Jugraj Singh was very quick and thorough restoring our furnace to working order. He explained details well and is very friendly.

We sold our house in Ayr and the new owners were told they would have to pay more so they refused to switch over the account. Instead of booking an appointment with the new owners to take the hot water rental out of the house, Aire One told us we have to continue paying the bills or pay out the $3000 bill to own the 5+ year old water heater. We’re covered by our real estate contract but Aire One won’t back off. Beware of this company. Their business practices are questionable. I don’t recommend buying a house that has any equipment rented from Aire One.
We were forced into contract when we bought the house from the previous owners in the first place. If we had asked them to come get the equipment out of the house they would have cited some other clause that locked us in. Very shady.

Mr. Alex and Mr. Jose who showed up for the installation of boiler in 163 Park Street Kitchener did an excellent job with supreme quality of work. They resolved our all the concerns with great professionalism within given time frame.

Just had a new install for a furnace and AC, Balkar and his team were top notch, kept us updated to what was going on during the install, they were very efficient and work well together, made sure we understood the ins and outs of our new furnace and AC, couldn't have asked for a better crew for this job!

I would like to say he was on time and super professional, who have fully knowledge about goverment code and product.and also advice different product which help reduce energy bill.

I had Pat and Steven come to our home and they were absolutely fantastic! They were super polite and friendly. They definitely knew what they were doing and we would be happy to have them back if anything went wrong.

Began corresponding about 3 weeks ago.this company was supposed to come fix the water heater at my restaurant. Spent $300 for them to light my pilot light after the technician stood there at the door and wouldnt start work until payment was made while making a big deal out of it with my employees. They then sent me a report saying they need to come back to fix parts on it. (Fine, Lets get it done!). I set up a date for them to come fix it, they never showed. No call, nothing. I reached out to confirm. Nothing. The operator initially gave me unnecessary attitude and laughed at inappropriate times. It was a bad experience all around. 10/10 do not recommend unless you like attitude and paying for work before its done and potentially not having your work done because they dont show up when scheduled. I will not be using them for future calls, nor will i recommend them to other businesses around my area.

The two young men who nstalled my new heating and cooling system were very focused in doing an excellent job. They were very conscientious and very positive sbout their product. They were determined to make it work properly. They exhibited a lot of knowledge, attention to detail, experience and expertise in their challenging task. Both young men were helpful and cooperative to each other as well as myself.

Jose and Alex from the aire one heating and cooling service were exceptional. They arrived promptly, assessed the issue with my house efficiently, and executed the repairs with precision and expertise. Their professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience seamless and I highly recommend their services.

Sam is such a sweet young man! We don’t frequent at Aireone but decided to drop by for the 30% discount everyone was talking about. Sam helped us identify filter size even though he looked pretty busy when we walked in. We happily waited until he was available. He explained that customers usually place orders online and apply the promo quote through website but he was able to honour the promo as a walk-in and we were out in a jiffy

I would like to say a few words about two young people, Pat. K and Steven, these two young men who belong to the heating and air conditioning department.
All I want to say is this company is very lucky to have these quality people, conscientious, punctual, polite and very professional.
