Great experience at the Ajax Mitsubishi dealership! I was able to trade in my old vehicle for a good value and get a brand new 2023 outlander. The outlander has so many new tech features and luxury items for a lower price point compared to other suv brands. Sean did an amazing job with the whole purchasing process; in 24 hours the whole purchase was completed. He walked me through all the new features and explained the working of the vehicle comprehensively.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this car dealership. Especially dealing with Macayla. She took the time to understand our needs and budget and was transparent and honest about pricing and financing options.

Went there last Saturday to buy an Outlander PHEV LE! Guess what? ! The guy gave me a price that is hard to forget! The LE trim MSRP is only $51,200 and they quote me for a total of $65k! No shame at all! Luckily I took a chance on Mitsubishi Motorcity and bought the SEL Trim for a much much much lower price! $65k is already a GT price! The other guys who are on the other table also complained about Ajax Mitsubishi's crazy markup price! Don't bother go there! They should know that their behaviour is not to be tolerated!

I recently went through a stressful situation with my previous car, and car shopping is a nightmare right now given the market but as soon as I walked into this dealership, I was greeted by Macayla, and we hit it off immediately! She was super warm, welcoming, helpful and really made buying a brand new car an easy and stress free experience for me. I had a few dealings and conversations with other staff which was also super positive. Communication was exceptional and I appreciate Macayla responding to every text, and answering every call. My car pick up was delayed a few days and they offered to provide me with a rental just for my convenience so I could get to work. Im not one to write reviews but I had such a great experience that I just had to. Thank you for everything, I LOVE my new car! If you’re looking for a car, this is the place!

Worst customer service when it comes to visit their service center.
Be careful when buying and leasing vehicle from this crooks. Review your docs before you sign.
I was being told 2.49 APR but when checked with bank it was 2.99 April.
Service they charge 200 dollars for doing nothing althoghtI mentioned couple serious safety issues with brand new purchase vehicle (only couple of months)
I strongly recommend not to deal with this dealer and look for other place for better service and transparent interaction.

The price of the vehicle was much higher than other dealer and when we told him we got a cheaper price somewhere else, the sale immediately said he can reduce $80 per month. Obviously he was trying to scam us, not a honesty dealer. Not recommended
