Have been coming to Akal Optical in Markham for many years. I have always been treated extremely well and with exceptional customer service from their staff. I would also like to emphasize that Sukhdev is extremely knowledgeable and displays exceptional customer service at its highest level. Five stars all the way for Sukhdev and his team!

Great experience bit busy but worth it. Make sure you’re there on a day that Sukhdev Jeor is working. He was great help in getting me what I needed. I will be bringing the family in soon

I highly recommended everyone to visit akal opticians. The opticians and staff were very friendly and followed Covid 19 precautions. Every glasses were stanitized once customers completed their glass choice. I reached almost 20 minutes before the store closing but they took care of my requirement’s patiently. They have wide variety of glasses to choose from and They helped me to choose the right frame that fits my eyes appropriately. Very good service indeed.

Sukhdev Jeor is a very nice person and very accommodative. Support staff was friendly too. Prefer to have appointment before you visit (During COVID) so that u do not have to wait outside for your turn.

I returned to the Markham store because of the service and then because of the deals. I had my first pair three years ago and, after shopping around for a new pair decided I've already experienced exceptional service here. So, I am back, and my wife also is now their customer.

I have been going to Akal Optical in Markahm for several years now. The staff is super nice and helpful, I am an indecisive person when it comes to glasses and I have never felt any pressure to choose my frames quickly. The prices are affordable and the best part is if I ever have any issues with my glasses and i need adjustment to the frame I can always bring it back and they help fix it! Mr. Sukhdev Jeor is a kind and helpful man and I would recommend everyone go here to get their glasses! (Also btw both the optometrists that work here are super nice and great at their jobs!).

The staff are amazing and very helpful. They have wide ranges of frames and glasses. They can also order the glasses for you if you didn't find it in stock on their store. I will keep coming back to this store and I highly recommend it to everyone as well.

Don't think twice, If you want best price contact lenses or sunglasses, you should visit here. Believe me. I am in love with my Versace contact glasses at a very reasonable cost.

The most polite & helpful service. They would go above & beyond to assist. It’s rare these days to find businesses that would not just upsell everything, but educate what’s good for you & then let you choose what you need. No pressure. They also did a few small fixes on my husband’s current reading glasses for free.
