Air Riderz Trampoline Park

Very poorly managed facility. A place with a lots of young kids walking in and out failed to clean snow from entrance and side walks 24hr after the snow fall. Inside you will meet upset and angry staff everywhere. They will force u to buy socks even if u have trampoline socks (purchased from an other trampoline park) just because they were different color.

Very bad experience. The managers were extremely rude. They did not allow my child in the play area as she had a different color grip socks. Even though we made them understand that the booking was done online and we did not carry any money with us they did not allow us. Its was preposterous. Worst experience ever. We decided not to go as the managers were so less accommodating. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have been a loyal customer for 2 years now.
This place is good for kids around 4Y-15Y
Families can sit on the front tables or inside on the couches to watch their kids.
A monthly pass can be purchased online which is very convenient for weekend activities and the price is around 67$ a month you can come everyday.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this trampoline park. Firstly, the cleanliness was abysmal. The place looked like it hadn't seen a proper cleaning in ages, with dust and grime everywhere. It was not a hygienic environment at all.

Secondly, the staff was clearly untrained and disinterested. They lacked knowledge about the park's safety rules.

But the most absurd part was being charged for my baby. I understand paying for activities, but charging for a baby who clearly can't participate in any trampoline-related activities is just a money-grabbing tactic. It left a bad taste in my mouth and showed a complete lack of consideration for families with young children.

I will never return to this trampoline park, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a cleaner, safer, and more family-friendly experience.

The place is really nice and the stuff are super kind, when you have a membership it is a great deal.enjoy and have fun

The staff was rude right from the reception to birthday cake cutting, one of my friends kids birthday party experience was awful. I would recommend going somewhere else if you want to have a happy party. Don’t waste your money here and humiliate your guests.

I came with my son and his friend today, in hopes of using some previous credit and remaining value of some expired Groupons. I was offered a warm and energetic greeting by the initial associate, and then taken care of by the manager Dalia. She was professional, patient with my detailed transaction, and very helpful. Plus, it's not easy for staff to work in such a loud and active environment. Great job team!

This place was a lot of fun. I took my wife and 5 year old with us and had a great time. It was a lot more fun than I expected, and the kid had lots of fun while also getting tired so that's a huge success!

The trampoline section is quite big and more than enough room for everyone on a Sunday afternoon. They have also got a few other spots like the trampoline basketball nets, jump pits and some rock climbing walls. These are neat, but there's only 5 walls to climb and for me, they were all too high and tough (but I also remembered I am afraid of heights haha)

Lastly, I would say it was more expensive than we thought, 100 bucks for two adults and a 5 year old for 2 hours of jumping and climbing, but the climbing is a little silly because you can only use that section once. Meaning they give you a harness, but if you take it off, they won't give you another.

I had a brutal conversation with the general manager at the Vaughan location. I wanted to look at my options of booking a birthday party. The gm is Dave. He was awful. Rude. Not knowing what to do, I called the Mississauga location for some advice and their manager Scott was amazing! He was professional. He was able to answer my questions with class. He was helpful and fantastic!

Great place for birthday parties! I spoke to the manager about them getting recycling bins. He said that they are working on it! It's important that we all do our part and leave this earth in better state that we found it. FYI: recycling is not free for businesses, it costs them $

Had a 5th birthday party here yesterday. Venue is huge, very well organized for the number of parties they have over weekend, lot of help from staff, very clean for a place that is so busy. Their party rooms are large n spacious, you can do whatever you want to decorate the room within your allotted time. Their catering menu is excellent and plentiful
and their cake choices are extremely fair priced. The two hours went by very well and very enjoyable.

My daughter recently attended a birthday party here and the way the party went was so smooth and seamless much better than anywhere else. The party host Dunsel (I do not know the correct spelling) did extremely well, controlled the rowdy children and was as he said "an expert at cutting cake". We'll surely be visiting again!

We had the best time here! Everyone working there was amazing, especially Albert who was the supervisor in the area we were in. The kids really liked interacting with him, and he really made us feel comfortable. This has been the best experience at a trampoline park for us! I would highly recommend! Thank you for a great time!

Great place for family fun and parties we went there on Easter Sunday and it was very well managed nice and clean place. I didnt like the fact that they force you to buy their socks (money grab). Staff was very nice.and friendly all in all a good place

This place is the best especially if you are wondering how to keep your kids entertained in the winter time when it’s too cold to go outside. They are open late and have glow in the dark jump time on the weekend. We’ve been coming here for years, both of our Kids have celebrated their birthdays at Air Riderz. I normally don’t post reviews but I just have to say the staff are super friendly and helpful. John, the manger always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy! I Highly recommend checking this place out!

