Best walk-in clinic. Great staff and great doctors. They have the heart for patients and everyone was super nice. During holiday season my child got ear infection. I drove him to 5 different walk-ins and no one wanted to take him. I finally found this clinic but it already passed their operation hours, but the staff and doctors made an exception. I really appreciated everything they did for us. I will highly recommend this place.
I saw Dr Bilbily today and she was amazing. She really care about her patients from my experience. She is easy to talk to, pleasant and knowledgeable. The most friendliest Dr I have ever been to. Keep up the great work Dr. Bilbily. Your staffs are amazing too. Highly recommended.
Front office staff never answer calls properly, hang up the calls in between the conversation when they cannot answer the questions. Staff need a proper training on how to provide a better customer service. They make it very difficult to make appointments with the doctor. May be due to lack of knowledge or skills need for that role.
Receptionist is very rude and disrespectful always.
Doctor is great.
Someone from the management please address the issues and make it a great place to every one.
The staff at the front are unbelievably disrespectful and so much attitude for no odd reason. My doctor is great, but the receptionist won't give me an appointment for my sick 3-year-old until 3 weeks later to see his own family doctor. This is outrageous!
If I could give this clinic a zero I would. The receptionists are rude and grumpy. The doctor has no bed side manners and continued to criticize my daughter's weight. My daughter went there to see him to get help and not be be put down. Shame on you Dr. Sathiamoorthy making an 18 year old feel so bad about herself. If anyone in Durham could let me know where I can find a carring and patient doctor I would greatly appreciate it.
Wonderful clinic & pharmacy. The receptionist was lovely and explained why the walk-in was currently closed. I get it. Hopefully, their walk-in starts to open up again as they were the best!
Awful experience. Dr. Abhishek referred me to a dermatologist instead of a surgeon and I had to wait for 3 months to see his recommended dermatologist. The dermatologist in less than a minute told me you were wrongly referred to me and referred me to a surgeon. Please don't go there, it's a complete waste of time. Their so-called teleclinic just doesn't work.
I brought my 2-year-old in with a fever, congestion, chesty cough, vomiting, not eating. The doctor did not even listen to his breathing nor recommend a x-ray. Instead he prescribed inhalers and medication for the vomiting and left the room.
When I took my son to our family doctor, he was OUTRAGED by the lack of care we received at this walk-in clinic. He ordered an x-ray immediately to see if there was pneumonia or bronchitis.
Honestly, seeing Dr. Sathiamoorthy made me wonder why he became a doctor at all if he does not care about people, even a 2-year-old toddler.
Saw Dr. Mehta here for a walk-in visit and had a lovely experience. The wait wasn't long and I didn't feel rushed during my visit at all. I had a pleasant interaction at the front desk when asking for recommendations, and a similar experience when calling back to check in for a followup. Dr Mehta had even taken the time to leave a message on my file for me. Thank you!
Extremely rude front desk receptionist (female), lied about the walk-ins and no way of talking, zero stars for the clinic, never saw any doctor though, am new in town so looking for a good doc but can’t take the receptionist at all: S
The doc is cool but the front desk lied all went there this week to see the doc she’s like walk-ima are open Wednesday, today is Wednesday and there not even open, so how I’m I suppose to trust this place if they can’t even tell me when there available like I’m cheesed because when u sick waiting should never be the first thing like they are backwards
Went to see dr sathiyamoorthy.had a finger injury, he said its should be ok just leave as its.but the pain didn't stop. I so went to north York general hospital.rightway they took xray and found finger bone was broken.thank God we went to north York, else I will be in very bad situation. I dont suggest people go there if you have any critical illness. I still suggest to go to north York general hospital
Pretty fed up with this place. Within the past week I’ve tired to come in twice, I made sure to call prior to coming to make sure they were still accepting walk-in’s. When I actually came (10-15 mins after calling) I was told that they are no longer accepting walk-in’s and that the doctor is only seeing his patients.
Terrible front desk staff, lack of courtesy and consideration to patients. Inefficient scheduling of appointments. They will give you an appointment and will make you wait for 2 hours. Good doctors though.
Wait time 10 minutes Saw the Doctor and was on my way in less than 20 minutes Pleasant staff Would recommend as a efficient walkin Clinic and would definitely come again
Receptionist Lied said the doctor had gone home and clinic was closed when I went to court her to ask for assistance, later saw kiosk and registered and it told me all good I was signed in and no patients a head just me in the waiting room and a lady with two kids comes after me.signs in. I look online the clinic closed at 5 I was there 420 with no one ahead so I see doctor get out at 450 and see lots of people waiitng for doctor.felt not wanted and lied to by someone who is to be the first face you see when I enter this place
1 star is too much for this clinic and the Dr who does walk-in. I went to him because of a consistent cough, he said my lungs are congested and gave me puffer and a cough medicine to be taken for 5 days. It's pass 2 weeks and still the cough. This was useless, then my daughter had the same thing and he gave her only puffer no cough medicine. I had to make an appointment with my family Dr. This Dr does not listen to you when you. Some of the staff are very friendly while others no so.
I would give less than 1 star if possible. After a very long wait. I saw the doctor and had suggested to the them that I was sure I had strep throat because a few months prior I had it and the symptoms were all the same if not worse. The doctor instantly said nope I definitely did not have it. I insisted on a swab to ensure it was not the case of strep throat. Then I received a call a WEEK later - sure enough I had strep throat. I had already gone to see another doctor in this time and was given antibiotics. I told the clinic I was aware of the diagnosis as I went to a different doctor the next day. The clinic proceeded to lie and say they left multiple messages on my cell phone. They didn’t call once. I had a positive test to strep throat to which I was never contacted about until 7 days later. I will never return to this clinic and would advise against it to anyone looking.
Worse medical center ever.its like they hope u miss an appt so they can charge u $40. Its like they were happy i had to pay. Then im having a anxiety attack and they leave me in a room and kept skipping me cuz they didnt know what to do with me. Also dont ever ask for ur OWN medical records, which u can by law cuz they will think ur starting a war or something. Very uneducated on disability tax credit information. Place sucks
I checked myself in to the walk in clinic around 10: 30am and only waited about 20 mins to see Dr. Sathiamoorthy. He was friendly, efficient, & answered my questions thoroughly. This was the best walk in clinic experience I’ve ever had.
I had two experiences with this clinic. My first visit started well, the staff were accomdating and I saw my doctor quickly. My experience with the doctor left me bothered. He diagnosed me but didn’t suggest any methods to deal with my symptoms. I was left suffering for several days, when I returned I was able to see another doctor who addressed my concerns and wrote a script for my symptoms. When I spoke to the second doctor he was surprised that the first physician didn’t prescribe me anything for my symptoms. Im feeling much better now but I’m a little disappointed with my first physician. I came to him with an issue and he didn’t prescribe anything to address the issue. Thank God for my second doctor.
