What a cheap owner, always pretending as if he is super busy and so frustrated from a business that may be paying all his bills. A narrow minded little cry baby. Always whining about little pennies, returns, price gouging and prioritize service to the ones he personally like.

Not to mention the ladies in the front desk.lol.another funny story. Go to places like Jenco, Hudco, Westburne, Nedco, Oneils electric for best services, no wait times and awesome prices.

Screw this typical third world country store.

A big zero for customer service. Very very rude and unhappy owner. Not have a 1% sense how to talk customer. He present himself like he is most busy person of this world. Lady on a cash counter omg same. Not recommended no no no

I go to the their store and waiting for about 20 minutes. No one is serving customer. Will never go again and suggest not to go. Very poor service. I was standing at their desk, they move here to there and just roaming showing that they are too much busy. Going to this store is jist a wastage of time.

Fraud and inexperienced peope avoid going to this place. Got photocell and as a layman i asked for regular one but the guy gave me 220 v and when i came back for return they refused and say I should have looked before opening it. At last when told the owner how bad they are at customer service he ask me to leave saying he didnt care.

I wish I could rate you zero star. We placed an order over the phone and waited half an hour in 32 degrees.still no one would answer the call or help us. I eventually left without buying anything. Very disappointing!

Very unwelcoming place. No smiles, no polite words. Lots of waiting until I got served, even it was no other customers in store. On the positive side, I'm glad they had what I needed - it would've been even worse to wait just to hear that they don't have it.

Beware end customers! Do your home work before you buy anything from here, sometimes they are MORE EXPENSIVE than Home Depot's posted prices. Contractors probably get better prices but end customers get ripped off here.

I bought some thing in this store I show them a picture but they give me different thing. When I go for a return they say no money back only exchange. Poor customer service I never ever go back again
