Disappointing. Visited first & probably last time. Doctor was good, the lady on the front desk try to get over friendly & then started showing a lot of attitude. The moment you disagree with her, her face expressions change. She will try to exhaust your insurance and then get you into choices where you get forced to pay additional money. Highly not recommended if you care about integrity.

They are charging 70 dollars for eye test, that is too much still, I do not have much problem but they are so greedy and illiterate that they do not give actual number, if they give then people will buy so much better and cheaper glasses from other.
Do not go this place, you have to spend lot of money for cheap product that do not worth 10% of your money and worst costumer service And nowadays everyone have insurance it does not mean give their money and give it to that greedy people for the product that not worth it.still you have any reason to go then text me I will clear your all douts

While comparing said stuff like “okay then why don’t u buy it from there then”, “ they’re fraud and we aren’t “ etc. I asked for a model number of the glasses I liked to look into for future reference and she did not give anything. No pricing and no details written quote. Highly do not recommend coming here if you care about integrity and customer respect. Worst experience in entire life. I told I got vogue from somewhere then you already know price then why are you asking… oh my cannot forget the experience.

I am very happy with the service that I received when choosing my new glasses. Sati, Was extremely helpful in helping me choose the lenses and frames the fit my needs. Although the wait to get my new glasses with 2 weeks, the prescription was perfect.with the coating on my lenses, I am extremely happy with the customer service that I received and would recommend them to anybody.

I have been dealing with Satinder for the past 6 years and would absolutely recommend anyone in the area looking for the services. She is great when it comes to providing the right recommendation and top notch customer service. DON'T GO IF YOU EXPECT TRANSPARENCY & REAL HONEST OPINION. Sweetalk at its extreme, will try to make you use up your Insurance plans. If you ever try to call back for your Optical Number - they won't give you that. Makes senseless Excuses and forces you to buy prescription and sun glasses from them. Had to waste my one star- if there was half a star, would have given them that. Go somewhere Professional Guys!

Prices here are very reasonable and there are many designer frames that are on sale. Sati helped me a lot in choosing the frames that are perfect for me which is why I have been coming here for many years.
