The people at Aire One are truly amazing. Henry the owner is great and we had Michael come out to help us with repairing a gas leak.

I will use Aire One again and they will be my go to referral is someone needs help.

I hope that anyone who reads this review experiences the same professional, honest service from a group of outstanding people at Aire One. Although I was faced with a heat emergency during the winter months, they did not take advantage of my situation and were all wonderful to deal with. Highly recommended!

Henry and the team at Aire One are beyond amazing. We needed a furnace replacement in the dead of winter and not only was the job done quickly but the value and customer service level are beyond reproach! I highly recommend Aire One for any type of HVAC work!

Phone service was prompt, friendly & the price quoted on paper was fair for an AC installation. The tech was eager to get us to sign & send a deposit on the spot. The quoted price was fair but as soon as we verbally agreed, before I even had time to hit send on the deposit, the tech doing the quote “remembered” a couple of other things they needed to look at on our thermostat & furnace (both recently replaced). The tech said these would require additional parts that “should only cost a couple hundred extra dollars if they had them” & that the guys doing the install would “figure it out when they do it. ” Seemed fishy. Off putting experience overall.

My wife and I have had absolutely nothing but the best experiences with Aire one in our 17 years of home ownership. I trust no other business with my heating and Ac. Their sales and installation are second to none. If you want it done right call them. If I could give this company 6 stars I would. The best HVAC in barrie hands down.

Our heat stopped working. They came right away and fixed the problem. Excellent customer service.

For over two years my brand new A/C installed by a Toronto contractor would freeze up & no contractor / HVAC company in Barrie Ont.that visited my home could figure out why (about 8 - 10 tried) Aire One in Barrie came to my house & figured out the problem in 30 minutes or less. In my opinion they are one of the best & I would not trust anyone else for any future HVAC needs than them. I've been in the automotive repair industry for over 35 years & Aire One impressed me the most. Note# The Toronto contractor went out of business shortly after he did the original install, no surprise here!

I have had this company to my house for many years now. I could not be happier with their service or their employees. Excellent work and Michael is the nicest guy ever. Trustworthy and really knows what he is doing. Definitely five stars!

These guys are great! They have helped us inumerably on too many occasions to count, they can do everything, but they can do a lot and extend themselves to be as helpful as they can.

My family was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism. Michael and Henry were fantastic! Highly recommended!

Replaced a 20 year old furnace and ac. On time, on budget, excellent staff, great pre and post sale support. Respectful and safe.

Got a gas fireplace install by Aire One. They were very helpful in choosing the proper size and finish, since it was replacing an existing wood stove.
