Aire One Peel Furnace Repair & Heat Pump Installation Mississauga

Cold Sunday at 7pm, my furnace wasn't turning on. I called the 24/7 support line and was contacted within 30 minutes of Technician on call, Atif B. He responded by visiting my home in 60 minutes, got my furnace working, add'l parts are needed, but on a Sunday night, he provided a temp solution. I highly recommend Aire one I was very pleased with their solution/fast response

Aire One Mississauga installed our heat pump and furnace in December 2023. The job was neat and tidy, professionally finished, and done quickly (important when it’s winter, and cold outside!). I was impressed with their ability to run all of the piping and electrical wiring with attention to detail, and within the confined spaces that they had to work with. A very good team (of two), who knew their stuff, and obviously had tons of experience. Small details, like wrapping of the water supply line for the humidifier, was great. Overall, a great install.

Recently, Aireone Peel set us up with a new heat pump. From the initial contact with PJ, everything was very smooth and professional. PJ was very easy to get in contact with and quick to reply. He walked us through the advantages and disadvantages of the various systems and was forthcoming with product literature and specs. The installers arrived within the allotted window and had all of the work completed very efficiently. They communicated well, were receptive to feedback, and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy to recommend the heat pump units and Aireone to install these units.

We would like to commend Aire One Peel Heating & Cooling for the very successful replacement of our 18 year old Carrier gas furnace and air conditioner, with a Carrier Hybrid Heat Pump and Gas Furnace combination. PJ, our sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable and insightful with respect to the Carrier Hybrid system including performance, operating ambient temperatures for the Heat Pump during winter conditions, noise levels, efficiencies of the Heat Pump and auxiliary gas furnace, blower fan speeds, the new smart thermostat; and what to expect in respect to the change out of our old system. Payman was the lead installer and together with his team managed the complete installation, which included running new refrigerant lines to the Heat Pump, all within one day – and they were all very pleasant and conscientious. We had been running the DC blower fan, with the old system, continuously at very low speed for improved air quality and better air circulation. Although the system installation didn’t provide for this function Mario, the General Manager, arranged to have Atif, one of their technicians, out to our house the next working day and make the necessary adjustments to provide for this function. The system now works just as PJ had described and we are extremely pleased with its operation, and most impressed with Aire One’s attention to customer service.
