I give this store negative if I can. I ordered Armani glasses, they gave me the glasses but they kept the casing. They gave me Akal casing. Optometrists Gill doesn't anything, got second opinion with other optometrists. Now I feel better. Will never go back to this store again.

Would give zero stars if possible! This location is now under new management. The previous owner Manu was amazing very caring and compassionate always willing to help customer find the best product in their budget. The new management is very carless and unprofessional. Orders take very long now and the customer service and care is no longer there. Orders from 2021 still haven’t arrived! New management is a joke…

So, we came to see Ladha Muradall. This gentleman was rude, didn't provide is a report for the test and recommended glasses when other Optometrist recommended against glasses.

Customer service by Manu. Period. I had one of the best experiences regarding glasses, contact lenses and selection for the frames. He was professional, very very patient. Demonstrated a lot of patience coming out of pandemic. He is definitely a pandemic hero. He is really passionate and knowledgeable in his profession and about the service he provided.

I have great exprience with this place. My eysight get stable by using the lens they given me. I suggest everyone to get this lens its really good.

I had selected a frame that was from a very well known brand so the price tag was also very high the only thing was that i wanted it in Blue color which the person said is available in warehouse and he ordered it immediately. Due to my benefits plan procedure i had to pay the full amount right away and the amount approved by the insurance company will be credited in my account directly. Every thing was seeming to be ok but when i checked the price of the same frame online it was about $100 cheaper which was a surprise as the tag price was way high and the person gave me a discount after that also it was $100 cheaper on Amazon.ca. Now within an hour's time i told him to cancel the order of only the frames and glasses i will buy from them only but the person was very uncooperative and refused to refund even though it has not been shipped. He directly showed me no refunds and no exchange pamphlet which he never showed before ordering. He said its a special order even though it was easily available in his warehouse (he was also trying to find the color in his shop as if the frame was very famous these days). I guess i will only enter this shop last time to pickup my order and that's about it. Very very unsatisfied with the services as he said to me that even it has not been shipped, i cannot cancel the order as he has to write an email, my money is gone down the drain even after getting money from insurance which is not even 1/2 the amount and cannot even cover my prescription lenses. Please can i get consumer complaint number from anyone?

Very worst experience, Dr. Anisa check my 7 year old son eyes. Dr.said his eyesite weak as like as 40 years old person and prescribe him power glasses.then I went another doctor for 2nd opinion. Dr said he has only dryness and recommend eye drops. Now he is fine.fake doctor.

I wanted to support my local business but unfortunately had a bad experience here. I purchased glasses and an extra set of lenses from them last week. I picked them up, and the very next day I went into the store and asked if it was possible to exchange them for another pair of frames, of course I was willing to pay the extra cost. They said I had to buy an entirely new set of frames as they could not take them back because they are prescription. I never had an issue if I wasn't happy with other purchases at other opticians. Overall, I wouldn't shop here, as my gut suggested I should have purchased online. Buy somewhere where you can be sure that you will be happy with your purchase and the retailer supports you if you are not.

I have bought four pairs of glasses from this store in the last 3 years, and I'm always satisfied with the quality and service. Last time my lenses were changed under warranty and it was a breeze dealing with them. Talk to Hugo, I have deal with him and I have had no problems at all. Great deals all year and better on black Friday.

This place has shown little to no professionalism. The experience from getting the eye check to recieving the so called glasses was a downer. I wouldn't be the one to judge on how a business needs to operate but I'm sure many would agree to the experience also I have the need to express re the customer experience.

The demeanor from the girls that are hired at Akal Optician have shown despicable behavior. From rudely staring, huffing and making an indecent remark. I'm not sure what was the motive of displaying such behavior but it sure has made me firm never to visit this place again.

Apart from this the queries were also delt with annoyance even after giving the required information couple of time.

I was so adamant for this place recommendation to my parents but guess which optician they wont be going to.
