Shiji comes across as a highly knowledgeable person, who also puts efforts in understanding the customer needs.

I called yesterday morning in this agency and a lady took the call. The call disconnected couple of times and and after I called again but still she is talking to somebody else in phone and didn’t give any attention to me. I again called after couple of hours and she is speaking rudely and feel very bad to me. Very pathetic customer service and don’t go with them at any cost. I don’t want to give even one star.

I called this agency today morning in order to book a flight for April to India. I spoke to a guy named Alex, whom I believe runs this company. He literally didn’t speak to me, asked few questions and put me on hold even without asking me. I waited for 9 mins on phone and hung up. I could hear him speaking to his staff or spouse while I was on call with him. This is the worst customer service I have received in Canada. My advise to all my friends is that, never choose this travel agency. We would need some after service and these guys are really bad at customer service. They would ignore us and give a really bad time. Anyone with a system and internet can do this business. But respect and customer service is what makes the difference. Hope this review helps my fellow brothers and sisters here. Please think twice before putting your money on Alex and his team.

Please don't go with this agency, very careless agents are working over there (jose). They treat us like hell, very irresponsible and non professional services I ever had. So please don't go with them.
