an AMAZING time!

Air Riderz made everything so simple! I booked the party online and communicated with Air Riderz over email. They responded to my questions in a timely manner and were very accommodating during every step of the planning process.

On the day of the party, everything went very smoothly. The Air Riderz team is very organized and highly efficient! We were greeted by our party host Nadine, and she took care of everything for us! She set up, cleaned up, served the food and drinks, and she was great with the kids!

If you’re considering Air Riderz for your next party or event, I highly recommend it! The kids all had a great time and they took the work and stress out of party planning for me! You will not be disappointed!

Awesome place for kids of all ages! You can jump, climb rock walls, dive into foam pits, or play the arcade games. Sasha deserves a raise, great customer experience! Will definitely be back!

My daughter can be shy, but this place was so much fun she forgot what that was. Highly recommend this place for kids of all ages.

Great place for kids - don’t go on the climb if you are afraid of heights - they have cubbies for your jackets and boots and they also have complimentary smaller lockers for your purse or cellphone or keys and whatnot.

If you are a support worker, you can let the front desk agent know and they will comp your ticket.

They have a dodgeball court which makes you exhausted and 3 basketball nets which in my opinion is the greatest.

From online booking of the event, to food orders to having your own amazing host to prepare the food, serve and clean up.you couldn't have asked for more!

The facility is clean. It's not as crowded as other places and the staff are fantastically friendly.

My mom used to take me here as a kid it was awesome they have a giant foam pit and a trapeze thing that goes into the foam pit it's CRAZY! The pricing is fairly cheap and the people that work there are really nice

Great facility. Lots to do. Will definitely be going back. Not sure what the staff actually do other than hang out and chat with each other, but there were no issues. Pricey, but I can see why given the cost to build such a great facility.

I'm a professional trampoline jumper, i do double flips like nothing and now i have to handle this actittude for people like heather that hate every second in earth in where their kids are not attended.

You know what? , you need to fall to learn and your kids need to discover that by themselves not with the overworried mother like you that.will be following the kids until they're 40.

We just had our sons 4th birthday party and it is probably the best party we've had for him. The kids and even the parents all had a blast! Our host Marissa was top notch! She helped us keep organized and running things smoothly. This location is fairly new I believe and is super clean! The staff was so accommodate and super helpful. We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends and family!

Busy busy place that's full of kids and birthday parties. But it's a great place for the kids to play around and keeps them active and having fun.

Staff members were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Business is well run; so organized and clean. Washrooms are so clean-which is a change from most places like this! Will definitely return!

I attended a party at the Aurora location this past weekend and I was very disappointed with the staff awareness at this facility. I have been to the Mississauga location many times, and the staff there is very attentive to the safety of everyone. They are able to regulate the areas as well as enforce the rules to ensure no one gets hurt. However at the Aurora location, this was not the case!

First, at the entrance of the jumping area, it is blocked off so that an employee can let the new jumper know the rules. However after standing there for some time, no one came and people were able to walk right through. At the back area, the employee had her back to one of the trampolines and only focused on the 2 in front. This enabled people to jump when they wanted and did not enforce the safety of only 1-2 jumpers at a time. At the climbing area, there were large crowds and lines at each station, however only 3 employees. People began to get frustrated because the lines were not constantly moving. Lastly, in the large trampoline area, no one was enforcing the 1 per square rule, thus causing my daughter to fall and hit her head on the boarder if the trampoline square as an older child had no consideration for her safety and jumped heavily in her square. I was throughly disappointed and requested more staff in the area, However, when they came, they all huddled in the middle and was not around the high traffic corner to moderate that activity.

Overall, I was disgusted by the lack of regulation by the staff at this location as I have never experienced this at the Mississauga location.

For the kid, it is fun. But the way they operate, it is a scam.

Had my sons 6th birthday party here and we all have an amazing time (both adults and kids). There was enough variety which makes it an ideal place for kids of all ages

This place is big, lots of trampolines. Wall climbing, dodgeballs. Lots of staffs to supervise the floors to ensure safety. It's very clean. One little downside is not enough seating couch at the trampolines areas. Other than that, it's a great place to bring the kids to kill energy.

Working with children who have been diagnosed with Autism takes a certain individual. Finding a place that is fun, exciting, and accepting of special needs is extraordinary. Airriderz is that extraordinary place! Jumping, climbing, games all the children loved being there.

This is a great place for the whole family! I went here recently and was very impressed! The facility is brand new, and is kept very clean! This place also doesn't have lots of customers on weekdays. They have lots trampolines, an arcade center, and a tower you can climb up on! They also sell food and drinks. 100% recommend for your next visit!

We hosted our son's 4th birthday at Air Riderz Aurora, with family. The staff were very welcoming and nice, and our party host took care of everything! It was such a great experience - no stress, no mess, just FUN! Would highly recommend for birthday parties.

It's a little on the expensive side as you pay on an hourly basis, and you need to have their socks (no exceptions) to jump - so do not forget them at home. It's not great for kids under 5, as the toddler area is a limited space marked off by nets. The "parent" section is limited, and does not provide optimum viewing. It's a good experience for a treat, but you may prefer an indoor playground if you have younger kids.

I was impressed with the way this business was so organized. From the initial booking, to questions leading up to our event, to the week before - ordering food, submitting my guest list, confirming all my jumpers were all confirmed with waivers the day before the event, to the check-in process to the party room. The staff was wonderful throughout. They set up everything - all I brought was the cake and loot bags! I could have even ordered the cake and loot bags from them, if I didn't want to do a thing! The kids had a blast! The manager even came into our party room to check in with me - I had no problems to report. I highly recommend Air Riderz Aurora for a fun and no-fuss, easy-peasy party experience.
