I had to cancel my mom's ticket due to personal circumstances. The airline was going to charge $300 as a penalty and this agency was going to charge $100 as per the policy written on the booking confirmation ($400 total) but when I contacted Airwings they said they were going to charge me $450 PLUS an additional $180 to repay the "discount" I received when purchasing the tickets. The agent even forwarded a FICTITIOUS policy that they had EDITED to show that they would receive $150 instead of $100. I have physical proof of it all if anyone needs to see it. I got in touch with the travel agency regulator to know my rights and eventually received my refund 8 WEEKS LATER! Horrible experience with this agency and I highly recommend that people spend their hard earned money elsewhere.
