I seen lot of good reviews from agents about training and all however as a client I got really bad n frustrating experience.
I started refinance procedure by seeing all reviews but unfortunately agent is not knowledgeable, ordered appraisal before lenders approval which cost me $2800+ and after getting appraisal so many reasons and stories about bank of Canada and asking for other property collaterals. Boss getting one property is out of reach, how we can offer other properties.
In short, I go sucked for $2800+ without any results after 2-3 months.
And now again I am on the street to find another broker/ lender.

After reviewing my file, he told me that the mortgage can be done and it was done. He is very attentive to detail, very professional, knowledgeable - this is very important as many brokers don't know which lender has what program and what are the qualifying requisites. He spends time and effort to prepare the file diligently before he forwards it to the lender. Thus well begun is half done. He coordinates with the lender and you and keeps you updated on a timely basis.
I have no hesitation in recommending him and will go to back to him again for my future mortgage requirements.

We would recommend Mr Ijlal Javed 110% we had a previous company, for almost 2 months. Mr. Javed called back same day, and already had few lenders. He he not just there for money he made us feel like real humans. He answered all questions in fully, made sure we understood before ending the call. Mr. Javed always calmed us down as we have bad anxiety, not an easy task to do. Very honest and upfront will not beat around the bush. The program was extremely well designed. It started off with the basic, and quickly scaled up. I found a lot of areas where the program helped fill in gaps in my knowledge — this program becomes a remarkable journey in mortgage world to understand the minute details and disclosures to package a deal perfectly.
