The driver stopped in middle of ramp to highway to provide address to another car. It was very dangerous act. Vehicle #444

Terrible experience! The taxi driver swore at us after we refused to pay for him cash and the tip. More expensive and worse experience!

We had great services by both drivers to and from the airport. They were very helpful with our luggages. Very courteous and pleasant. Driver #46 was exceptional, he carried our luggages to our door step. We were very impressed. The persons I made the bookings with on the phone were very helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Ride-Airport to Mississauga. -Mr Sharma feedback

Experience-
1-As soon as Mr Sharma saw I had 2 big bags and 2 strolleys he scoffed saying " Oh all this ".
Made a half hearted attempt to help woth one bag and then just stood there while I loaded all.the other bags.
2- When he asked where we were going I gave him the address and he kept asking what route to take or what is teh intersection. (Who is the driver here. What is a customer doesn't know the area?).
I told him I guess 403 as it's 11.30pm in the night and there won't be traffic anyway.
3- Thirdly he almost missed the turn at the most important intersection until we corrected him (again use the address when the customer offered it to you first)
4- Fourthly, it had snowed a day before. Walkways were snowed in so I told him to drop me off at the curb as I had a child with me. Again didn't pay attention and drove further ahead and had to be requested to back up.
5- Lastly he opened the boot and instead on helping me with the bags he went in front of the taxi and started pretending to clean the bonnet?

We want to support taxi services in the world of Uber and Lyft. Bit this is what you get. We were tired and weary after a long flight back home to Canada but here is a taxi driver who probably hates his job and needs to stay at home.

Was charged $73. For a 19k drive to Brampton from Pearson. They were the only service available when we left the airport. Found out later that if you don’t book directly with the company the driver gets to charge whatever they want. Company said a booked service would have been $51. Partly my fault as I should have asked up front with the cost but it was late and a very long day of travel. They did have a sign indicating a $4. Extra charge for fuel costs but it was a Hybrid vehicle

Their driver almost killed my family and another last week, avoid at all costs. To say I’m mad is an understatement, someone should background check this company and its driver.

Also up your mental health service budget, because your guys drive like they don’t plan on making it to the destination

I've used Airflight Services a few times, drivers were very polite and helpful with bags, I highly recommend them they rep in the office was very helpful as well, normally I would speak to Amy, Sammy, Savy.

30 min late. Then got hung up on by operator. Used over 240 times for business will never use again horrible service. Especially getting hung up on good bye

Called twice and they answered on the first ring both times. Helpful and friendly drivers, and they accept airline taxi vouchers as well. I also called them to let them know we were ready earlier than our reservation time to be driven to the airport, and they sent a car right away!

Always my goto limo around YTO airports. Prompt and punctual like a nuclear clock. Courteous. Fair prices. Only I miss their old Lincoln limos. The current crop of Toyotas do not cut it for comfort! But then times are changing. Highly recommended service anyways.

On time and flat rate lower than most
Charged extra for 407 but so do other companies and ge did ask. On time no complaints helped with luggage and no attitude by both drivers.

Driver of car 526 charged us $28 to drive 5 minutes to a hotel. Didn't run the meter or answer when asked about the rates. Avoid this scam company

This is my go to car service for trips to and from Pearson Airport. Have been using for over 3+ years now
I recently got dropped home from Pearson by car M29 and my driver was excellent. Very helpful wih the bags etc.
The cars are always clean, arrive on time. And my fave feature is that you can call them once you've picked up your bags at Pearson and they organize a car to pick you up within minutes.
Which is always an amazing feeling to have a car waiting for you after a long haul flight!

Have been using this company for the last year. Always a good experience. Always asked if I wanted to use the 407 (my choice). Courteous drivers such as the one yesterday cab #M29 make the journey so much more enjoyable.

Avoid this company. Charged me $32 for a 5 minute 3.6km ride, no lights either so it was that fast. I purposely booked a hotel close to the airport so I wouldn’t get charged much. Unfortunately I didn’t think I’d get gouged like this. The drivers English was poor and his excuse for the con was high gas prices, which I found complete nonsense.

