Confidence-inspiring installation of my new furnace by Mike today. After unpacking and finding (likely) superficial damage to the first furnace, Mike exchanged it for another. Very friendly and personable, Mike's experience and enjoyment of his work shines through.

They've been here at my location 4 times in the last week and I still have no heat now I am calling better Business bureau putting in a complaint I live in the basement apartment that's freezing and every time you call back they keep pushing back to another day wasting your time and your day and your appointments that you have to reschedule and nothing gets done not recommending them at all

The regular maintenance call was more than satisfactory.
However 2 days later a salesman from Aire One was at our door trying to use subtle scare tactics to get us to buy a heat pump and a new furnace.

We have a great feeling dealing with this company. Owner is a wonderful person. All the technicions are well behaved and very friendly.

Excellent customer service, they did a great job explaining everything, very knowledgeable staff that were on time, highly recommend this business.

I used them in three of my houses. The first one was great and no issues. Becuse of the good experience i used them for an AC/ furnace installation in my second house. Which was a disaster from get go. They installed a carrier unit for AC which broke from the first year. Then the second and the third. Everytime their techs did come and patched it and last summer we did not have AC shawn is avoiding my calls and messages they said no parts. If they dont have parts they should replace my unit.fir my good i called shawn to install a boiler in to a third house and another issue with heating. 25 year old unit never gave me any issue until Air one replacement and it broke 2 ti
es in the last two winters and i had to call them and one time they charged and within 3 months same issue and they blamed it on a valve which they installed. And now charged me again. Im extremely dissapointed of their expertise and service. Im still waiting for a callback from them regarding my AC unit.

Hazim was at my home today and promplty fixed our air conditioner. Very polite and professional. I would highly recommend! Excellent service.