Separate play area for 3-4 years old kids, if someones have kids above 4, siblings need to be separated during playtime, kids hated it playing separate

What a money grab

For letting kids play for hour and less then 10 mins, charged for 1 and half hour

Fun place for kids. Their climbing zone is fun for kids. Plus they have a neat big slide. Their trampoline area is fun but personally I am no longer a fan of trampoline parks and foam pits (in particular) after witnessing and learning about the incapacitating injuries reported in the CBC market watch documentary.

This place was a great time. Took the kids and they loved it. Pricing was good as kids under 3 are free. Lots of things to do and the designated kids area was very good idea to allow younger children to play without worrying about bigger kids or adults getting in the way. Great work to the staff who were friendly and kind. We will be back for sure

Great place for kids who need to burn off energy! Trampolines, foam pits, dodgeball, rock climbing, and more! My son's 11th bday party group had a blast.

We love the trampoline places and I have been coming to air riderz a long time but I saw that on the PD day the attendance wasn't great. There are too many staff socializing and dealing with things other than customers. We had to track down the snack attendant twice to purchase something and you should think about lowering your prices or having more specials because it is overpriced. Just my opinion. I would definitely like to get discounts there.

Birthday Girls part. Great experience. Friendly staff who tended to my daughter. Fully set up the room and made all her guests feel welcomed. The staff walked around and made sure everyone had four and drinks. The play area was safe and very organized. I would like to have seen more areas where everyone had to remove the shoes. People were coming in and out tracking snow, thus socked were getting wet and cold. All in all, GREAT experience, would highly recommend them for your child's next party.

Called to book a event, unable to do it during regular business hours 9 to 5 because all calls go to a call centre. So clearly they don't work with a clients needs but its is on their time and schedule. I'm guessing customer requests must be responded in the same manner, at their convenience. Actually really disappointed because was there for a different event and was excited to have the event there.

I hosted a birthday party there on a Sunday afternoon. It was extremely busy, and the party check in was painful. There were several b-day parties at the same time, and only one person at check in, until I complained about the long lineup and asked for additional help.
The grade 8 kids had fun, the party room was spacious and the hostess very nice.

Was here for my niece’s birthday party. Service at the party was very poor, we had to do everything ourselves, even though we had paid for a person to assist with food serving.
Other than that park was fine, kids had a blast.

Attended the vaughan location this afternoon with my daughter and nephew.

The facility is very big and very clean.
Not only is the trampoline area massive but they also have a ninja warrior course, cardio wall, battle beam, stunt bag and much more.

This place far exceeded my expectation and the staff where super friendly and attentive.

Will always come back!

Took kids there on the weekend for jump and climb. They had so much fun climbing and its a little challenging for younger kids. Facility is nice and clean and staff is attentive.

I take my kids and my nephews here all the time and we always have a great time bouncing on their well-laid-out trampoline park. After a long week of Junk Removal in Mississauga, I am always eager to play with my family at Air Riderz!

Alright this is just bad my son was just at his friends birthday party and it turns out his jacket got stolen by someone but none of is friends jackets were stolen this is unacceptable and note this is a expensive jacket it was 150 with a 30% sale I think it was bad security because this could of been avoided if they paid attention to what was happing do not waste your money on this place.

Great place to have a party. My host Trinity was the best, very beautiful, friendly, patient, loves the kids and I loved her attitude. Planning a party, ask for Trinity.

Rediculously overpriced. $100 for 4 kids, one hour. And in addition you have to buy their "approved" socks. $4 extra per child. I have been to others where it's $7 per child for 2 hours and no need to buy socks. Will never come here again.

In all honesty, coming here was a complete waste of money. First of all, 45 minutes in a “private room” is not enough for a group of kids to get settled in and have the food they are given. The girl who helped us was nice, but didn’t give us time to take pictures with the cake or the birthday boy (my brother), and as soon as I asked, she took it away all rudely. Second, the kids are not given any time at all after eating which is extremely upsetting because for the price you’re paying for a group or 10 or more, this is a complete rip off. There’s no music and the vibe that the place gives is so boring.
Just overall, there’s other places for kids that you can book for a way cheaper price and better service.

We had a birthday party for a child there. We invited a lot of school friends who arrived on time but the last one was let in on the trampoline 20 minutes before the end of one hour allotted time. The reason was the waiver form. The computer systems are flawed - even a parent did fill in the complete waiver - the information did not get updated at the desk. She had to wait for a long time. Some of the parents aren’t computer savvy - it took them very long time to fill in the forms- while the kids waited patiently by the sides of their parents with sad faces. The mice for the computers were mostly broken.
Therefore, sadly, even though we paid for an hour of jump time - technically most of the kids only got half or less of it.

After the Jump hour was over the kids were led to a room with dirty floor. Tables weren’t properly set up. The excuse was the previous party had lot of little children.

I also felt pressured for tips when the payment machine asked for tips. I did not want to pay any.

Only reason for one star that the kids loves jumping and the ice cream cake was good.
