Both my husband and I were fortunate to be patients of Dr. Watson upon retirement of our longtime family physician. Always able to get timely appointments and treated with utmost respect. He went above and beyond in
Information knowledge and care.

Must be the worst office to make appointments or even get a hold of anyone. Not the fist time I've tried to call. Phones open at 9an call repeatedly for almost 40 min and then less often until 1pm and everytime goes straight to an automated message to try back again, they don't appear to have the capability to be put in a call cue and seems as though their system can only handle one call at a time. Then at some point around one the message switched to we're closed.

It literally takes me weeks to get a hold of anyone EVERYTIME I TRY, no one ever answers, no machine to leave messages on. No way to initiate contact whatsoever. I work in a different doctor's office and this is completely unacceptable, and now you have convinced me to find a new doctors office. And if google would allow it a zero star rating is all I'd feel comfortable leaving
