Need to improve customer service, especially when flight was late returning to Toronto via Ottawa & lost luggage on connection

What Air Canada expects to accomplish by serving this terrible food to their best customers is a complete mystery to me.

Only two words for the PIA Toronto office: Shameless and unprincipled. Specifically the lady answering the phone is a total scum. The worda rude and disrespectful is not even close to describing her.

Flights are never on time. Expect your flight to be delayed even if there isn't bad weather at departure city or landing city. Service definitely has gone down hill compared to how it used to be.
