I'm saddened to recount my friend's experience at this dealer, as it seems to resonate with a widespread issue in the industry. It's tough to shake the feeling that sales incentives might be driving the push for packages over genuine customer concern. Just like others, we found unexpected add-ons in our lease agreement. This undoubtedly impacts Mazda's reputation negatively, and I truly believe they should step in to ensure customers are treated fairly and with transparency.

I regret to say that my experience at this dealer was extremely disappointing. It seems their priorities lie more with pushing third-party packages rather than genuinely assisting customers with their car needs. My ordeal began when I discovered additional packages had been included in my lease agreement without my knowledge or consent. To make matters worse, the staff had me sign the contract without adequately explaining the terms.

Upon realizing the situation, I promptly requested the removal of these unauthorized packages. Unfortunately, my request was met with refusal, leaving me frustrated and disheartened. Such practices reflect poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency.

I would advise anyone considering this dealer to exercise caution and be vigilant when dealing with contracts and agreements. This experience has left me with a sense of mistrust and a sour impression of their business ethics.

Went for my cx30 maintenance 1 schedule. Friendly service and did their job as expected and answered my questions. Not the closest dealership but my home dealership.so far I have great confidence in them and worth the little bit of a drive.

Called them 3 times in a day to inquire about a listing I saw. First, the receptionist told me I would receive a call in 30 mins. 2 hours later I call again and sales tells me he’ll call me back after checking for stock and takes my number. I call again 3 hours later and new guy takes my name and number. I try to ask him if the car is in stock multiple times, instead I receive no response and just “I’ll call you back” every time. It’s now been a day and still no call back, I’ve called other Mazdas and they’ve been way more helpful. Seems these guys don’t want to sell me a car, extremely poor and unorganized service - no longer interested in your dealership and I advise you go to another Mazda as they’ve been very kind and helpful elsewhere.

I’ve proudly been a part of the Airport Mazda family for several years now, and I couldn’t have asked for a better dealership and staff to deal with! I recently purchased my second vehicle from them, and even though I didn’t think it was possible, they somehow made the process this time even better than the first years ago. I admit that I can be a very picky customer because I like what I like, so Dilon (Sales Manager) & Samir (Sales Consultant) were in for a real treat when I said I was interested in a new SUV. Dilon and Samir were amazing with how they facilitated the buying process. Believe it or not but I test drove and had my brand new vehicle in 24 hours! What was most impressive was how the two worked collaboratively and communicated respectfully with each other, which ultimately resulted in the process going smooth and without error. At no point in time did I feel it was all about the money for them, in fact, I could see that they were focused on making sure I get the best vehicle, the best deal, and also the best experience. I appreciate how they respected my wishes, so when I declined any suggestion that they made (i.e. Car model, colour, etc.), they never tried to use any aggressive sale tactics. Abhishek (Sales) did an exceptional job during the walkthrough when I picked up my vehicle. He was very thorough in explaining all the features and options and made sure to let me know that if at any time I have more questions, it’s my right to come back to the dealership to get another walk-through. I had such a positive experience! I walked into the dealership unsure, but walked out a happy and excited customer! I love my new vehicle and even though I know it’s not, it definitely feels like it was made just for me! I’m experiencing this feeling because the staff at Airport Mazda listened to me and worked with me to find a car that matches all my needs, and will also grow with me as my needs change in the future. Did I mention that they delivered my car with a big, red bow!

Huge shout out to my squad in Parts & Service: Jason, Paul, Shawn, Keith, & Brandon! These guys treat me like a little sister, with so much love and respect, and they always show that they have me and my car in their best interest. I know that whenever I bring my car in — for WHATEVER reason — they’re going to go above and beyond to take good care of it, service it for only what it needs, and never ever try rip me off in cost and pricing. No matter how I come in — whether I’m angry, stressed out, or in tears — they do whatever they have to do to get me laughing again. I appreciate them so much and consider them my friends.

I called twice about a in-stock CX-9 on their website. The reception told me to wait till someone calls me back because all sales are super busy with so many customers in store. After waiting for more than one hour and half, I decided to come in before the store closes. Turns out the "there are so many customers here and no sales can answer you call" place is empty, with three sales chitchatting at the front door and two receptionists doing the same thing. The salesperson who greeted me told me their website is wrong, the car isn't in stock, and I should've known better to give them a call first. I said yeah, I did, I called you guys twice. And I was told I'm still wrong because I didn't make a deposit over the phone to secure the vehicle. I said that is not how it works, and you said the car was sold yesterday. And I was told I'm still wrong because I didn't leave my name and number. I said I did that too, twice. And it is also my "lucky day" that they have a different model with a different colour in stock. And at this point I decided not to deal with this dealership anymore and left.

Dont waste your money buying MAZDA cars as they are rubbish. I have Mazda CX5 2018 brand new, driven carefully and serviced at Airport Mazda on regular basis, the pads and rotors already worn out at 55000 Km (too early to wear & tear) and damaged the brake discs.its close to 4 years since I bought the car.serviced yesterday and billed $2300, the labour very expensive at this dealer.already thinking to sell my car and get HYUNDAI or others.or at least not bringing car to services again as it could have been done at much cheaper rate at private mechanic.also the pick up of mazda car is very poor, especially in winter.my brother in low has Mazda 6 and he experiences the same.genuine advice. Buy another car.regretting buying Mazda.

The positive reviews are really misleading. The sales rep did not explain any details of the cars and kept asking us ‘what can I do to get your business today’. When we called him back at a different date to confirm the finance option, he let us know it was not an option and told us double the amount for monthly finance. Really rude, unprofessional, and deceiving. I wouldn’t go here if I were you.

Excellent service and very helpful for the first time buyer. They keep their cars fully certified and perfectly maintained. The person from the airport mazda who was in my contact are abhishek (sales) and Samir (finance) both done well and deliver the car as they promise.

I bought my Honda from Abhishek. They all appeared like great guys including Amir and Samir. I was replacing my car who someone felt the need to burn so it really wasn't enjoyable searching for replacement but they came across as very understanding and helpful. I mentioned that the sunvisor was split on drivers side and does not stay in place.they all assured me it would be fixed. They listed car as an LX but when searching VIN it wasn't an LX but a DX. Yes they dropped price a bit but still insisted an LX. If it hadn't been for low mileage I would have looked elsewhere. When picking up car Abhishek mentioned how they fixed the visor. Stupid me didnt check or notice til after. I'm leaving pics of the huge rusted bolt they took the time to put through visor that is so long it would cut through headliner if left also no longer closed properly! I'm sure they all had a good laugh as my husband left in car. I would not reccomend these guys after this experience!

That is what Airport Mazda is to us. About 7.5 years ago I took my then aging Mazda 626 for service and met a salesperson by the name of Dilan. He was the most caring, honest, friendly and passionate Mazda sales person I have ever met. We started talking and shortly after that my wife I agreed to purchase a 2012 Mazda 3. It was a celebration of sorts with Dilan and Ganesh during that time. During our service visits over the year we got to meet the other members of the family and Tony from service is another name that stood out. Fast forward to 7.5 years later. I reached out to Dilan (now a sales manager) about getting a new car. Since Dilan was away due to an injury he referred me to Samir. We met with Samir and just like Dilan before him made us feel comfortable. Samir shared his personal knowledge and expertise with us and from that we were able to make a decision and was ale to choose a vehicle that suited our needs. We traded in our 2012 Mazda 3 for a 2019 Mazda CX-5. Though Dilan was not present he reached to us to congratulate us and Ganesh as from before was ever present.
