On behalf of my mom Mumtaz, sister Kumarie and I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the impeccable service that you folks provided for my father's funeral. His passing was unexpected; however, from the initial call to inquire about services to post-cremation, Manohar (Manny) and the team have gone above and beyond to support us during a time of sorrow.

The physical environment itself is peaceful and exactly what we were looking for to host his funeral service. Even the smallest of details were addressed and taken care of which took the pressure off of us and made everything go smoothly. Many thanks to the staff member who dressed dad for the viewing as many guests commented on how polished and handsome he looked. Given that this was our first death of an immediate family member, I can wholeheartedly say, we highly recommend Ajax Crematorium! The team is exceptional. They are gracious, professional, and ensure everything runs right on schedule.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to the management and the staff of Ajax Crematorium & Visitation Centre for the best funeral service that they provided for a loved one in my family.
Mr. Dharma took the lead and did an amazing job in a very caring, empathetic and professional manner. He helped us through the entire process from picking up my departed mother-in-law from the nursing home to their facility and doing all the necessary arrangements according to our religious and cultural needs. He accommodated all our ritual processes with the priest and made us feel very much supported during this difficult time. I have to mentioned that the communication was excellent through phone calls, emails and texts to do the necessary arrangements as we live out of city and was only able to meet the ACVC team in person, couple of days prior to the funeral.
The ability to talk in Tamil with Dharma was another great thing. He was kind, patient and very understanding. Dharma is a true inspiration to the Tamil community.
The facility was exceptionally convenient having both visitation center and the crematorium in the same location with lots of parking spaces.
I will definitely recommend Dharma and his excellent team to anyone who are in need of support and guidance during the difficult time to say goodbye to their loved ones.

Thank you very much Manny and team for making the visitation and funeral service for my sister in law a truly remarkable experience. This was the first time we (my husband and myself) were tasked with arranging funeral services and without Manny's assistance we would be totally lost. Manny made sure every single detail was taken care of by making excellent suggestions. Everyone was very comfortable at both the visitation and funeral service. The guests were pleasantly surprised with how big and clean the refreshment lounge was. We were very happy to have the opportunity to come a little earlier and set up the refreshments. This allowed us to spend more time listening to the service. The coffee and tea were always replenished - guests were quite happy with this. Keep up the excellent work Manny and Team!

Attended a funeral and cremation here on Sunday June 5,2022. The whole ceremony was handled with utmost compassion and professionalism. The facilities are very accommodating, very good seating, TVs for slide show are large and clear, sound system also very clear. The cremation was viewable on TV from every seat, so no need for crowding etc. I was so impressed by the experience here.
By the way, we're from New York City and we have nothing to compare with this facility in Canada. What a shame!

The staff and facilities made this experience so stress free and they were understanding and compationate. The prices are fair and having the cremation onsite was convient. They also had floral arrangements available through their vendor.

The service was excellent. Manny and his team are very accommodating and understanding. They made everything very easy during this time.

My uncle's funeral was at Ajax Crematorium last month and I can't thank the staff enough. They were kind, patient, and so understanding. The space was organized and clean, including the bathrooms. The staff were always so attentive and when it came time for the cremation, I'm grateful that Puneet made it a point to include us in the process rather than have the notion of "this is happening right now, we have to get moving" which I feel can happen at other places. Excellent service from the entire team and grateful that we went with them during a difficult time in our life.

The funeral directors Alex, and Manny were very accommodating and understanding.

Rupinder, the make-up artist, did amazingly well in making my dad presentable for his service as well.

Beautiful venue which is extremely clean and affordable. Puneet & Dharman did an amazing job organizing the funeral. They made this experience as simple as possible and they were extremely professional. Since this location has both a visitation and crematorium it helped us not have to travel in our time of grief. Thank you to all the staff who were courteous and friendly really made our tough time much more bearable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Staff was very kind and helpful, and they're very easy to talk to. They answered all of my questions and concerns, and help create a respectful memorial, especially during this pandemic. I am really satisfied with their service, especially on a short notice. I highly recommend them.

Neelus and her staff were simply amazing and empathetic. They took charge of every aspect that I needed them to without hesitation. Their facility is clean and comforting which helped in the process of saying goodbye to my dad. Having the crematorium inside of the same facility made an easier transition from funeral to cremation and allowed my grandparents who have mobility issues to be included even though they couldn't walk in to the room. I couldn't have asked for a single aspect to be more perfect while sending off my king. My family has chosen this location twice now and I can honestly say, we've had the best experience possible.

Dealing with a death is not easy, but the kind and professional staff at Ajax Crematorium and Visitation Centre make the process so much easier.

They don't have any hidden fees, pricing is reasonable, they are sympathetic to your family's situation, and are completely willing to help you with anything you need during this difficult time.

The facility itself, has a calm atmosphere and is so clean and organized.
The auditorium where all the ceremonies are held, is large enough to accommodate at least 200 people, but also can be sectioned off to for smaller gatherings.

One person who I have to mention is Neelu. She was instrumental in smooth process of planning and executing our family's funeral arrangements. She met with us multiple times and showed us so much empathy and understood everything we wanted during the process.

Overall, they provided the absolute best experience we could possibly ask for. I would 100% recommend this location if you ever need to make funeral arrangements for a loved one.
