Airport Animal Hospital

Amazing staff! We are truly thankful for their compassionate care they provided to our sweet old girl while she was palliative and when we had to say goodbye. It takes a special person to do what they do on daily basis and they still greet you with a smile. I am forever thankful for the short time my dog was a patient. Thank you Airport Animal Hospital for keeping her happy and comfortable until it was time. My family and I appreciate you!

I stared going to the Airport Animal Hospital with our pets twenty years ago, when Dr Sidhu was practicing at the old office. Our pets have had better lives because I always took them there to be look at, when life's maladies showed up. In the process, our lives (my wife's, our pets', and mine) have been enriched. Thanks, guys, from the bottom of our hearts.

Not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from. Expect hour and a half wait times with zero check ins from front staff.

Feels like a doctors office from the 90s where you are there well past your appointment time and the front staff are wandering around clueless. If you do not check in constantly with the front staff you will be forgotten. Extremely unimpressed as our family does like the Vet's themselves. The front office needs a complete rehaul and some training on basic customer service.

We will be going elsewhere.

We had brought in my dog today cause he was sick but unfortunately we had to say goodbye to her, very hard day to get through but we had Dr. Pankaj Bassi And Josee Ibbitson to help us get through it. A absolutely huge thank you to both and I cannot thank yous enough for being such kind and caring people, they were both there for us and they treated us and our Bella like gold. And also thank you to the rest of the team also, I would highly recommend Airport Animal Hospital to everyone…

Pretty good experience. Doggos first visit for second round of shots. Nobody yelped or had a bad time. Would recommend.

We are so thankful for the wonderful treatment our dog received at Airport Animal Hospital. She was very ill and needed surgery right away. She is now recovering and feeling so much better. This is a great veterinarian office with a great team!

Called and spoke to someone about my dog needing to be seen. They let me know they were going to reach out to SmartVet to get details about the telehealth appt I had and call me back. I never received a callback. When I called again, I couldn’t get them on the phone and there was no way to leave a voicemail.
I called another vet (which ended up to be owned by the same owner as Airport. They let me know Airport Animal Hospital is known for not calling back and not having a voicemail. So odd they realize that, are owned by the same company yet no one fixes the issue. I’m baffled at the lack of customer service and the unwillingness to fix it despite knowing about it.

Unfortunately, I will have to give them a one wishing to be 0. Brought in a dog who was having issues adjusting to a new home that was peeing, vet said deal with it. Found out by another vet (weeks later, when out of town) it was a urn infection. Then brought the dog in for his hips were starting to go, poor dog was given a shot (that was hopefully would help) instead his health declined in a instance and 24hrs later was dead. He suffered at that, for being suddenly paralyzed unable to stand or move. Never will bring my other pets there or suggest them.

We found Airport Animal Hospital when we moved to the area last year. Our pet has a chronic condition and we found that the staff and Veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The clinic has a happy and friendly atmosphere. Prices compared well with others. We are very grateful for their care.

My dog got sick Saturday night with food poisoning and she almost died. She's at home right now comfortable and alive with me only because of the amazing doctors and care givers at the airport animal hospital. They saved her life plain and simple.

Dr. Singh was very kind to our Golden Retriever during todays visit. He worked together with us to diagnose our pups skin condition. The staff at this practice were all very professional.

Airport animal hospital helped me and my GSD greatly. They are incredibly friendly and understanding. They have provided incredible care to my girl.

Having recently moved to North Bay and in search of a vet, staff were extremely helpful and took us on as a patient and got us started over the phone until an initial appointment was able to be set. Hank is always excited for his visits and to see the friendly staff

First time visit, brought my cat. Vet and staff are friendly and efficient. Nice, spacious building. Very happy with the service

So I have had my yorkies with this hospital from day one, 5 yrs ago. Things started great we would get reminders of their due dates for vaccinations even birthday cards for the fur babies. However, it has been 5-6 days now I keep trying to call and the moment I get through and it rings they hang up. Very frustrating also they don’t seem to care about my dogs anymore…. I haven’t seen an email about the appointments in over two years, my teacup Yorkie was ill on last Thursday puking all morning and at one point there was a lot of blood! I called immediately but they wouldn’t see him. Stating they already had an emergency pet in there, I’m sorry but that was like being denied by my doctor. Very upsetting, now again I’ve been trying to call all morning and when it finally starts to ring I hear them answer but immediately hang up. This hospital has become ignorant to its patients and I am very angry with them. My dog has had no appetite now for 5 days, is still vomiting and has had diarrhea the whole time. He is lethargic and not very energetic like he usually is. They only seem to want to see your pet when it’s convenient for them. I’m sorry but if u are my dogs vet and something happens to them I expect you to check them out… I can’t go anywhere else. Also the receptionist told me when I finally did get through last week to call the smart pet helpline? Or something like that… she didn’t even give me the right number it was out of service. I had to get the number from another hospital but they won’t do anything unless you have a credit card and want to charge 130 bucks just to see the animal in a zoom call. If medication is required they charge you an additional 30 bucks per script…. Ridiculous…. If my pet dies because of this hospitals negligence I will be very upset. They make you think they care but all they care about is $$$$$. Just gross… I guess you have to be in a certain tax bracket to get in when you want, obviously not for regular people.

Their prices are fair. The people are awesome that work there. I bring my animals there instead of to sudbury

They dont care about there pets the want me to pay a actual 500 to get my cat in today shes dyinh in my arms rn and they wont do anything

My revues of this places there are good pet little pricey on exams. Very good personal experience with In.

God my poor dog, neuter on January 31st, bleeding over 7 days this far, pain and crying from dog, pees constantly, won’t hold it in, called for help, unhelpful, won’t do anything…
Worst mistake of my life….

We have been with this hospital for 2 years and recently had to bring my very sick puppy in. The staff was great and Dr. Sidhu was amazing with both my dog and me. I feel very lucky to have such a wonderful team to look after us.

I've had my animals going here since I can remember. But all I have to say about this place is the staff there are great, kind and caring. But as for Dr. Pankaj Bassi and Dr. Kulwinderpal Sidhu, they're a different story. Always in a rush, don't seem to care, always seem to be in it for the money. I had to make a decision today that destroyed me, instead of giving me time to think I was constantly reminded that I was wasting time and he was getting backed up, I know feel like I made a terrible mistake.

I recommend the Staff, but as the two Veterinarians that own or run this place, make me want to give this a 0 star rating. If I do get another pet in the future, Airport animal hospital is a place I will avoid.