Pricing went up from $65 (quoted over the phone) to $86 because of 1.wait time - even though the driver did not call or buzz when he got there, and 2.a "different terminal dropoff fee, " where I paid $15 because he had to stop at two terminals that were 500m apart. Just call an uber. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Use AEROPORT only. These guys are a Rip off. Be very careful and don’t book them or use them when boarding at the airport. I did the biggest mistake of not seeing that it was Airflight before I boarded my cab. Paid double that of what I usually pay Aeroport. Learnt my lesson the hard way.

We had the pleasure to drive with the driver Cole from the Airport to more or less Downtown/Port. The driver was very professional, polite, respected that we were tired and not for much chit chat but still communicative when I asked questions. Additionally in contrary to most of the taxi drivers, he didint pick up his phone when it had rung. I really appreciated that. He helped to pack the baggages (heavy). His car was very comfy, modern and Clean! Plus for a professional /chauffer attire. The drive waa pleasant and fast. And that is what we wanted. The only drawback was the price, even with the flat rate is was from the higher level but one doesn't drive that often from/to the airport. Recommending anyway as for the purpose of getting home it was perfect. Fast and nice.thanks again at Cole!

Reliable drivers and clean cars. Have been using them several times now and I love the online booking feature. They call to confirm an online booking, and when I didn't answer the phone because I had to have it switched off, a booking was cancelled. When I saw the cancellation notice after switching the phone back on, I immediately called and my booking was restored. Excellent customer service!

Rate is too much high. I have spent 38 $ dollars for one ride from airport to darry road. When I call to customer service they told you should call me first we will reduce your amount. They also charged me 4 more dollars for gas. There is no fair with customer. I have picture of receipt. Driver told me Canadian govt fixed our zone price

One of their drivers almost ran me off the road. Don’t recommend this service if you wanna arrive to your destination alive.

I had taken a ride with airflight today, had an amazing experience! (car no. 1) drivers name was sukhi and he gave us an amazing comfortable ride home from the airport and I definitely recommend it. Amazin guy!

Got one of their taxi SUV at Toronto Pearson and was putting in luggage and one of the pieces couldn’t fit so driver told me he would charge another $20 to put in front seat (Car 360). I would have refused but our bags were already inside and after a long flight just wanted to go home. Never heard of this and will never take a taxi again. Would rather support Uber or Lyft at least their pricing is upfront.

My drive home from the airport was terrifying. The driver was going 140 km/h, hopping lanes without signalling. It was car #393. Next time I’m getting an Uber.

Ordered a ride for six adults, 6 suitcases and 6 carry-ons. Driver arrived and only 2 adults fit comfortably and two in jump seats with knees around their ears. Did not fit six people and luggage. Liked the fixed price but really only good for two people

Avoid this company. Driver was rude and tried to scam us.

We waited in line at Pearson Airport taxi pick up.
I loaded luggage into vehicle and when the driver found out our destination was near the airport he quoted us $30 extra, as a fee for "extra bags". There is a flat rate from the airport! Driver did not provide any policy documents. Just a made up price. Completely unprofessional. What a scam. I have two kids under 3 years old, that were now in the cold as we scrambled in 3-degrees weather to get back in the cold and find another driver.

Thankfully a Zahavy limos driver saw this happen and helped me load all the luggage into his car while the kids were warm in the car.

Convenient service at a reasonable price. I took a ride from Midtown to Pearson Airport and it was much cheaper than Lyft and Uber.

Best limo company for Toronto Airport runs. Clean cars friendly drivers and good prices what more could one ask?

I am not a frequent flyer so when I found myself needing a ride home from the airport I called Airflight services. The vehicle was clean and of good quality and the driver was very helpful. They arrived on time and the flat fee was fair. I’ll definitely be using them again.
Their reservation service could be more flexible as their “no reply” email makes it difficult to update ride requirements should your flight be delayed and you need to adjust.

Your driver in a Toyota Highlander just tried to run me off the road in a road rage incident. Great company representative.

Used this service for a trip from U of T to Pearson with a drop off at a downtown hotel (my colleague was flying out of Toronto and I was staying). Prompt pick up from U of T, and very courteous driver despite random road closures. Got me to my hotel safely and my colleague to the airport on time. I left my jacket in the vehicle and this company went above and beyond to return it to me. Highly recommended!
